Booked last minute. Great value. Beautiful modern newer hotel. Very clean. Very nice extras: smores, firepit,games,snacks at check in. Service at desk wonderful. Cons: Breakfast I will gave an A for effort. But it fell short for us. Hot food looked like reheated McDonald's. Runny oatmeal. A lot of options just a bit blah on the taste. We loved this hotel and would stay again.

I wish there was more car chargers not for Teslas. We kinda chose this property for its location and for its electric car chargers. The website didnt say they were for Teslas only. Pretty disappointed about that.

The hotel was nice. The beds were comfy, the sheets were very soft. There was plenty of room. This hotel has the NICEST hotel gym I’ve ever been to. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was good. The hotel is conveniently located & there was plenty of parking. We will definitely stay here again next year when my daughter has her dance competition.

Only thing did like was the pool water was super cold and it had too much chlorine. Kids couldn’t be there more than 30 mins without crying or coughing because of the chlorine. Never stayed in a hotel that the water was so cold, it was almost to freezing cold. Not sure if the heater wasn’t working or is always like that.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. I appreciated the large room with pull-out sofa, as well as the kitchenette. Very functional and roomy. The breakfast was nice and we took advantage of the s'more kits and fire pit. Overall a nice stay.

The pool area was dirty and the bathrooms were not kept up there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms down from the lobby we had some ants in our room my sister had an infestation of them I did like the showers the noise wasn’t their fault there was a little league tournament going on and the boys were out of control they tried to tell them to keep it down and stop running around the rooms were nice except for the ants

We have stayed at this home 2 multiple times because of its location, newness, cleanliness and breakfast. This time I will say maybe it was just the room that really disappointed us. The deadbolt stuck so it didn’t work(we let front desk know as we left) , the toilet was very loose and needed to be caulked down, so I thought it was going to disconnect from the floor every time you sat down or stood up, the mirrors in the bathroom and in the seating area were very streaked, there was no water pressure and the shower did not get hot until after myself and then my husband showered. At then middle to end of his shower it finally got hot hot. My shower was a little more than like warm. All of that I could handle and say oh well! But the worse part of it all that made me decide to write a review was the fact that there was blood on the inside shower curtain. When I saw that… I was done. Will we come back… probably. Their breakfast was still great and I am still holding on to hope it was the room, but if we have another bad experience I can guarantee it will be the last time we stay there.

The properties amenities were fantastic. Suite and hotel set up was really thought about. Location was very convenient. The bathroom was clean except for the mold in the shower. The worst sound proofing in a hotel I have stayed in a long time. While bed and room was comfortable, you heard absolutely every footstep and normal conversation from your neighbors.

There was something brown smeared all over the walls in our room. When we went to the front desk they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. Also the tv wouldn’t work. Shower floor was extremely slippery and had a child fall. Bathroom was tight, unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Fantastic hotel! The room was clean and bright. There was plenty of storage and countertops, which were better than most hotels. The couch was comfortable and great to relax on. We only stayed overnight, but would be great for a longer trip.

The front desk was really nice and the rooms were clean, but the room had a few minor issues. The tv remote originally wasn’t working, so we had to request for a replacement. We ended up needing to call a support number due to being unable to connect to the WiFi. The standard WiFi was not the greatest, so I tried to upgrade to the premium one but nobody seemed to know to do that, so I gave up on that. Housekeeping did replace the bottles that were out of lotion while we were there. I inquired about 3 times that the dishwasher was not turning on but nobody was ever sent up. The breakfast was ok for what it was. Overall, the experience was just ok. Will probably opt for staying somewhere else if I have to be in the area again in the future.

Our double queen room was given away to someone else because their room was not available at the time they were checking in. By the time my party got to the hotel late that night our room was not available that we reserved. We were not given a phone call in advanced. The mom/daughter who was staying with my daughter and I went to the room to find a king bed only. They had to bring all their luggage back down to the lobby when at this time I had arrived. Our girls look forward to spending the weekend together on dance competition weekends and they had to be split up. The hotel gave us 2 separate rooms for the night. The next morning they wanted us to move into one room but we spoke with the manager and expressed we did not have time due to our schedules to pack up and move to another room because of their mistake. So we kept the two separate rooms for the weekend.

Overall, the stay was great. The only probelm, was not being able to check in at 3PM due to the room not being ready. We arrived early around 2:30PM and asked if it was possible to check in early. She said room was not ready at that moment. She said it will be ready at 3PM. No big deal. We went out to lunch to pass the time. We comeback around around 3:45 and the room was not ready. We sat in our car and asked again around 4:20 and it still wasn't ready. We were able to check in around 4:30. We had to rush to get ready for the concert we going to in Indianapolis. We were only 10 minutes late to the concert. Luckily, the concert did not start on time.

This asked what the outside was like and I stated "noisy" because it's directly adjacent to a highway with no sound barrier, so, yeah, it's noisy. Also; the adjacent property was under construction; the highway did little for the ambiance; and the hotel property is newly competed, so the ground will be a tree nursery for the next decade. ...there is a lake. It has small bass. ["mouth" is intentionally absent]

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was located in a safe area and conveniently right off the highway, about 25 minutes from Indianapolis. There are many dining options and stores right next door. They have the best complimentary breakfast every morning. Hot foods such as make your own Belgian waffles, egg scramble bowls, breakfast sandwich, and omelettes. Along with fruit, bagels, toast, cereal, applesauce, juices, milk. They always have coffee, hot cocoa, and hot tea in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the night desk manager that checked me in said breakfast was served until 10am the next day. We arrived at 945am only to find out serving ended at 930, so we missed out on breakfast.

Service was prompt and friendly. Unit was clean and up-to-date. Beds were very comfortable. Unit faced the highway but blinds blocked out traffic noise. Only downside was that the property was booked out over the weekend and staff ran out of breakfast items (sausage, milk). We feel better planning by looking at occupancy ahead of time could have prevented this and/or someone could have made a run to the local grocery store to supplement existing inventory when it ran low. Staff tried their best to make do and accommodate.
