入口が立体駐車場と一体で分かりづらかったです。街なかなので絶景とまではいきませんが、富士山が部屋から見えるのは良かったです。フロント前に無料のコーヒーサーバーがあり、サービスとしては良いのですが、チェックイン時の動線だと気づきづらい場所にあり、スタッフの方に一言いだければ助かるなと思いました。

部屋は清潔感はあるが、部屋着が痛みが少し気になる。部屋がセミダブルのツインだったせいか部屋着のサイズがおそらくXLとLで私達夫婦には大きかった。言えば交換してもらえただろうがチェックインが遅かったので気が引けてしまって‥チェックインの時に促して頂きたかった

Breakfast was bad, the fried chicken was still raw inside and eggs were cold because there was no cover or anything to keep the heat. You have to chose a 45 minute slot to have your breakfast. Staff at the reception only spoke a little english but was kind. I was annoyed by the first response „check in is at 3 pm“ when I was there 20 minutes earlier. When the checkout time is at 10 in the morning, you have more then enough time to prepare the room. A professional answer would have been at least a „let me check that for you“.
