Balaris Apartments

Great family stay - plenty of room inside and outside on the balcony. Shared pool between multiple apartment blocks but never felt too busy. Best thing about this place is the location -very easy walk to the town, beaches and harbour. Bathroom is fairly basic, with a small shower which may not suit all families but we found it fine. Super soft towels, which were replaced every couple of days.

We had a wonderful week in Kassiopi staying here. The property isn’t 5 star but then neither is the price. It was comfortable, clean and a great location to walk to the harbour and beach. The check in was straightforward and the accommodation enabled us to have a choice of self catering. No washing machine but everything else, ie iron, hairdryer fridge etc. we would stay here again if we returned.

Clean, comfortable well equipped apartment. Cleaners in most days to empty rubbish. Only issue was wifi not very strong and intermittent in the apartment probably because I was a long way from the hub. Wifi was OK in reception.

The apartment is located on the main road with a parking space next to it. Very nice apartment, clean, and in a very desirable location. Plenty of amenities shops and bars around. In general the place was lovely with a nice balcony for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. One downside is that the air con unit is located in the main part and unfortunately doesn’t cool down the bedroom, unless it was left on for the whole day, which was not possible. That said we got good rest on the sofa beds in the living room. Perhaps a fan in the bedroom would have been a good solution. Hotel also has access to a swimming pool behind the property and is walkable distance 2-3min to the beach. In general we would definitely recommend the place and definitely come back.
