This is all about the location. Right in the city centre and accessible to everything. Well equipped room with washer dryer which was very useful. Unfortunately the rooms are very hot! They do provide a fan but it’s still very hot. The water pressure is also poor so shower isn’t great. Ironing facilities are also bad.

The room was very clean, comfortable and attractively furnished. It was also brilliantly located. Loved the breakfast in the cafe too: I recommend the avocado on sourdough toast.

There was no water for a few hours, so did not use washer/dryer in studio. Overall a comfortable stay The staff in the cafe were having an ‘off day’ during busy breakfast time - delayed service & confused orders

L’emplacement était idéal pour se déplacer entre tous les attractions intéressantes: château d’édimbourg, musée, plusieurs pubs. Les côté qu’on a moins aimé, il ferait très chaud malgré la fenêtre ouvert, le chauffage éteint et le fan sur nous.

Well located yet quiet, lovely friendly staff, apartment spacious and immaculate! Only minor issue was regular size bed and a king size would be preferable. But really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return
