The room was not properly prepared for 5 star rated. The pool lounge bed coverings was hanging off and the hostess said it was the wind but for a excellent rating and with the luxury price everything should be better prepared for first impression

Our stay at Cavo Tagoo was excellent from start to finish. The location of the hotel is ideal, especially because it is so close to Mykonos Town, making it very convenient to get around. One of the things we appreciated the most was the hotel’s nightly shuttle service. It was extremely convenient and made going into town so easy, especially in the evenings. The Concierge team was also outstanding. They assisted us with all of our reservations and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend contacting the Concierge as soon as you confirm your stay, as many of the popular restaurants and experiences in Mykonos book up quickly. Having their assistance early on makes a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Cavo Tagoo and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Mykonos.

3 star service for 5 star price. This hotel reminds me of a teenager who inherited their parents money - pretentious and entitled

Had some issues with the hotel concierge. Had a car booked through the concierge that they failed to arrange, was at midnight and had to have a taxi come grab us after half an hour. Had another issue with a lunch booking that I had to manually confirm. Think overall the property is ok, but not at par with the service you’d get from an actual 5 star hotel. If you’re into it for the views, just come by for a cocktail and spend your money elsewhere.
