The porters at front door are just the best! Our wee 3year old was bestowed by them! They interacted with her on every encounter. They were helpful and extremely friendly. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and we were promptly seated and served. Bathrooms a little run down. And the toilet system too a bit to get used too. Over all we loved our stay and we will def come back on our next visit! Proximity to malls and public trains was very very handy within walking distance. Next time we will request the suite that has a washing machine :)

There is no taxi service, nor is there an airport shuttle to take you back and forth from the hotel to the airport, as noted on the Hotel.com website, which is misleading travelers. No concierge desk as well. The staff will have you look for your own transportation. No help at all. Other than that, the hotel is nice.

A stay at Lit BANGKOK Hotel is absolutely superb......FAULTLESS....The hotel is so conveniently located with easy sky train, taxi and tuk tuk traffic.....Beautifully designed and unique rooms, spacious, clean and most well appointed...superb linen and such comfortable beds...Great pool, gym and fabulous STEPPE area for an evening drink....Beautiful, magical staff that are endlessly obliging and helpful.....A SUPERB STAY-ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was NO shuttle to and from airport which was a lie! No taxi service on property, you have to arrange or book your own. Staff was not helpful in transportation options.
