This was obviously a former Best Western as there was just a blackened sign from the highway. The hot tub was broken, and staff was average. The sole staff member seemed overwhelmed but tried his best.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had the 1 bedroom with the sofa pullout and it was a fantastic room. Very clean and spacious. Since it was situated with a bedroom in the back it was very quiet. My brother was in a regular room and unfortunately he said it was very noisy. The breakfast was very good and the staff was professional and helpful. Pool was warm and relaxing!

This was maybe our 10th stay at this hotel....family live close by. This hotel was recently bought by people running an AmericInn; it used to be a Cobblestone Inn. They apparently fired all the former employees, as there are all new faces. The facility is as clean as it used to be. The beds & pillows are as comfortable as they used to be. The hot tub has been broken for 2-3 months, and is cordoned off with yellow tape. We hope it can be repaired.

The only true complaint is that this hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are steep. As someone with knee and hip issues it was difficult to navigate. We watched several elderly and someone very pregnant have difficulties as well.

Room smelled musty and damp; Another couple with us had to request a room change as theirs smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. We could hardly spend any time in the room; Light over our bathroom sink didn't work. Maintenance replaced bulb, but it still flickered and barely lit; Reception staff did double-duty as laundry service. Attire was not professional.

The beds looked already slept in There was no fan in the bathroom The vanity was not big enough to put any of your bathroom supplies The windows were dirty, coming into the hotel the first thing you noticed was the dirty windows on the doors The breakfast was minimal nothing special The lobby is very small, the arms of the chairs were covered with dust, needed to be vacuumed The bathroom floor was not clean The pool was nice The staff was nice Convenient location near McDonalds, Subway, DQ, etc. within short walking distance

Ask 3 times to have my bathroom clean as it had pink mildew in the handycap shower and as a former employee of American Inn I was very disappointed in there service or there willingness to even let me clean the dam shower so we could shower! Got substantial eveidence of this disgusting place!

My room was roomy, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The air conditioner put out plenty of cold air, keeping the room nice and cool. Check in and check out was quick and painless. Price was very reasonable for the quality.

Husband and I were very impressed with our stay in Room 102. Handicapped accessible room had queen bed plus sofa bed. It was so spacious! Fireplace at foot of bed for winter season. Shower seat with hand held shower head. Even the soap smelled good! Impeccably clean room! Free breakfast was hot and yummy. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, hot teas. They had an indoor pool, but we were too weary from traveling to swim. Several restaurants were nearby for a late night bite. Quiet room with view of woods. We slept like babies! Front desk manned by two handsome young fellas who made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place! Happy travels to all! 😊

Quiet hotel with nice breakfast. Only complaint is the room we had was so dark. No overhead lighting and only 2 lamps provided. Had to get very creative doing hair and makeup for the wedding we attended in the area.

Our room was very quiet, bed and pillows were very comfortable, however the bathroom sink was stopped up. Also, when running the water to take a shower, there was a terrible noise in the pipes. The noise did stop after pulling the plug up to start the shower. The microwave and fridge were also full of fingerprints. Glad we only stayed one night.

Bed was very comfortable with ample pillows and the a/c worked well. Hotel was quiet so I got very good rest. I stayed for 5 days. Towels were changed once but linens were not changed at all. I did not find a hotel guide indicating where the ice machine(s) were located nor if the hotel had a self service laundry area. Internet service was very hit or miss, was unsecured, and the signal was very weak. There were no local guides such as restaurants or activities in the room. That said, I had to drive past 5 fast food places to get to the hotel so finding food wasn't a problem, but it'd been nice to have the information on other restaurants in the area. Since comfort, price, and quiet are my main concerns, all of which this hotel met, I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had several requests and they assisted with a smile. On one occasion, I asked for a couple towels and the gentleman working the front desk had been spraying a carpet and air freshener in the lobby just prior to me approaching him. He went in the back room, washed and dried his hands thoroughly and got me a few towels. I actually wouldn’t expect most people to show that kind of concern for hygiene in that situation. Was noted and appreciated.

We only saw one staff member the entire time we were there. The breakfast was pitiful. The one person we saw working seemed to be responsible for manning the desk, answering the phone, dealing with the breakfast, etc. The room was fine.

The property was conveniently located and beds comfortable. Very low staffed though so waits to check in or get information. Breakfast choices very limited. We personally liked it when people were more routinely at the desk and staffing the breakfast. I felt like I was at a Super 8.

We got there and the sink was clogged, did not drain. No maintenance staff to fix and desk guy couldn't do it. Also, TV didn't have close captions which we needed because my wife is hearing impaired. The next morning they were able to move us to a different room, better but incovenient. Also, when Wendell came on he was able to find a different remote to get the close captions. He seemed to be the only person we could rely on. The worst part was the night we got home from dinner, they were painting the front lobby and breakfast area. Terrible paint (toxic) smell. Front desk was no help and the owner/manager was reached. The painters were supposed to come on Monday but came 2 days early. After much complaining and arguing the manager finally had them stop that night. However, the next day they were back at it again. The owner/manager simply ignored our concerns. I would never recommend staying in this particular Wyndham.

The location is excellent, close to the interstate and gas/dining options. The room was comfortable and clean. Their breakfast was by far the best on our entire trip out west. So many options for food and you can take your coffee to go. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and nice.

This used to be a nice friendly moderate hotel. Breakfast now consists of few choices-none that we wanted. Coffee tasted watered down, pancake machine not working, no oatmeal, a choice of 2 rolls-not 2 kinds, just 2 rolls. Really poor. Our room was clean but they put as the farthest away from front desk on second floor-no elevator. We stayed 3 days but our room had no coffee cups, no water cups and tiny soap/shampoo. No room service was offered. No one was behind the desk unless you pushed a buzzer. It appeared that some people were living there. My daughter told us that the hotel was getting a bad reputation in town.

Stayed for 4 nights for vacation visiting family. I'll preface this by saying I stay at budget friendly hotels and motels all the time and am more than willing to let some things slide, but this place irked me so badly to lead me to review. Mostly it was because it is "highly rated" which did not fit my experience at all. First the good: It's quiet and fairly clean. Also the price is reasonable even during "peak season". We mostly just needed a place to crash at night while visiting family so it met our needs in that regard. Lobby coffee was alright and always hot. Now the laundry list of bad things: 1.Room maintenance was very poor. Our bathroom light outlet only worked about half the time, and my wife's side of the bed outlets straight up did not work. The TV cable box did not work for the first 2 nights before inexplicably deciding to work again. We had the bathroom vanity light cover sitting the the corner of our coat "closet" near the room door with just the bare light showing. And finally, while showering the final night I had the shower head break from the water pressure, with the plastic piece almost falling on my foot... 2. Breakfast never changed or restocked. The first morning there were a few pieces of fruit and some yogurt in a fridge along with a weak selection of Walmart brand donuts, peel yourself hard boiled eggs, and cold cereal. The only hot food options was toast, DIY pancakes, and biscuits with gravy. I figured maybe we just got there late and figured

Pool and hot tub were great but I had to ask for pool towels. Lobby comfortable don’t like the gambling video games though in there. Breakfast was terrible there was no food and no staff around to even ask. It was disappointing to say the least.

This propertv was purchased 3 months ago. There was no lighted sign up and in the dark was hard to locate. Heard another client mention their difficulty also. Breakfast was suppose to br available from 6-10am. What limited food had been put out was gone by 9 am. While the roomappeared to be clean, the grout in the shower needed to be replaced at it appeared to be black in areas with mildew. Additional ammenities were sparse such as laundry bag. Extra garbage bags.

Nice location. Beds were super comfy. Older hotel. Mowing/weeding definitely needed to be done. Pool area had big carpet pieces and a roll of carpet in it. It was not in the way just odd. Pool was a tad bit cold and under-filled but served its purpose. Breakfast was decent. Loved the scrambled eggs. Pancake maker was out of service.
