The first room the bathroom floor was flooded when we checked in the toilet was leaking…The second room was dirty the bottom of tub and around sink and toilet was filthy we tried to get a refund but hotel.com refused it was late else went to the store I cleaned and wiped everything down and thug it out. The staff was helpful but it was just him we got in around 11 at night so I feel he did all he could do except clean that bathroom lolsbt

The hotel was all right, especially for the price. But there were several things that need addressed before I would call them great. First is the "free wifi everywhere all the time" that we expected. Yes, there was wifi, but the only place it worked was in the lobby, not in our room. We struggled for a long time, the person at the desk walked me through it and it worked - in the lobby. We finally gave up. Second was the gaps in the flooring, a possible tripping point; we didn't, but someone else sure could. And finally, the refrigerator leaked in the night and we mopped up the towel. We reported the latter to the desk when we checked out; the person seemed uninterested.

Paint peeling in the bathroom tube whole hotel smelled like pee and mold people banging on doors yelling and fighting at 1 and 2 am my wife and I are both bit up from bugs and finally the hotel is in a horrible location. IF we could of afforded to get a different hotel we would of the moment we walked in

The air conditioning worked fine. The beds were stiff. It was very noisy. The floors and sheets had hair all over them. The bathroom had cockroaches all over. Roaches in the air vents and big roaches that just scattered. Complained and they gave us a different room. Didn't fully refund. Staff was nice at first. We told him there were cockroaches crawling on us and our to month old. He still refused a refund. We took pictures of the roaches in each room with time stamps and the location and he didn't seem surprised that there were roaches downstairs and seemed like he knew about it but when it was upstairs he didn't believe us when we had pictures and the time stamps again. We showed proof and he denied it. Refused to give a handwritten incident report. There are also hookers and prostitutes outside. They also have drug meets that go down there. Never again. " Motel 6 we'll keep the light on for you." yeah they keep the lights on so the roaches won't come out... anywho don't go to motel 6!
