Nice clean room, although TV reception was poor and there were no international channels. Very good breakfast buffet and good value evening meals. External areas including the pool was a bit untidy and unmaintained for a 4 star property.

The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter.

Best hotel in La Molina! But quite a lot of noice from the hotel behind. Chose front side rooms! Great views from the front side.

Situated next to the slopes, so the hotel is very well situated. Big rooms, clean, good breakfast and a really nice jacuzzi. However, paper-thin walls, so the sound from neighbour's tv was as if it was in our room. Internet did not work for one of our days. (And I was told at reception that the system could not be rebooted as they were expected a phone call.) I found it overpriced and will book one of the other hotels near the slope for my next ski adventure.

En la habitación teniamos un saltamontes de grandes dimensiones, supongo que al hacer la habitación y abrir la ventana para ventilar, como estabamos cerca del bosque, entraria solo, la verdad fue divertido ver a mi hijo y mujer gritando para que lo atrapara, a priori, logré que saltara por la ventana y no sufrió daño alguno. La habitación estaba limpia, por gentileza nos regalaron dos botellas de agua, agradecidos por el gesto. Si que hubo un pequeño incidente a la hora de hacer el checkout, habia solicitado la cena en recepción al entrar porque era más económico gestionarla desde recepción y al parecer, tambien la cobraron en el restaurante, al hacer la factura, eso sí, me descontaron la cena de recepción, con lo cual pagamos unos € de más. Pero en resumen, fue una estancia buena que si nos surge, repetiremos.
