Séjour extrêmement décevant dans cet établissement, pourtant présenté comme 4 étoiles. Plusieurs problèmes majeurs ont fortement dégradé nos vacances, qui étaient les premières avec notre bébé de 3 mois. - Literie médiocre, le matelas était d’une qualité très insuffisante et extrêmement vieux. Dès la première nuit, mon mari et moi avons eu de fortes douleurs dorsales. Malgré un second matelas et un surmatelas fournis par l'établissement (preuve que le problème est connu), la situation n’a pas été résolue. Nous avons dû consulter un ostéopathe et un médecin pendant et après le séjour. - Eau du robinet jaunâtre. Le premier jour, l’eau était clairement altérée. Aucune communication préalable, un affichage une fois le problème en cours. Avec un bébé, c’est un risque sanitaire sérieux. - Douches dangereuses, la température de l’eau variait soudainement : très froide, puis brûlante. Impossible de prendre une douche normale sans risque. - Nuisances sonores importantes, la piscine au centre des bâtiments crée une résonance permanente. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres malgré la chaleur, tant les cris étaient forts. En période de canicule c'était insupportable. - Propreté insuffisante, à notre arrivée, les draps présentaient de grosses traces de roues de chariot. Pour un 4*, c’est inadmissible. Le service client a été particulièrement décevant, cherchant systématiquement à minimiser ou nier les faits signalés, sans aucune prise de responsabilité ni geste commercial. A fuir.

Le temps ne nous a pas permis de tester la piscine. Logement très propre. Vue sur la baie d'Audierne très agréable. Attention beaucoup d'escaliers mais cela donne une vue formidable. Accueil très sympathique. Séjour très agréable.
