We stayed in the 1 bed cottage in the hotel complex. It was very comfortable and very clean. We didn’t need cleaning daily but they still left the refill of coffee, teabags, water etc for us which is very useful. Parking can be a bit tricky but we managed to find a space usually after 5pm. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in town centre.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Wonderful bar/lounge area, including outside. The room we stayed in (Room 3) was absolutely amazing, and made the stay just perfect. Great location bang in the middle of Ledbury, with free parking a big bonus. Disappointed with the absence of Reception staff when wishing to check in at 3pm.

The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout The room had everything needed and was full of character Staff are very efficient and helpful Breakfast was good quality Excellent location but had to park on council car park The only downside was Sunday lunch which was tasteless and it took us 20 minutes to even get served with a drink

Room 2 was nice, reasonably spacious, comfy bed, nice en-suite, but pretty warm despite radiator not bring on and we couldn't open a window to cool it down. The reception, bar and restaurant team were all excellent, service was good even with restaurant being busy. The lounge and restaurant areas are lovely, the bar not quite as nicely decorated and furnished but perfectly fine.

The hotel was easy to find. The carparking was free. Checkin was easy. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. The hotel is on the main street, so an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent heritage hotel (former coaching inn) in thriving Ledbury. Room was clean and comfortable, with pretty terrace outside the room. Large and yet also cosy bar with great choice of drinks. The restaurant looked very inviting, but we ate at the outstanding '33 The Homend' nearby, recently granted a Michelin star. Free parking. Only negative was that the heating wasn't working but it wasn't really needed, and I am confident they will fix it

The check in was very good Liam very polite and very helpful and cheerful. Did not like bright lights at front Hotel from room curtains let in light and lots of dust at the back of the bed.

A very comfortable clean and well equipped room. The hotel was warm and cosy with friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was lovely and good value for money. Would recommend and we will go back for a longer stay

I stayed with my husband for two nights last weekend and we had a truly lovely weekend. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were delicious and plentiful and the room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return and soon!

Lovely, clean room reflecting the character of the hotel and bathroom was modern & contemporary. Despite being on the busy high street my room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep, the bed was big and linen was lovely and crisp. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee served in the coffee lounge. I will book again.

Stunning hotel full of character. Room was lovely, only complaint was the bathroom wasn’t spotless, but clean enough that it didn’t put a damper on our stay and we loved Ledbury, so we would stay again. Some staff friendlier than others & dinner was lovely.

We have stayed at The Feathers a few times in the lead up to our wedding, but this was our first time staying in the cottage with our dog. It was a fantastic stay as usual, and we loved the cottage, it was exceptionally clean and we can’t wait to stay again!

Really historical building, wonky stairs and huge beams. Very plush furnishings. Our room was on the small size, but cosy and well appointed. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. We only ate once in the hotel as you are spoilt for choice in the area. We had cocktails which were fabulous one evening and breakfast on the last day. We chose pay as you go rather than fixed price. The eggs benedict were perfect. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Our experience staying in room 22 was pretty disappointing. It seems that every other room has a secure lock on the door, while the key for room 22 had two teeth. When you're traveling with very important possessions, its an uneasy feeling leaving you belongings in a room with such little security. I understand that it is a historic hotel, but the consistency between the rooms you provide is inadequate. Room 22 also has a very noticeable pitch to the floor, which in turn makes the bed in the room difficult to sleep on. Again, I understand that it is an older hotel, but this made the experience bad. I would recommend that the hotel at least put some blocks under the headboard to level out the bed so you're guests' feet arent higher than their head while they're trying to sleep. I was traveling with family who also requested the Superior Double Room, and the differences between the two rooms that I saw couldn't go unnoticed. The hotel bar staff need further training. When I order a cocktail off the bar's own menu, I should not receive two different variations of that same cocktail. Especially at the prices that you have these cocktails listed for. Half of the folks behind the counter seemed to be learning how to make drinks for the first time - flipping through a recipe book to quickly teach themselves how to make specific drinks. Just seemed very unprofessional.

Very historic hotel in centre of the town. Nicely appointed and a good bathroom, bed comfy too. Room was warm tho so window open and for some strange reason church bells rang out every hour thru the night??? Having said that would stay again.

Nobody on reception when we arrived. Tried phoning reception several times from room but no answer. Room not like website photos. Different furniture, not as nice. Also very noisy resulting in a poor nights sleep due to hotel function playing loud music until very late. Radiators do not seem to be working properly, instead oil heaters provided which would be insufficient if very cold. Advertised as deluxe, perhaps it was 10 years ago.

Excellent stay in this wonderful traditional hotel / coaching inn. We had a newly refurbished room with a very comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful hotel stay.

Lovely room but disappointed there wasn’t a safe. We had a lot of valuables with us as we were attending a wedding. Room was extremely hot and the quilt must have been a winter tog. Had to remove it from the cover which we then used as a sheet. Would have been great to have had just a sheet with an easy removable throw on top as I felt like I had wrestled with a grizzly bear ! My personal experience in the dining room for dinner was disappointing as I have an allergy to alcohol . The menu wasn’t flexible as when I asked for a plain chicken breast I was informed it was cooked in wine and therefore unavailable to me. I chose a Caesar salad with prawns, which came in a hot sauce despite me having checked they were cold plain prawns. I tried a couple which were awful and I suspect were again cooked in alcohol as I spent the whole of the next day at the wedding being ill . However the breakfast was exceptional on the day we left. The rest of my party of 6 all enjoyed their food so I think the issue is that they need to be more accommodating to people with special diets. We would visit again , and I would ask in advance if they could prepare plain food for myself, as I think this was the problem . I am so used to ordering from a menu and the restaurant accommodating on the night.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, the staff, the food, the room but the beds & pillows were really uncomfortable, both of us didn’t sleep very well, apart from that it’s a great hotel.

Our experience staying in room 22 was pretty disappointing. It seems that every other room has a secure lock on the door, while the key for room 22 had two teeth. When you're traveling with very important possessions, its an uneasy feeling leaving you belongings in a room with such little security. I understand that it is a historic hotel, but the consistency between the rooms you provide is inadequate. Room 22 also has a very noticeable pitch to the floor, which in turn makes the bed in the room difficult to sleep on. Again, I understand that it is an older hotel, but this made the experience bad. I would recommend that the hotel at least put some blocks under the headboard to level out the bed so you're guests' feet arent higher than their head while they're trying to sleep. I was traveling with family who also requested the Superior Double Room, and the differences between the two rooms that I saw couldn't go unnoticed. The hotel bar staff need further training. When I order a cocktail off the bar's own menu, I should not receive two different variations of that same cocktail. Especially at the prices that you have these cocktails listed for. Half of the folks behind the counter seemed to be learning how to make drinks for the first time - flipping through a recipe book to quickly teach themselves how to make specific drinks. Just seemed very unprofessional.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Wonderful bar/lounge area, including outside. The room we stayed in (Room 3) was absolutely amazing, and made the stay just perfect. Great location bang in the middle of Ledbury, with free parking a big bonus. Disappointed with the absence of Reception staff when wishing to check in at 3pm.

Room 2 was nice, reasonably spacious, comfy bed, nice en-suite, but pretty warm despite radiator not bring on and we couldn't open a window to cool it down. The reception, bar and restaurant team were all excellent, service was good even with restaurant being busy. The lounge and restaurant areas are lovely, the bar not quite as nicely decorated and furnished but perfectly fine.

We stayed in the 1 bed cottage in the hotel complex. It was very comfortable and very clean. We didn’t need cleaning daily but they still left the refill of coffee, teabags, water etc for us which is very useful. Parking can be a bit tricky but we managed to find a space usually after 5pm. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in town centre.

The ancient building was what I wanted -- sloping floors, beams, complicated corridors. I love this sort of old inn. Being in the centre of the town was perfect for sightseeing and exploring, especially when one doesn't have a car.

Lovely, clean room reflecting the character of the hotel and bathroom was modern & contemporary. Despite being on the busy high street my room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep, the bed was big and linen was lovely and crisp. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee served in the coffee lounge. I will book again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Well kept rooms and overall ambience good. Nice sized bedrooms, although gold and ornate grandeur, and cheap, square MFI-type cupboards don't mix very well. Bedroom photos and actuality don't square up, although this is picky for nice overall . Great location for both high street and Malverns countryside.

The hotel was easy to find. The carparking was free. Checkin was easy. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. The hotel is on the main street, so an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again.

Really historical building, wonky stairs and huge beams. Very plush furnishings. Our room was on the small size, but cosy and well appointed. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. We only ate once in the hotel as you are spoilt for choice in the area. We had cocktails which were fabulous one evening and breakfast on the last day. We chose pay as you go rather than fixed price. The eggs benedict were perfect. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel the public areas are superb, the restaurant was lovely but rather expensive, so were the drinks. But the bed was the worst bed we have ever slept in. It was so uncomfortable, we hardly slept a wink, so much so that at 05.30 we couldn’t stick it any longer so we left the hotel.

Excellent stay in this wonderful traditional hotel / coaching inn. We had a newly refurbished room with a very comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful hotel stay.

Lovely room but disappointed there wasn’t a safe. We had a lot of valuables with us as we were attending a wedding. Room was extremely hot and the quilt must have been a winter tog. Had to remove it from the cover which we then used as a sheet. Would have been great to have had just a sheet with an easy removable throw on top as I felt like I had wrestled with a grizzly bear ! My personal experience in the dining room for dinner was disappointing as I have an allergy to alcohol . The menu wasn’t flexible as when I asked for a plain chicken breast I was informed it was cooked in wine and therefore unavailable to me. I chose a Caesar salad with prawns, which came in a hot sauce despite me having checked they were cold plain prawns. I tried a couple which were awful and I suspect were again cooked in alcohol as I spent the whole of the next day at the wedding being ill . However the breakfast was exceptional on the day we left. The rest of my party of 6 all enjoyed their food so I think the issue is that they need to be more accommodating to people with special diets. We would visit again , and I would ask in advance if they could prepare plain food for myself, as I think this was the problem . I am so used to ordering from a menu and the restaurant accommodating on the night.

Our room (deluxe double) was nice but incredibly hot, as was the weather. It’s an old building & suffers in the heat. Breakfast was very average. We had to ask for croissants. It was apparently first come first served on the buffet table which seemed a bit bizarre. A request to have hollandaise on the side of my eggs Benedict was ignored. Dinner was ok. Staff were helpful. Reception staff get many gold stars for being so helpful & kind re items I carelessly left in the room. Efficient & scrupulously honest. Thankyou. 😊😊😊
