A nice thing about this hotel in a big city is that it has several limited 15 minutes parking spaces in front for the guests to unload their luggage and check in the hotel.

A real shame... This could be so much better. Great transport and access to local shops and restaurants, but let down by poor consideration of facilities. There's a sense of faded (/decimated!) glory; the 'resto-bar' could be a cool restaurant or bar, given the decor but there are no lunch/evening meals served... And there is no bar! The breakfast is the worst I've ever had in hotel in any country... Toast or kids' sugary cereal served on paper plates, with occasional croissants, absolutely no protein or fruit, which somehow still managed to be late to come out! The gym equipment was mostly broken or all out of order, as were the vending machines. Staff were friendly, but given I only asked for one thing over 5 nights (a bottle opener), which they weren't able to supply, they weren't that helpful. Essentially needs a change of management and some vision. I would actually like someone to turn this around.

Hormis le positionnement de l’hôtel , le service, l’hygiène global de l’hôtel ainsi que le mobilier (confort) ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 1 étoile. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel si l’on recherche un confort qualité prix. Surtout pas si on est pointu que la qualité du service. La salle de sport n’est pas fonctionnelle , les machines sont mortes rien à voir l’annonce. Le petit déjeuné est vraiment nul. C’est au client de nettoyer leur tables.

Construction made it hard getting to the hotel. Wall paper coming off the wall, was really hot and temp control didnt work. Even staff didn't knowchow to work it. Restyrant was closed. Parking over packed. Elevator slow and carpets taped down which created issues with he bell hop. Regret paying ahead. If i didnt i would of went to another hotel

A USED CONDOM ON THE FLOOR - We stayed at LeLux Hotel during a family trip to explore university options for my son. The location is central and the staff at check-in was friendly, which we appreciated. However, several concerns affected the quality of our stay. We arrived late the first night and unfortunately discovered a used condom on the floor of our room. Given the health risk, we requested to move rooms the next morning, but were told the hotel was fully booked and relocation wasn’t possible. We then asked for the room to be properly sanitized and for someone from management to follow up — neither happened, and we did not receive any communication throughout our stay. There were also significant noise issues: the radiator made loud rattling sounds through the night, and on our last night, an individual repeatedly knocked on a neighboring room’s door for over an hour, asking to be let in. This added a level of disturbance and discomfort that made it difficult to rest. We understand that issues can arise in hospitality, but the lack of responsiveness, attention to guest's health and follow-up was beyond disappointing. We hope this feedback helps management improve cleanliness standards, guest safety, and communication moving forward. Unfortunately, our family won't be returning to this premises.

Would never recommend this place under and circumstances. We checked into a room with no Ac and dried blood on our bed sheets. The replacement sheets brought to our room afterward also had dried blood stains. Unsanitary and unhelpful staff. Worst hotel experience of my life.

We arrived to find that the toilet was not flushing, there were what appeared to be blood stains on the tub, and a large yellow stain on the mattress and sheets. When we asked for another room, the front staff told us that the hotel was fully booked and offered us a refund. We accepted the refund and they gave us 10min to leave the premises. I have still not received my refunded money.

First day checked in the hotel didn't have key cards for the guests and we had to be let into our rooms by staff. We had to wait upwards of 20 mins just to be let into our room. Room was meh. Dirt on bathroom floor and damaged furniture. Housekeeping was very kind and gave me fresh towels and garbage bags as I didn't need/want service. The location was great with public transportation near by, however the street itself looked super run down and there was a rat outside the hotel. Front desk staff were great and very helpful!

Rooms have no fresh air, windows are sealed and cannot be open and there’s no AC, so the only way to get fresh air is if you go outside. Also the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors talking or their TV or their music. I do not recommend this hotel unless you don’t mind all these negatives.

I think the potential for the hotel is incredible but it’s lacking in a lot of ways. First the good: the location is incredible and easily accessible to just about anywhere in Montreal. I was there for Pride and the Village is just two blocks away. Truly can’t be beat. Other than the location there’s very little to praise. The rooms are dated, the beds squeaked, the shower pressure was awful. The “breakfast” isn’t much to talk about - felt like whatever day old pastries they could buy. The staff seems almost adverse to being helpful and for taking responsibility for anything. I got an email that check in was at 1pm but when I arrived around 2 was told it wasn’t until 4 (apparently online check in is available at 1 but not sure what good checking in online does unless you can access your room). The TV in the room was reminiscent of Michael’s “flat screen plasma” in The Office (IYKYK). Oh and don’t anticipate a “fitness centre” as the minimal equipment is barely useable. I want to stress again I think the place has a lot of potential… they seemed to be doing a lot of upgrades to it and I would stay here again for the cheap price but I really hope they take these suggestions to heart, though based on experience I feel they’re more likely to place the blame on someone else PS - Leila at the front desk was an amazing help.

The heating kept us awake all night with constant clicking noises. On top of that, it didn’t even work ! the room stayed at 18°C the whole time, while it was –3°C outside. Room was clean, but far too cold, and the same goes for the bathroom.

Situation géographique, excellente ( proximité des transports en commun et notamment de la station centrale de la ville , Berri Uqam) Pas de Ménage fait pendant les 4 jours où j’y étais ; il paraît que la règle c’est Pas De ménage et intervention si demande à l’accueil. Aucune fenêtre ne s’ouvre dans l’hôtel : ce qui signifie fonctionnement de la clim’ en permanence ; et la commande est centralisée pour tout l’hôtel, donc impossible de l’arrêter. Alors le Blabla sur l’éco- responsabilité s’avère un gadget m’amuse. Les chambres sont grandes, spacieuses, y compris la salle de bain, mais la douche est fixe à 2 m du sol, on ne peut pas l’orienter : ce n’est pas très confortable pour se rincer le bas du corps. ( chambre 522 du 15 au 19 sept 25 )

It’s the worst hotel you can stay in please stay awayyy.. we booked this hotel a month ahead and recieved confirmation that we can check in at 1:00Pm until 11 next day. We reached there around 2pm there was this girl who assisted us at the reception we showed her everything but she kept saying no you can check in at 4 we only let people check in at 4 we showed her it says 1 but she didn’t listen and was so rude. We waited there and saw all the other people getting inside their rooms from reception. This was disgusting the worst part is her shift exchanged and new lady comes in we ask her the same question after waiting for almost an hour and she told us our room is already ready and it was at 3:pm she did not say it will be ready at 4 or whatsoever worst worst service ever: we couldn’t get out keys to the door they manually opened the door for us saying keys aren’t working they can open whenever if we are not in the room worst hotel worst service and not safe at all please DO NOT COME HERE.

The hotel has cheap renovations, railings are not stable. Elevator sometimes worked so we mostly had to take the stairs. The rooms have no bathroom fan, and because of that there was mold in the bathrooms and throughout the rooms. Everything smelled musty and gross. Everything is chipped and peeling off. Small tv with few cable channels. No hand soap in the rooms. I didn’t even try the breakfast because of all the other bad reviews. Would not go back. Staff was also rude and acted like answering questions was a chore, gave my partner attitude when he asked for clarification on the parking. Over awful rip off

Our check-in date was Sept 11th and our via rail from Toronto landed at 11:30 pm on the same day ! I tried calling like 5-6 times to the hotel since afternoon … two times I was put on hold .. rest 3 times call was not answered and when the call was answered at 9:30 pm where I wanted to let them know that we will be arriving late and hope everything is okay about our room. Secondly the room was freezing , for close to 15 to 20 minutes my husband & me were struggling to make the room temp less cold. We failed next morning after my breakfast I went to the reception informing them about the AC condition the lady told me she will send some one, when I came back again she told me someone went to the room to stable the temperature and after confirming with my husband no body went there , after explaining her that it’s very difficult to sleep In that room, she offered me another room , that had no went , no gush of air and no temperature control modem. She then told that the hotel has centralized AC. I mean what to trust , what to believe that was she trying to say , I left the hotel room for the day , came back at night requested another receptionist to help us with 2 duvets , she helped us with two of them and somehow we managed our 3 nights. It was an horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone this property.

J'ai fait une réservation le 15 Novembre 2025 à 23h30. Je voulais réserver pour le 15 Décembre pour mon séjour prochain à Montréal mais malheureusement j'ai sélectionné la date du 15 Novembre (le même jour). My reservation was cancelled prior to my arrival, after a 6.5hr drive. I then had to wait almost 30 minutes for the Duty Manager to “appear”, but that was after I was told I had cancelled the reservation. Them not realizing they were referencing the wrong booking. I was given an upgrade for the trouble, Thank you! But that I'm sure was because of the different reasons, and the long wait I had to endure. I then got to the room and there was hair on top of and under the top sheet, the blanket had crust all over it. I made no compliant. 5 stars for the location. The lady at the desk had too sour of an attitude Sunday morning when I went to extend, she told me I had to check out and then wait until 4:00pm to check back in. Luckily the very competent manger solved the issue and simply and most likely had her just check me out and back in. I wasn't expecting much. Only disposable cutlery and crockery gave hostel vibe rather than hotel. Would stay again because of central location.

Pas de mini-frigo dans une chambre deux lits, le personnel peine à remplir le buffet et les ustensiles du déjeuner. Peu de choix offert au déjeuner continental et qualité de ce qui est offert pas terrible (aucun fruit ou yogourt). Par contre, le personnel était très sympathique.

The breakfast service was poor. There were numerous deficiencies, and just one staff member was responsible for refilling items and cleaning the tables. The room furnitures were too old and unshape but the beds and linens were clean and comfortable.

The email check-in is at 1:00 and when you get there, they tell you it’s 3:00. The breakfast is a joke., you wait 20 minutes for burnt croissants, you wait half an hour for forks and knives. The coffee is more water than anything. The pancakes is stuck together. It was unfortunate that we did not like it. We were super excited to get to Montreal. There was not enough staff in the breakfast area for the amount of people in the hotel.. parking lot for the price was so dirty and all the cars were parked so close together. I will not be going to this hotel anymore.

We really appreciated the location, the site, the staff, the breakfasts were horrible, come on people have a few bagels, some great jams, and fruit, and maybe a protein options....other than that, very great hotel, kudos to the staff, they were awesome

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The room was freezing and we were told there is no way to turn off the air or change the temperature in the room, the TV would not turn on, the garage is very tight, not a good choice if you have a larger vehicle. The bathroom by the restaurant has two stalls, one had no toilet paper and the other one has a broken door. Finally, the breakfast has nothing but carbs, no fruits or anything else, I have a gluten sensitivity and there was nothing that I could eat.

We stayed 4 nights, the room was never cleaned, beds were made and the towels were changed twice but neither the room or bathroom were cleaned. We informed the cleaning person and the desk agents twice who said they were going to take action, but nothing happened. No laundry service was available either. I do not recommend this hotel.

While the hotel reception area looks beautiful and impressive, unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing and did not feel like good value for the money. The exact same situation happened again on the second day. On the third day, I arrived early and was fortunate enough to get eggs before they ran out. For a five-story hotel, having only one ice machine is also inconvenient. Overall, the property appears poorly maintained, and many aspects seem to have been managed as cheaply as possible. The hotel reception may look luxurious, but the actual guest experience does not match the appearance.
