Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Petits points forts : la navette pour aller à Fira, le magasin de location de véhicules et la superette juste en face de l’hôtel. Cadre idyllique en particulier autour de la piscine et dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Point négatif : la salle de bains n’est pas trop en raccord avec la chambre et le reste de l’hôtel. Le rideau de couche comportait des petites traces de moisissures. Enfin le service de prise en charge aéroport/port est très convenable.

I came here on my honeymoon with my wife and we were greeted at the door and were given wine and fruit complimentary. The staff were amazing, very accommodating and kind. The room was immaculate and the facilities were just as impressive. The pool area was very comfortable and the staff there were just as nice. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service throughout the day to Fira, the main city where buses fun across the island. I would recommend going out for food as it is quite expensive at the hotel but the overall quality was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fremragende hotel! Vi kan give de allerbedste anbefalinger! Hotellet har souffle-bus ind til Thira. Den kører flere gange dagligt, så det er meget nemt at komme frem/tilbage. Hotellet har en skøn restaurant og med meget venligt personale.

Lovely facilities, staff were tremendous, food reasonably priced for 5* hotel. Shuttle bus to Fira great for evening trips. Away from the crowds, but only a few minutes by car to everything on the island.

The hotel is in the middle of the island. It's about 2 miles away from more places to eat you can walk or get an uber for 36 euros or a taxi on the station will charge you 15 euro for a taxi 4 people. The hotel does offer a shuffle to Fira, just be sure to check the hours.

Modern and Clean Rooms. Property itself is very beautiful and offers a restaurant and bar on site. Staff goes above and beyond! Also, there's a Mini Mart, ATV&Scooter Rental across the street. Definitely recommend this place.

New hotel in Greece that is very clean and well run. Free transportation to Fira (only 5 min drive). We had a Villa which had plenty of space for my family of 3 (16 year old daughter). Food at hotel restaurant was great. If you want to stay somewhere that is a few minutes from the busyness of the island this is a great spot

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr nett. Unser Zimmer konnten wir schon am Vormittag, kurz nach Ankunft beziehen. Ein Hoteleigener Shuttle fährt mehrmals täglich nach Fira und von Fira zum Hotel. Lediglich könnte die Anlage etwas grüner sein, aber da es eine Vulkaninsel ist, ist es grundsätzlich schwierig dort mit Pflanzen.

Beautiful modern hotel near Fira. It was very windy while we were there so we didn’t get to fully enjoy our private villa pool. Amazing shower! Shuttles many times a day to and from Fira central area. This is the hotel to stay at if you prefer a quieter stay in Santorini.

Lovely boutique property on the outskirts of Fira! Front desk was very helpful and polite. Rooms were impeccable- clean and with new furnishings. Shuttle to Fira was convenient. Highly recommend if you are trying to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There was blood stains on my pillow so that was an initial turn off. The air conditioning didn’t work, or rather the hotel refused to turn it on the cooling mode because they were in winter season. The room was infested with mosquitoes so naturally all the windows and doors had to kept closed. We also had to cover up with the bed sheets, with no air or ventilation in the room, it got really hot so the fact that they refused to turn the air con on made it really uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were also too hard so mostly woke up with a stiff neck. The grouting around the bathroom tiles were dirty and also around the sink was dirty. This is more of a 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!

Very beautiful view towards sea and the mountain. Very clean, rooms are a little bit smaller in US standards but I noticed that's the way most European hotels are. Otherwise very beautiful hotel and will stay again.

The hotel is stunning, very modern. The service was excellent as there was issues with the wifi. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and always attentive. The hotel room was nice, but worn. The shower head was falling off, the paint was chipping in the room and the doors needed a very good clean! This hotel is a little out of the way as it is a €20 cab to Fira. It is further down the way, so you do need a vehicle for sure!

The hotel states it’s a 5 star hotel, it’s nice but it’s not a 5 star more like a 3 star boutique hotel. Our room was next to the main road and you could hear everything! So much that you could even hear the pipelines at night which wasn’t pleasant. You have a small tv with limited channels and if you want anything from mini bar you have to pay which does not happen in a real 5 star hotel. The pictures can be a bit confusing for example, I thought that our bathroom was going just as modern and updated as the rest of the room but it was not. I tried to check out early but by the time reception called me I had already stayed in the hotel for 3 days and had 2 day’s remaining. They were nice enough to offer and move us to another room but by that time I didn’t want the hassle of moving my stuff for the remaining 2 days. The only plus was the shuttle from the hotel to Fira. You are better off getting an Air B n B for the price you get more amenities and sometimes even for cheaper!

the hotel is really good,breakfast was fantastic with their nice staff,the closet doors were old.Maria at front desk was super nice.just recommend if they add 1 more time shuttle at late night,like 11pm from fira to hotel for gusets which wanna have dinner at fira it would be great.its walkable to fira about 42min also the LIDL Supermarket is too close to buy your needs in great price,but overall its good hotel with the price you pay to stay.already miss Santorini.be back again in this hotel.

only stayed here for 1 night but we had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful, loved the bathroom and the jacuzzi (seemed like a dated idea but very modern execution!) we didn't get the chance to dine at the hotel but the menu sounded delicious and the restaurant was beautiful. The pool area was lovely as well. we also booked the room with the private pool and it was really nice. unfortunately the garden view isn't much of a view but it's definitely quiet and peaceful (nice break from the chaos). They also offer a shuttle into Fira which is nice because otherwise you're about a 40 min walk away.

No restaurants within walking distance but The hotel offered a free shuttle both ways to the capital town of Fira (2miles away) where there were plenty of eateries. The concierge booked us 2 incredible excursions - the first was a private guided tour by car around the island (5 hours). The second was a day/sunset catamaran cruise.

If I could have given this experience 10 stars, I would have. From check-in to check-out, it was outstanding. The reception staff were helpful about booking excursions and drivers, they were not rushed and spent as much as we needed answering questions, the morning servers were accommodating and the food was delicious. The customer service was over the top - having a breakfast box ready for our early check out since we’d be missing breakfast to having our bill ready as we departed and so much more! It was quiet, peaceful, clean, and very picturesque! Highly recommend and 100% would stay there again!

This place was wonderful. The staff goes above and beyond for their guest. I had a cardiac episode and they brought a doctor to my room who transported me to the hospital. They staff continuously checked on me. Just very friendly, professional and always willing to help. Totally recommend this hotel!!!!

Nous venons de rentrer, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles il y a des choses à changer..... La nourriture pas bonne du petit dej au resto (nous sommes quand même dans un hôtel 5 étoiles) Le personnel très sympathique rien à dire. Dommange que le Spa nous pouvons pas profiter soit disant un cas covid mais en voyant les autres commentaires il est presque jamais ouvert..... Alors quand j'ai réservé l'hôtel c pour profiter du spa sinon je vais dans un autre sans Spa!!!! Propreté parfait

First class service, attention to every detail, staff always attentive to your needs, location in the center of the island easy to get around by car. Magnificent breakfast. Lunch and dinner menu with very good options. They can improve on paint issues on some walls and doors.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Restaurant food is okish and a bit pricey ( though they gave us extra appetiser and small dessert on the house). Room was comfortable and nice. Shower fitting was loose and not very convenient. Shuttle service to Fira is convenient but is not very frequent. The highlight of the stay was staff service and excellent hospitality.
