Nice hotel but has little in amenities. Clean comfortable room within walking distance to Skyrail system. Driveway staff member very friendly.

Positiv: Zimmerfußboden wird täglich gewischt. Handtücher werden täglich ausgetauscht. Wasserflaschen sind kostenlos. Sehr großes Bett. Sehr zuvorkommenes und nettes Personal. Negativ: Klimaanlage ist trotz niedrigste Ventilationsstufe immer noch etwas zu stark. Nur eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für die gesamten Hotelgäste. Überraschend Positiv: Ruhig dafür das da eine stark befahrene Straße in der nähe ist. Zuerst hat man das Gefühl, dass das Hotel nichts in der nähe hat und alles ist schwer zu erreichen. 10min ist eine BTS Station (Bahn) und zu Fuß erreicht man das große Einkaufszentrum ICONSIAM. Von ICONSIAM kommt man mit der Fähre zu vielen Hauptattraktionen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es alles innerhalb wenigen Gehminuten. Im großen und ganzen, ein tolles Hotel.

No pool. Rooms were nice and clean. Very basic but property in well maintained condition.

All good, except the day we checked in, the elevator not in services. Need to climb up and down 6 floors by stairs.

Room is actually good but smells little bit, you can hear the sound from the other room.. and the fitness room have the weights not in kg or they are fake weights..

We really enjoyed our stay here. So close to everything and yet still quiet and away from the main street hustle and bustle. Close to a pedestrian bridge to get over the river too. Room was as pictured, very modern and clean with a nice kitchen and patio. We checked in at 2am so the 24hr front desk was important. Couldn’t ask for more!

The rooms was exceptionally clean, the front desk staff were friendly and spoke English, and the location was great.

We stayed for a week at Naga Residence. The rooms are perfectly clean and kept clean every day. Toiletries are very well stocked and the room is spacious. The wifi in the room we were in had a weak signal so the staff arranged for a separate router to help improve this. Thanks very much. Sadly I left my watch charger behind, but can't do much about that!

Clean room but has a weird smell from cleaning chemicals whenever we get into the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful and serves additional water by the lounge area. 4/5 stars for convenience and walkable hotel to restaurants and 10 minute walk to ICONSIAM.

Pretty good place Quiet and safe but the room cleaning need to clean everywhere in the room

This place was a great find because we were able to book the family suite. The kitchenette was great and the separate rooms allowed for privacy. The hotel staff is amazing and go beyond for any request. I couldn’t say enough about the service and the staff.

Very nice place to stay. The staff above and beyond! Very clean and safe no worries here. Literally 100 feet away from anything you need including the restaurant market. Highly recommended!

徒歩数分で大通りに出るとたくさんの商店やレストランがあり、便利でした。 バルコニーも十分なスペースで夜の少し涼しい気候を楽しむことができました。

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, you can actually walk to the ICONSIM, 10 minutes. I didn’t, as it’s too hot. 2 minutes By motorcycle. There is a big food court and supermarket walking about 2 minutes. The whole street just outside the hotel is local food, delicious. It’s funny to say Even it’s in a busy area, the room is quiet. Really like the room has a fridge. You can have a glass of cold water in the morning. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back to Naga. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Found a great place to stay for three days in Bangkok :) it was quiet, safe and close to Iconsiam mall which was very convenient

Me pareció un buen lugar, muy limpio y buen servicio. Lo único que no tienen para desayunar en las instalaciones y eso de verdad es una necesidad q ahorra tiempo.
