Good value for the price considering the Tour de France Grand Depart was in the city. Situated in a nice, quiet area of the Metropole with good parking and easy access to the main city. Bedroom is a bit dated but big and it did get warm with just one fan to cool the large room. The rest of the hotel is clean and slightly dated, but it was value for money. The staff were very friendly and there were English speaking staff there, but they did let me try and speak my GCSE French before taking over which was nice. Didn't have breakfast or the bar but it looked clean in there as well. Recommended for a quick, cheap trip

J'ai séjourné dans cet hotel durant 6 jours pour le travail. Besoin d'ajouter 4 jours au séjour qui était au départ de 2 jours, le personnel a fait en sorte que je garde la même chambre sans rien demander. Personnel très accueillant, tous très souriants, serviables, de très bon conseil, etc. Possibilité de demander un plateau repas dans la chambre (je ne l'ai pas fait, mais pourquoi pas à ma prochaine réservation), le restaurant de l'hotel Le Labo est excellent, le chef sert des assiettes très bien présentées, équilibrées et copieuses, le choix à la carte est top ! Je n'ai pas eu la chance de tester le petit déjeuner devant être au travail pour 7h, mais si les heures changent à la prochaine réservation, ce sera avec plaisir que je testerai. Du thé, sucre, crème pour café et café avec une bouilloire sont à disposition dans la chambre avec un éco-cup et renouvelés tous les jours si consommés. La poubelle est vidée tous les jours. Possibilité de prendre "l'apéro" au bar de l'hotel je ne l'ai pas testé mais des collègues y étaient tous les jours et m'en ont fait un très bon retour ! Salle de bain spacieuse. Hotel convivial, propre, parking sécurisé. Juste possible d'entendre des jeunes faire la fête le soir/la nuit car proche du crous mais reste calme. Il fait un peu chaud dans la chambre, mais en ouvrant la fenêtre plus de problème. Je recommande vivement cet hotel.

Le parking est pratique et réservé aux voyageurs. Toutefois, l hôtel est très mal insonorisé, la literie mériterait d être renouvelée. Le petit dejeuner est correct.

Only stayed for one night whilst watching the Olympics at the nearby stadium. Great parking at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if visiting, the only strange thing about the location was that it was in the middle of the University campus.

Les couloirs empestent le tabac. La literie est à changer, les matelas sont creusés. Salle de bain inondée apres une douche... Perit dejeuner catastrophique à 9h il ny a seja plus rien à manger : plus de Viennoiseries, même plus de pain !!! 1 machine à café sur 2 HS Le presse orange est cassé également. 1 seule personne pour faire l accueil, le service, le gardiennage, la cuisine.... Et quand vous vous plaignez de cela on vous répond : " ne vois plaignez pas, ca sera encore plus cher pendant les JO...! Bref, à fuir!!!!

The staff was very helpful and always eager to help. Location is also strategic and close to all ideal family hideouts. Our only improvement point would be the rooms could have been cleaner. When we checked in there was a lot of dust in the room and we requested they clean but that did not happen.

The room was an acceptable size for a twin. Some of the sockets were not working and the radiators were turned off, despite the freezing temperatures outside. Being plumbed heating it took a long time to come through. The beds were quite short, anyone over 6 ft would struggle. Breakfast was great if you got there at opening. If you arrived an hour later the hot food was burned, overcooked and not being replaced

Pour une nuit cela suffit. La problématique de la climatisation serait à améliorer car en de fortes chaleurs le ventilateur ne rafraichit pas la xhambre même la nuit.

Good value for the price considering the Tour de France Grand Depart was in the city. Situated in a nice, quiet area of the Metropole with good parking and easy access to the main city. Bedroom is a bit dated but big and it did get warm with just one fan to cool the large room. The rest of the hotel is clean and slightly dated, but it was value for money. The staff were very friendly and there were English speaking staff there, but they did let me try and speak my GCSE French before taking over which was nice. Didn't have breakfast or the bar but it looked clean in there as well. Recommended for a quick, cheap trip

J ai reservé et payé une chambre trio sur votre site, surprise en arrivant a l hotel celui ci ete complet, mais j ai pu bénéficier d une chambre de secours !!! J ai donc payé une chambre à 210€ pour me retrouver dans une chambre de secours avec mon garcon de 9 ans. Une attente enorme pour avoir la chambre, hotel complet vu la finale de la coupe de France, pour 2 personnes qui ont néanmoins fait tt leur possible pour gerer l instant présent. Les couloirs empestent le tabac. La literie est à changer, les matelas sont creusés. Salle de bain inondée apres une douche... Perit dejeuner catastrophique à 9h il ny a seja plus rien à manger : plus de Viennoiseries, même plus de pain !!! 1 machine à café sur 2 HS Le presse orange est cassé également. 1 seule personne pour faire l accueil, le service, le gardiennage, la cuisine.... Et quand vous vous plaignez de cela on vous répond : " ne vois plaignez pas, ca sera encore plus cher pendant les JO...! Bref, à fuir!!!!

Only stayed for one night whilst watching the Olympics at the nearby stadium. Great parking at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if visiting, the only strange thing about the location was that it was in the middle of the University campus.

The room was an acceptable size for a twin. Some of the sockets were not working and the radiators were turned off, despite the freezing temperatures outside. Being plumbed heating it took a long time to come through. The beds were quite short, anyone over 6 ft would struggle. Breakfast was great if you got there at opening. If you arrived an hour later the hot food was burned, overcooked and not being replaced

Direkt im Uni Gelände gelegen. 3 Bett Zimmer gehabt, mit dem dünnsten und billigsten Toiletten Papier was ich jemals gesehen habe. Haben dann eigenes gekauft. Zimmer und Gang roch nach Lösungsmittel oder Farbe. Stickig. Zahlten mit Frühstück, ca 14 € p.P. , allerdings hatte der Koch wohl Urlaub und statt dem angekündigten großen Buffet, gab es keine warmen Speisen, obwohl die Vorrichtungen erhitzt worden sind ( Eier, Speck und anderes). Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das haben sie heute nicht! Die Früchteplatte mit Trockenobst hatte vom Supermarkt schon das Ablaufdatum um 2 Tage überschritten. Es sah auch so aus, als ob nicht viele Gäste das Frühstück hatten. Hat sich vielleicht nicht das Hotel gelohnt, nur dann sagt man es halt beim Check in und rabattiert es, so bekommt man halt schlechte Laune und bewertet es auch. Ansonsten war es OK.
