Inconsistent staff experience, on first day staff was spontaneous to provide beach towels them following days needed to find people to get those towels. Breakfast a little bit too crowded and noisy with limited selection. Over priced dinner buffet option to avoid. Italian restaurant on premise had great food but again service was not at level

This was our favorite place to stay on our two week trip around Greece. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The room was amazing also and the bathroom was very nice. We enjoyed sitting at the beach and enjoyed the restaurants at night and the breakfast was really good too!

Overall I would rate the facility 4 stars out of 5. This is my second stay in less than a year and miss the buffet down by the lagoon. However food was good. Couldn’t make a reservation at Il Borso went to the Yacht Club. Not very accommodating and slow to get a drink. We had our appetizers before drinks which took a half hour. I expected more for the money. I’ll look for another place if I ever go back to Crete.
