Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Houston IAH - Beltway 8 by IHG

Please be mindful of the noise levels. The garbage truck came by at 4:25 AM, and it was so loud that it woke me up and I couldn’t fall back asleep. Unfortunately, I really needed the rest since I had to be at the airport at 6 AM.

Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the anything that you would ask them, breakfast was good, room was clean, air conditioning was great 👍

Great airport hotel. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and punctual. Front desk super helpful.

Transportation was professional, friendly and timely. Front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The shower needed a thorough cleaning and the towels were dingy. The lounger in the room needed steam cleaned and the bedskirt needed replacing. Housekeepers work very hard with very little time to do a good job. Management needs to give them more time.
