Old resort needs a bit construction We got the royal vila room The bathroom wasnt good We had no phone line in the room to call reception so we had to go all the time Never fixed even i asked 4 times The bathroom they fixed after the second day Food was so so.. iv seen beter in other hotels The hotel is big and far from any place to go

We had a nice time here, the kids did too. We liked the pools and the gardens were nice. Maintenance is certainly lacking. The water slides were dirty as well as the area around them. This was not the case with the roads and paths around the resort who were cleaned daily and the cleaners were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable and big. The view was nice but again maintenance and cleanliness was subpar. Yes the cleaner was doing her best- probably but the scale built up and lack of attention to detail was evident especially in the shower. The room and we would say the place generally is tired and you can tell that corners are being cut. The food was hit and miss. We went on an all-inclusive which is fine if you’re not expecting any snacks that were almost non-existent. It was also our first time in an all-inclusive and we will probably think twice before booking again this type, as unfortunately the quality of the food was not to our liking. The beer was good the coffee was bad. We would go again just for the pools the beach and the convenience

Il n’y a pas de jus de fruits frais, pas de snack en continu, aucun sucré n’est disponible dans la journée et les boissons type Mojito sont payantes cela se retrouve également aux restaurants et pour l’accès au spa (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam) qui est payant! En revanche, tout n’est pas négatif, les chambres sont magnifiques, seuls les jacuzzis sont vétustes, l’hôtel est dans un cadre magnifique, calme, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Il est toutefois isolé, il paraît impératif de disposer d’un véhicule.

Basically a nice hotel, but lots of flaws. We had a good room with an incredible view, and the pools and beach are great. But the service the hotel provides lets it down. The Bellevue restaurant advertised on their website doesn't exist! The beach bar wasn't open any of the days we were there (we were there for 6 days). The drinks served were pretty poor - we couldn't order a good Aperol Spritz for instance (just some sort of pre-made juice thing...), and the staff couldn't make some of the cocktails listed on the bar menu. The housekeeping staff were very good and the room was always cleaned nicely every day. But we asked for a kettle (three times); the first kettle we were given was leaking, as was the second one. So we gave up. If you are staying here, we recommend walking along the coast to the town of Milatos which is beautiful with lots of tavernas and bars to choose from.

the Location is great, even amazing with access to both the sea and many pools. the pools are super nice! but it is a full-time job to get something to eat at this place. it operates on a crazy booking and voucher system. if you have kids that get hungry and need food quickly- find another spot. the hotel requres you to make reservation and there ae no walk-in option or even a snack bar. the spa is crapy- the staff was whispering to each other during our duo appointment. they let the door open even when you on the massage table. (anyone in the waiting area can look in). the staff also put make up on my teenage daughter without asking, which i find super weird. the place is also pretty ugly and furniture appear to have been collected from the nearest junk yard.

I got what I paid for. The hotel is only partially maintained, but a lot of it needs updating. While you could swim, and I liked the beach, it all dates back to the previous owner's time. I limited myself to gyros and fries, which tasted reasonably good but became unappealing after a few days. Otherwise, the quality of the food was rather at borderline.

schöne Anlage, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was kann nicht geht, ist das Grillrestaurant am Strand. Das Essen ist nicht genießbar, und der Service ist grottenschlecht, Außerdem dreifacher Preis im Vergleich zu einer normalen Taverne. die laute Techno Party Musik am Pool nervt kolossal.

Das Essen was extra in den Restaurants angeboten wird, ist das selbe was beim buffet Angebot wird. Der Strand ist feiner kieselsannd und kein Sandstrand, essen und Getränke im Restaurant total überteuert und von schlechter Qualität… Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen und ohne Leihwagen generell nicht empfohlen und bitte beim check out die Rechnung überprüfen da das Hotel versucht dubiose Rechnungen zu verteilen. Bitte lassen sie sich nicht vom Namen der Hotel Kette blenden !!

We had the most relaxing luxurious stay, the resort is gorgeous & well presented. Our room was amazing, clean & everything we could of asked for. Then we come to the staff, they are amazing, super friendly & so helpful. Marina in the Veranda bar is lovely, always smiling & very polite, professional & made our stay very special.

Camera con poca pulizia ogni gg dovevamo chiedere asciugamani e accappatoi perché mancava la disponibilità. Piscina per i bimbi abbandonata senza mai nessuno presente, pensavamo di trovare un resort 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ invece siamo rimasti molto delusi le foto presenti sui vari siti sono foto di almeno 10 anni fa. Abbiamo aspettato con impazienza di fare questa vacanza ma siamo rimasti veramente delusi.
Camera con poca pulizia ogni gg dovevamo chiedere asciugamani e accappatoi perché mancava la disponibilità. Piscina per i bimbi abbandonata senza mai nessuno presente, pensavamo di trovare un resort 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ invece siamo rimasti molto delusi le foto presenti sui vari siti sono foto di almeno 10 anni fa. Abbiamo aspettato con impazienza di fare questa vacanza ma siamo rimasti veramente delusi.

The room and we would say the place generally is tired and you can tell that corners are being cut. The food was hit and miss. En revanche, tout n’est pas négatif, les chambres sont magnifiques, seuls les jacuzzis sont vétustes, l’hôtel est dans un cadre magnifique, calme, et d’une propreté irréprochable. The Bellevue restaurant advertised on their website doesn't exist! The beach bar wasn't open any of the days we were there (we were there for 6 days). The drinks served were pretty poor - we couldn't order a good Aperol Spritz for instance (just some sort of pre-made juice thing...), and the staff couldn't make some of the cocktails listed on the bar menu. So we gave up. If you are staying here, we recommend walking along the coast to the town of Milatos which is beautiful with lots of tavernas and bars to choose from.

I got what I paid for. The hotel is only partially maintained, but a lot of it needs updating. While you could swim, and I liked the beach, it all dates back to the previous owner's time. I limited myself to gyros and fries, which tasted reasonably good but became unappealing after a few days. Otherwise, the quality of the food was rather at borderline.

The views are phenomenal, however the service was very lacking. The food was NOT good. We had to go into town rather than stay and eat for free just because of how bad it was. The room was nice but not stocked whatsoever as an “all inclusive” should be. We found ourselves hungry and thirsty on multiple occasions with nothing to drink or eat. If you book, book for views only.

This is not a 5 star hotel. They are understaffed. You need to make your own table as they don’t have enough staff to service the guests. Queues for tables at meal time as not enough capacity. A la carte restaurants have minimal options, for example the italien for evening meal for children, spaghetti or spaghetti!!!! The facilities are dated. We were so excited to go to this hotel but we will not return.

We had the most relaxing luxurious stay, the resort is gorgeous & well presented. Our room was amazing, clean & everything we could of asked for. Then we come to the staff, they are amazing, super friendly & so helpful. Marina in the Veranda bar is lovely, always smiling & very polite, professional & made our stay very special.

We arrived at 12.10 am, middle in the night. The room cards would have been prepared very well but the front desk was some how highly overwelmed. We had two families in front of us and waited 50 Minutes to have our check in completed! The front desk was not at all listening to the customers, for example did one family multiple time explain they booked two rooms rather then one, after 25 minutes strictly trying to explain they have booked a second room, finally he listend and apologised, since as explained, the room and keycard was already prepared for them... we had another bad front desk experience one day later. One of the front desk ladies recommended us to book the italien restaurant for the night. She somehow though was not able to do the booking process her self and she told us to do it with the other receptionist next to her. After waiting another 10 minutes until she was free, there were actually no available spots in the restaurant... The hotel infrastructure is very nice! But servicewise, and front desk skills, we expected more from a 5 star hotel...

the Location is great, even amazing with access to both the sea and many pools. the pools are super nice! but it is a full-time job to get something to eat at this place. it operates on a crazy booking and voucher system. if you have kids that get hungry and need food quickly- find another spot. the hotel requres you to make reservation and there ae no walk-in option or even a snack bar. the spa is crapy- the staff was whispering to each other during our duo appointment. they let the door open even when you on the massage table. (anyone in the waiting area can look in). the staff also put make up on my teenage daughter without asking, which i find super weird. the place is also pretty ugly and furniture appear to have been collected from the nearest junk yard.

Jag är väldigt besviken på detta boende. Bilderna stämmer inte alls överens med verkligheten – det är rena catfish. Maten är äcklig, samma saker serveras hela tiden och det finns knappt något att välja på för den som inte dricker alkohol. Snacksbaren är ett skämt, ska man beställa en tallrik kostar det extra trots att man har all inclusive. Ingen kvalité överhuvudtaget. Personalen är otrevlig och oprofessionell, särskilt mannen i receptionen som inte ens kan bemöta enkla frågor utan att vara otrevlig. Jag känner att jag slösat bort mycket pengar på en vistelse som bara gett mig ångest. Rekommenderas absolut inte.

Terrible dining schedule. Needed to make reservations for eating. Room wasn't renovated. Shower drain was clogged. Shower tiles were cracked and water from the shower were leaking outside to the floor. AC was very weak.

the Location is great, even amazing with access to both the sea and many pools. the pools are super nice! but it is a full-time job to get something to eat at this place. it operates on a crazy booking and voucher system. if you have kids that get hungry and need food quickly- find another spot. the hotel requres you to make reservation and there ae no walk-in option or even a snack bar. the spa is crapy- the staff was whispering to each other during our duo appointment. they let the door open even when you on the massage table. (anyone in the waiting area can look in). the staff also put make up on my teenage daughter without asking, which i find super weird. the place is also pretty ugly and furniture appear to have been collected from the nearest junk yard.

I got what I paid for. The hotel is only partially maintained, but a lot of it needs updating. While you could swim, and I liked the beach, it all dates back to the previous owner's time. I limited myself to gyros and fries, which tasted reasonably good but became unappealing after a few days. Otherwise, the quality of the food was rather at borderline.

The views are phenomenal, however the service was very lacking. The food was NOT good. We had to go into town rather than stay and eat for free just because of how bad it was. The room was nice but not stocked whatsoever as an “all inclusive” should be. We found ourselves hungry and thirsty on multiple occasions with nothing to drink or eat. If you book, book for views only.

We had a nice time here, the kids did too. We liked the pools and the gardens were nice. Maintenance is certainly lacking. The water slides were dirty as well as the area around them. This was not the case with the roads and paths around the resort who were cleaned daily and the cleaners were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable and big. The view was nice but again maintenance and cleanliness was subpar. Yes the cleaner was doing her best- probably but the scale built up and lack of attention to detail was evident especially in the shower. The room and we would say the place generally is tired and you can tell that corners are being cut. The food was hit and miss. We went on an all-inclusive which is fine if you’re not expecting any snacks that were almost non-existent. It was also our first time in an all-inclusive and we will probably think twice before booking again this type, as unfortunately the quality of the food was not to our liking. The beer was good the coffee was bad. We would go again just for the pools the beach and the convenience
