Excellent Location Great unit setup Clean Confusing to locate property Parking card key did not work

checking in was a pain ,finding the lobby and using a lockbox is not what i like ,if theres a problem you have to phone and hopefully someone answers, Parking was free but had to go through another hotel lobby to reach underground parkade. room was very nice ,i just want an easy way of checking in

The check in process can be a little complex for people visiting whistler for the first time as the parking spot is hard to navigate. It would be great if a short video is made for clients on how to checkin and park.

Everything was great except the directions for parking where extremely confusing. We had multiple issues with this. However, we were able to call and help was sent to us. It is an older property however it was great for the price.

Yes and yes. Our only negative was the parking. Very confusing. In the 2 or 3 pre visit info messages we received, the instructions for which elevator option was the best to take were different, and one of those was out of order.

Perfect for our ski trip and new year eve celebration. We parked our car for free after arrival and enjoyed skiing during the day and walking around the village at night.

Liked the free parking, kitchen was fully stocked, I did find a hair when I opened up the murphy bed though. The parking lot P4 is only accessible through the main hotel elevator, wish I didn’t have to walk back and forth to switch elevators. The 10 am check out time is a little too early imo. If I were to stay again it would be only for the kitchen!

pro: small but have all conveniences and good location con: parking access is not easy, also having a bit of trouble to find the location, suggest having a big sign

Location was awesome. Property needed updating. The unit did have everything we needed. It took an hour to find the correct parking area. Instructions on where to park were not clear.

The property reached out days before check in to ensure i had the code to the mailbox that gave me my parking pass (parking garage is below the building) and keycards for the elevator. Access to the room is a pin pad. There is no one available at check in but prperty managers can be reached by phine during business hours or a toll free number after hours...extremely responsive!. The unit was clean and had everything needed for our 9 day stay. We had a murphy bed and pull out couch which was surprisingky comfortable with the added mattress pad. The kitchens was equppwd with everything: coffe maker, with gronds, Suger/cresmer. A kettle, tea bags, blender, toaster, pots, casserole dishes, full set of fisshes for 4-6, full over, syice, toaster oven and all utensils.The in-Siite washer dryer was very handy (2 tide poses and 2 bounce sheets provided. Dish vlothes, tea towels, dponge and Daen Dish dosp provided. Premium vhannels and Netflex (personal acct required to log in). Air conditioning and thermostat control accessible. The only down fall in our room was the high peaked windows (curtains only in the lower section) allowed the sun to shine in early so sleeping in was not possible. The property was next to Earl's, above a Shopper's Drug Martand 4min walk to the Gondola Express Bus Stop and 4 mins to Gateway Loop where the Shuttles from the Vancoiver Airport drop off/pick up. The location is in the heart of the Billage mins walk to everything. Would definitely stay again

Musty smell

The tub is full of chips and stains. Counter tile in the kitchen was broken. The room is very noisy from the elevator and the night life outside. Had to call 4 times to get someone to help figure out the password for the wifi. The gentleman who came up to help with the wifi was very pleasant and helpful though.

The room is tired and need of upgrading. Tub needs to be replaced, Food/ raw meat left in fridge from previous guest. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced ,bathroom fan starts and stops by itself. Toilet runs on.

Really clean and the location is in the middle of the village. The kitchen is great and laundry as well. Only the beds are uncomfortable, but still great deal with the price.

Unfortunately had to run the standalone AC unit 24/7 even though outside temperatures never got above 74. Not sure but I think it is above a restaurant. Carpet could use a cleaning. AC exhaust duct was blowing warm air into the unit until we found a temp solution. Location is great! Overall the unit worked for our needs.

The price is very reasonable first of all. The place is a good size and very clean. The location is so close to everything. I love that it’s a suite and we can use the stove, laundry etc.

The unit did not have a proper bed. The queen bed in the unit description was a murphy bed which was creaky and not comfortable. When opened up from the wall, there was barely any room to move.

The good: really good location, unit had a balcony and washer dryer, was very clean and also affordable. The parking spots were large in size and easily fit our van. The bad: the unit was extremely hot, ac ran more like a fan (barely) The beds were both extremely uncomfortable.

The room was clean and very functional for our needs, but there is no air conditioning, except for a portable model set up in the living room. The two fans also didn’t cut it. To have the windows open at night was very noisy. One night of our stay people were partying just outside our bedroom window. Then early morning construction work at 6:00am was really loud. There are no blackout curtains/shade in the bedroom, and it was very bright!!!

Really appreciated the ease of our stay here, the suite was perfect for us. We parked up and didn't return to the car for two days, which speaks to the walkable nature of the area. The view of the mountains from our suite was lovely, and the balcony was a perfect spot to sit with a book! Bed was very comfortable and even the pull out bed was comfy! Kitchen was well equipped and the laundry facilities very much appreciated. Communication was very good and we would definitely return.

Very nice location where you can walk to the chairs within 5 minutes. The unit is practical and well-equipped if you want to cook (no oven). It could be a bit noisy but manageable. Not having to drive to go to the hill was very nice.

The beds were really uncomfortable and the bath tub was falling apart - it was nice that there was an AC unit in the room because it ended up being really not. Great location but two sleepless nights…

The self-check-in and check-out, and self-parking were fine, as long as you read carefully the instructions sent to your email. The room service was not available after sunset, I believe. We phoned the front desk to request more quilts, no service for the evening time, we must wait until the next day, around 11 am for someone to deliver to the room. We requested the second day's coffee by phone, the front desk said she would have someone send the coffee bag, but no one came up at all, we ended up buying coffee the next morning. If they add a staff for after-hours delivery service, it would be great.

Great location, room was a little run down but clean & comfortable. Check in & parking was a little confusing due to multiple emails with information. Check out process instructions said to call & we were put on hold, eventually gave up & messaged the host. FYI bins are located on P2 - they ask you to remove rubbish from the room. Loved the fully equipped kitchen. We did have a problem with our oven but an alternative was provided which was great.

Any stay in Whistler Village is guaranteed to be walkable to and from anywhere and have some sort of store close by. The only issue we had was during check-in and check-out. We waited for an email for virtual check-in instructions but it never came. We had to call for our room number and how to access it. During check-out, no one answered for us to check-out over the phone as per the email sent about the check-out procedure. We had to leave our key cards and parking permit at the front desk who took it but seemed not too sure what to do with it.

Fantastic property, even better than expected at a great rate. Checkin was a bit hectic with the loop being so busy but once had keys the rest made sense. Bit of trouble reaching help via phone but otherwise excellent. Would stay again and would reccomend

The deluxe bedroom suite was just as described and in a great central location. The instructions for the contactless checkin and check out is very clear and straightforward with no issues accessing the keys, unit and parking.

I had a terrible experience using this property. I arrived at around 10pm and because this is a condo there is no front office but instead you go through a company called Latour. Before arriving I was sent an email which contains instructions on how to access the elevator key and the parking pass from a lock box. When I arrived, there was no elevator key and no parking pass in the lock box so I called Latour. When I called the agent did no attempt at fixing the problem, instead insisted that I was at the wrong building, the wrong lock box etc. Eventually he told me he emailed/called the property manager (Andrea) and told me she will get back to you later tonight or tomorrow morning. At this point I was very upset, tomorrow is out of the question, I had already paid for the night and I was with a child and there is no reason I should go book a different hotel room due to their negligence. He then gave me the property manager direct number so I called and did not hear back. I eventually managed to get access to the room because someone using the elevator was kind enough and because I had the room used access code to open the door. I never heard back from the property manager. The next day I called Latour at 9am and I requested to speak to someone with Authority. After 6 hours I got a call from someone who apologized and dropped off the key/pass at the lock box. I do not recommend anyone booking anything associated with Latour.

The location of this condo is great. Right where all the action is. The condo was good but the mattress on the Murphy bed was so thin my husband who weighs 185 bottomed out on a board. After a rotten nights sleep he called Latour and they replaced the mattress with a thicker one which was very comfortable. Not sure if that will stay or the old will go back on but not our concern. Shout out to Latour for making it right.

When we arrived it was very confusing no one was there to help us, no front desk? Door into the apartment was in back of the building looked like a fire escape. Hotels across didn’t seem to know anything about the place. Took an hour to locate the lockbox and our phone contact wasn’t the best! The room itself was satisfactory but the hassle getting it was something we never experienced before! Location was excellent. Air conditioner didn’t keep it cool enough (27) and contact didn’t respond

Property ok with small family. 5 mins walks to lift chair base.

Nice location and the suite is huge

Great area, right in the heart of the village. Easy access and walkable. Room was clean and kitchen was very handy to have, place is a bit dated but still a great location.The room I had was the Bachelor with a Murphy bed and pull out couch. Murphy bed was comfortable and clean. Fairly quiet area at especially at night, you can hear people going about their day but didn't bother me. I would stay here again
