They closed pool and gave different poor excuses to several different parents as to why. There were about 20 kids that had put off getting in pool until second day only to find that they closed it before returning that evening. They couldn’t keep up with breakfast time. Water pressure was dismal at best after it running about 10 minutes.

The property looked taken care of but there was snow on the ground. Inside was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and nice for sleeping. The fitness room was okay but there were no drinking cups, and the treadmills did not work. The front desk staff Tuesday night, at about 9 pm was on a power trip and made me go get my i.d. even though we had our key cards and credit card. I also walked in on a "heavy" blonde kitchen worker yelling at the front desk girl. The blonde seemed to be a bully. Unprofessional.

This stay didn’t go ask intended from the time we walked in and saw the filthy pool we had booked in hopes to use was out of service. The hallway walls were deteriorating in certain areas. The rooms door safety latch didn’t lock, which is unnerving and there was garbage on the floor from the last occupants as well. Breakfast was an option of cold breads, bagels, cereal etc as their kitchen was down, this is another reason we booked this hotel. We were very disappointed in the end result but the staff was all friendly and helpful.

Just far off I-70 to provide a quite night's sleep. Near enough to Columbus to be convenient. Nice pool, weight room and room was very clean.

The room smelled like mildew and the pool looked disgusting. Everything was run down and smelled. The sheets were clean but the mattress was sunken in so bad in the middle it needed to be just tossed and replaced. If you’re looking for a last minute one night stay and have no other options stay here. But if you have options for a better stay for same price or a little more, just go somewhere else.

Run Away!! 1st room was disgusting. Pulled bedsheets back to find something that looked like dried feces crusted to the sheets. We were switched to a new room which was definitely never cleaned other than fresh sheets. The shower was dirty, floor was not swept and bathroom was clearly never cleaned. Again, feces on the flip side of the toilet seat and dirt in the corners. Absolutely disgusting

First hotel is an older hotel the staff at desk very friendly had just taken my medication moved my pillow out from headboard found dead bedbug we were moved to another room but I was exhausted and my daughter was already sleeping when we left this morning I asked the same desk clerk if manager had returned her message regarding bedbug as she had taken a picture and sent it to manager last night and the reply was no. I left my email for this manager to reach out and as of now no response

Super small bathroom, and shower door wouldn't stay closed, resulting in water all over the floor beyond the towel I had put down and creating a slip and fall hazard. 3rd floor front desk was amazing, the one at checkout not so much.

Stayed here just overnight for convention and customer service has always been great and understanding. This stay was a little odd since the last stays, as theu TV did not work or the telephone. Front desk was very apologetic, but it was not able to be fixed during this stay.

Only issues we had were the handle on the door was messed up. If you opened from inside the handle would stay down and door would not lock. While we were gone both days housekeeping came in, the door never got locked with our belongings in the room. Our room keys would never unlock the outside doors and we had issues constantly with the room keys not unlocking our room. Had to have them reprogram them constantly. Its a huge inconvenience when your room is on the 2nd floor at the other end of the building. They kept saying "keep them away from your phone and out of your wallet". We did neither so thats not the reason. The only other thing was we could hear others in the next room over being loud and their tv was super loud.

We stayed for 2 nights. Long story short - after 1st night, found out our window would NOT lock. Asked to switch rooms - no problem - but after moving everything- my husband said let’s just check the window. That window, also would not lock!!! Needless to say,we moved for a 3rd time - but this time to the 2nd floor. If the windows don’t lock, at least I feel safer on the 2nd floor. They definitely need to invest in new windows. On a brighter note - the staff was very kind and very understandable. Especially Honey. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much for all your patience Honey.

I have NEVER complained about a hotel before… We checked in and were sent to a room with keys that did not work. While trying a new set of keys, the occupants that were already assigned that room were yelling at us to stop trying the door. We were then sent to another room which only had 1 bed, we had 4 people and reserved a room with 2 beds. On the 3rd attempt, the staff member lied and said we went to the wrong room twice, even though she spoke and wrote the incorrect room numbers down twice, and that it was our fault that we went to the wrong rooms (even the 2nd set of keys opened the door and both cards she wrote on stated the room numbers she sent us to). We travel a lot and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I will be calling for a full refund in the morning.

The receptionist seemed under stress because she used foul language, very unprofessional. She did not correct the loud children in the hallways at midnight and did not answer the phone when I called to complain about too much noise in the hallways.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. One issue was the very low toilet. Difficult for older people or anyone with flexibility issues; no grab bars to assist. Breakfast was good with many choices. Loved the coffee!

We stay here every year for a weekend in October. We love the location. Its safe clean quiet every time we visit. We are always greeted by pleasant staff, and enjoy a good nights sleep in our clean comfortable room. The hotel is well kept and clean. The breakfast has several offerings that are tasty.

Staff did not know how to place an outgoing call when asked for assistance. TV had extremely limited service. Housekeeping barged in unannounced. Free breakfast was limited to dry cereal with no milk because the oven was reportedly broken.

Certainly over priced and over rated. Probably artificially boosted rating. Worn out aisle carpet and room carpet. Bathroom sink was clogged on check-in ( Front office person came and fixed). Bathroom is the narrowest I ever had. Water had rust smell and taste. So didn’t take bath. Breakfast substandard. (Namesake breakfast but quality lacking for the $158/ per night charged. Don’t go by star rating. Expedia I trusted but I won’t go by their ratings. Overall a poor overnight stay. I have stayed at much better hotels on highway side at much cheaper price.
