Good things: the staff was amazing, the front desk girl was very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance man was very friendly and promp. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was really good. The view was nice. Bed was comfortable. And the sheets were too. Our issue was when we got to our room 507 we didn’t have Internet. Did not want to watch cable all night. And the refrigerator was warm and did not have a control knob so we moved rooms to 307. This room had multiple issues. The outlet and light next to our bed did not work. The light under tv didn’t work. The coffee maker did not work. The refrigerator was also on the warmer side. The carpet was a little grungy and could use a cleaning. The carpet in the elevator was disgusting. That is the first impression going up to our room and it made us wonder what we were walking into. With that being said. The staff alone would bring us back.

The room was clean, and the staff were excellent. The shower was great, and I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The biggest issue was an unpleasant odor in the room. I’m not sure what was causing it, but the room did not smell clean. I ended up having to purchase air freshener and spray the room every day to make it more comfortable. The lighting could also use some improvement. The only main lighting was the overhead lights, and the small bedside light was extremely dim. One side of the bed had a small bedside light that was dim, but the one on the other side was broken. Additional lamps or wall lighting would make a big difference. When the overhead lights were turned off, the room was either very dark or lit by a dim bedside light that wasn’t bright enough to read by. It was very noisy in the mornings! You can hear everything outside the door. Housekeeping talking, doors slamming, people up and down the hallways. It definitely isn’t a place to sleep in. Overall, the staff were wonderful, the shower was excellent, and the daily housekeeping was appreciated. However, addressing the odor and improving the lighting would make the room much more comfortable for future guests.

Everything was nice and in proper order. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and maintained well. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay perfect.

Bren staying here the last 4 years for our anniversary. The rooms are clean, updated and the entire place is quiet with a laid back vibe. Breakfast is very good and the eating area is roomy and clean. The location is convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. We highly recommend giving it a try!!

The room was amazing with a loft. The staff was very helpful the breakfast was served hot and a full breakfast. At night it was quiet even though it was on a main highway. The only thing I found wrong was the pillows. The bed was nice and comfortable. I would stay there again.
