Bevy Hotel was amazing. Fantastic lobby with bar, plenty of seating for gathering, singer in the evenings, restaurant stays open until 10 . Parking was free and not a problem. Hotel is conveniently close to Main Street with shops, breweries (Cibolo, Free Roam) and restaurants.

Elegant. Modern. Great welcoming warm gift of delicious chocolate chip cookies. Beautiful swimming pool. Enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fire place and the desk personnel was kind enough to light it up and check few times to make sure it was still working. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the water pressure in the shower. The cleaning staff does need to wipe down the walls around the restaurant. They missed the dust on the ledges. But overall excellent stay and would recommend your hotel.

Customer services overall was average. The carpet in our corner room overlooking pool was dirty. Areas around the bed and wall had not been cleaned in a while. We chose breakfast as part of our per night cost, which was a worth while expense, but had to remind post check in since not acknowledged. Our 2 night stay did not include housekeeping; never informed.

Overall it was great, the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good and a good prices, as well as the drinks, my negative part is that we arrived to our room at 7:30 PM and the room has not been serviced, the beds were not made, the room was not clean, no towels available

Overall. Good trip but then Saturday evening they hald a high school reunion in the lobby with amplified music. You heard the music throughout the hotel or at least up to our room on the 3rd floor at the opposite end of the hotel. Yes it quit at 10 but did not make for a pleasant evening

Nice. Very good and courteous service. Only disappointment was to discover we could not reheat our food in a in-room microwave as there is none. I had to go down to the lobby to use one which was embarrassing.Yes, the hotel has a full service restaurant but not all visitors will depend on that for food.

The hotel itself is great. HOWEVER, the walls are like paper. I could hear the conversations around me, the footsteps above me, the neighbor’s shower dripping, all the toilets flushing, doors slamming, etc. When I was woken up by noisy neighbors around midnight, the hotel was responsive when I finally requested to change rooms around one fifteen. The food was good and so were the lobby, pool, and patio, but I would never stay here again.

The food was always good and Bob the manager was excellent-always willing to help, as was Eddie at the bar. All very pleasant.I will mention the rooms were dark and the shower was dangerous-slippery and grab rail was behind you, no place to hold on to. Nothing special about the rooms, but staff was excellent and we will be back.

Love being here. Stayed and ate at the bar and had some cocktails. Luis was a great bartender and server all evening. Nickie and Phillip were very helpful at check in and our room is beautiful.

There was a server in the restaurant who was pretty rude, we arrived at the dining room at @ 10:40am, he ignored us for several minutes even though there was only one person in the DR and he was just leaving. We asked if breakfast was still being served he said not after 10:30 and we asked if he could check for us, he got angry, threw a dish towel at a table 20 ft away and stormed off to the kitchen. We told the gentleman at the front desk about it and drove to Denny's. Every other staff member was wonderful, helpful and was great to deal with.

Great, clean hotel outside of the San Antonio in little Boerne. I had to change my dates and there was a lack of communication between hotel and hotels.com. While checking in everything was resolved but only after a long “discussion” with the employee checking us in.

Terrible experience with awful customer service/management. We booked a stay on Valentine’s Day and arrived that evening after dinner nearby. After we left the lobby and got into the elevator to head to our room we noticed the entire hotel smelled strongly of sewer gas. We hoped our floor/room was spared, which it wasn’t, it smelled terrible too and we stayed about 1/2 hour contacting the front desk asking what was going to be done about the situation. As we waited for a solution that was never offered, the smell grew stronger and we decided to leave as sewer smell is uncomfortable at best, bad for your health at worst. We stopped by the front desk and asked for a refund, they said to contact the manager who would be on duty the following day. I contacted Tran (manager) who promised to look into the situation and would call me back which she never did. After several more attempts at a refund, I asked both Hotels.com and my bank to intervene since the hotel was ignoring me. The Bevy management refused a refund to both Hotels.com and my bank. Not sure how they expected us to stay in a hotel smelling like sewer all night long, let alone on Valentine’s Day. This hotel needs a crash course in customer service ASAP. I honestly feel frauded. Surely there should be some kind of resolution for a service that was not fulfilled due to a health concern. Worst hotel experience of my life and possibly the worst customer service fail I’ve ever seen.

The staff at The Bevy went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of and answered all of our questions. The food at the Bevy Provisions restaurant was top notch and delicious. I wish that we could have stayed longer and hope to be able to return for more activities in the area.

Not a big fan of not letting us check in a little early. Wanted to charge $75. Most hotels allow a 3 pm checkin. Yours is 4 and wanting another $75 was a bit silly. Turned us off when really everything else was stellar! Thank you for the warm cookie!

I walked into the Bevy Hotel after a 14 hour drive and immediately realized I chose the right place. There was live music (Friday night) with cozy seats and a restaurant. It appears to be a newer area with restaurants within walking distance (200ft). The staff was friendly and the rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Best of all, I got quality sleep. Will definitely stay there on my return trip.

Hilton comforts with boutique hotel vibes. Loved the southwest chic feel and decor of the hotel, comfortable rooms and beds, great lobby bar with live music on weekend nights, and friendly staff. Not a walkable area and need to drive to main street, but everything else is top notch.

My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area. We had a corner room which was a bit small, but it had everything we needed. We ate dinner at the restaraunt on site. We enjoyed the food and the chef even came out to talk to us.

STAY HERE! You will not regret it. Super friendly staff! Everyone was welcoming and quick to make sure we had a great experience. Front desk Beverly was amazing and efficient. The restaurant staff were attentive and when we ordered the wrong item on the menu by accident, they were quick to correct it with a smile. Property is clean, safe and inviting. A perfect place to get a good meal (Ribeye steak or street tacos are a must try here), have a drink at the amazing bar area, lay your head down and get some rest. We did not get to the pool as the weather was not agreeable. Perfect location. Thank you Bevy Hotel team for an awesome experience.
