Extremely helpful staff. Great location. Lovely Room. Comfortable bed. I chose a room with an external window for plenty of fresh air in the room. The only small negative comment affecting me personally is that it’s a shame the pool doesn’t open until 10 am as I like to go for a swim before breakfast.

The temperature in the room was too hot. It’s set for 24 grades Celsius and you can’t adjust it. Staff was in a hurry to end breakfast and it was not 11am. The keys got deactivated before the check out time 12pm. And Our personal belongings where still in the room. Bad experience. You need to put your customers necessities before anything else.

The hotel and statf were wonderful and very helpful in so many ways.. The bed was very comfortable and room modern and well planned. The shower room was modern and beautiful. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. However, due to the super sustainability measures put in place it was impossible to regulate the room temperature. The room was far too hot at 28°.We were advised to turn off the a.c/heater unit and open the patio doors. Which a) didn't reduce the temp by much and b) it was too noisy outside to keep them open while we're sleeping. Apart from that a great weekend in Marbella.

We had a wonderful time in Marbella and the hotel Lima really made the difference. The hotel is one block from the beach, a very short distance to the historical part of town and many restaurants are right outside the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice rooftop pool and bar with an amazing view. Only problem was very spotty Wi-Fi in the room.

When you work with food, other rules apply; she didn't stop touching her hair and then scratching her head and eventually she coughed without covering her mouth .... It didn't ruined my stay but ...

Staff were very friendly and attentive, even helped us organise a taxi for the airport with them at a set price. Rooms were lovely, really clean and tidy, views were lovely too! Great location not far from beach and close to all the restaurants in the street! Highly recommend.

Trattandosi di un albergo di 4 stelle, ti aspetti che all‘arrivo ti venga offerto almeno un bicchiere d’acqua. Niente. La nostra stanza superior ha come vista il condominio di fronte e si sentono le porte delle altre stanze. La stanza di per sé è alquanto confortevole, se si prescinde dal fatto che manca uno scopino per il wc e l‘ultimo giorno anche il sapone per la doccia. La colazione è tra le peggiori mai trovato in un albergo di 4 stelle. Il cappuccino della macchina non è bevibile. Tè’ verde non esiste. Tavoli pronti alle 9.30 non ci sono (uno deve arrangiarsi: o mancano le tazze o mancano le posate o i tovaglioli). La scelta poi si fa desiderare (un solo tipo di marmellata). Poi l’albergo organizza eventi in piscina e di conseguenza ti toglie la possibilità di prendere sole nel tardo pomeriggio.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Many bars and restaurants within a short walk and very close to the beach and the old town. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good but could be a little chaotic at times as it’s quite a small space. Having said that, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and if anything runs low it is replenished quickly. There is a small pool on the roof and a great bar with really good barstaff who can make any cocktail you like. There’s a restaurant at ground level which is really good. I have no doubts about recommending this hotel, and we will certainly return

Only a couple of negative points- the breakfast although not run by the Lima staff was extremely disappointing as very self service and coffee from a machine. Also would have been great to be able to have coffee from the bar on the roof. Superb staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean
