Fantastisk trevlig, hjälpsam och alert personal. Fräsch pool och fin utsikt från både balkong och takterassen där det serverades frukost som var av bra utbud. Bra läge, vill man bada i havet så finns det en liten backe ned. Om jag ska klaga på något så tyckte jag att det spelades för hög musik ur högtalarna någon gång från poolen, väldigt poppig och inte så avslappnande.

Personnel très gentil et serviable, qui fait tout pour répondre à nos besoins. Équipements très bien (piscine, rooftop, parking…). Petit déjeuner complet avec salé et sucré. Seul bémol : attention quartier très très animé donc très (trop) bruyant pour ce qui est des appartements 101 et 102 en tout cas jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit (4/5h du matin) entre bruits des voitures, du boom boom des enceintes… cela n arrête pas.

Excellent service and accommodated our late check in. Convenient and easy to find with some free parking out front. Room had everything we needed and rooftop had some of the best views of Sarandë. The free breakfast was also excellent. Cleanliness at its best. Highly recommend.

Läget toppen, receptionen tillgänglig och hjälpsam, utsikten från balkongen kanon! Allting rent och fint överallt. Extra plus för att frukosten serverades på den härliga takterrassen! Det var även smidigt att parkera bilen direkt utanför, och när det inte fanns plats där ordnade killen i receptionen detta.

Fint hotell. Fremstår som ganske nytt og moderne. Vi hadde rom i 3.etg. med balkong og sjøutsikt. Det er nok en fordel. Veldig hyggelig personale. God frokost med passe stort utvalg. Bassengområdet var litt trangt og varmt, men tatt i betraktning at hotellet ligger midt i tett bebyggelse og i en bratt skråning, så er det helt ok.

Room was clean and although a little small for three beds was fine. Did get a towel with a great big hole in the middle of it but replaced next day. Breakfast was good and great views from the terrace. Pool area small and on the day we were there not enough sun beds for all who wanted to use it (not helped by towels left on two beds and the owners did not return for the 3.5 hours we were sat there!). Location great for the start of the promenade and sea front. Steep hill to hotel but not very far and you can walk down the back road which is flat to reach the road that runs in line with the promenade. Great value stay.

This place is a little gem with stunning views of Saranda and the sea from the rooftop terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, you get the vibe that this is a family run business that puts great service at the heart of everything. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the place is being constantly cleaned throughout the day. We arrived early on our first day, a good 3 hours before checkin time, yet they went out of their way to get the room ready within the hour. We went to the rooftop to get a drink while we waited, only to find that they had been kind enough to put our bags into our room for us, ready to unpack. The pool area is relaxing with enough sunbeds for everyone, and it also has a pool bar. The location of the property is perfect, less than 1 minute from the sea front and the beautiful promenade. There are lots of great bars and restaurants around. The location of this hotel means that it's close enough to the centre to avoid any noise during the night, ensuring you have a good sleep. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony and air conditioning. We've had an awesome stay at Julia Hotel and would certainly stay here next time we visit Saranda. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. Thank you!

Great stay in a family run establishment. Friendly and must have been recently refurbished throughout - we could still smell the fresh paint and everything was spotless. We loved it here! Fantastic location - within walking distance of all of the bars and restaurants along the promenade, 15a20 min walk to the port of Saranda. Rooms cleaned regularly, pool is nice (cosy and friendly but they still serve cocktails and play music), fantastic aircom and good quality beds to have a good nights sleep, Friendly staff who are willing to help. Breakfast is lovely (self service) and is served on the rooftop (hard boiled, scrambled and fried eggs, good selection of both sweet and savoury pastries, fruits, bread, toaster, different spreads like soft cheese and chocolate hazelnut and jam, cereals, yoghurt, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers etc.) Definitely worth a visit!! For food around town, I highly recommend Madfish (very flavoursome pastas, seafood and salads etc) and the Garden Tacerna (food is incredible but service is generally quite slow around Saranda so go an extra 30 minutes early so that you are prepared to wait. Rei cocktail bar was lovely and stunning views from the rooftop, also recommend Rox bar - very attentive service! Thanks so much to the Julia Hotel for an amazing stay - we are sure to come back and to recommend to friends.

The rooms were very quite good, and the beds were comfortable. The view from my balcony and from the rooftop, where breakfast is served, was stunning. Check out the pictures. There is also a delicious looking pool in the back, which I didn’t use. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Julia Hotel. It is in a great/central location bit also a few minute walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants which can get noisy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having breakfasts and drinks on the rooftop. It had some of the best views of the town and sunsets. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

Lovely little hotel and very close to the marina/port (walkable). Breakfast was a let down and the pool was very small but the staff were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are also quite spacious (there were three of us). Would definitely recommend!

Room was clean and although a little small for three beds was fine. Did get a towel with a great big hole in the middle of it but replaced next day. Breakfast was good and great views from the terrace. Pool area small and on the day we were there not enough sun beds for all who wanted to use it (not helped by towels left on two beds and the owners did not return for the 3.5 hours we were sat there!). Location great for the start of the promenade and sea front. Steep hill to hotel but not very far and you can walk down the back road which is flat to reach the road that runs in line with the promenade. Great value stay.

The hotel was clean and had nice rooms. The breakfast was breakfast and a location extra convenient next to restaurants. The manager was always very helpful and nice. It was definitelly a great choice! I wish I had time to have stayed longer, thank you Hotel Julia and staff for everything

This place is a little gem with stunning views of Saranda and the sea from the rooftop terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, you get the vibe that this is a family run business that puts great service at the heart of everything. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the place is being constantly cleaned throughout the day. We arrived early on our first day, a good 3 hours before checkin time, yet they went out of their way to get the room ready within the hour. We went to the rooftop to get a drink while we waited, only to find that they had been kind enough to put our bags into our room for us, ready to unpack. The pool area is relaxing with enough sunbeds for everyone, and it also has a pool bar. The location of the property is perfect, less than 1 minute from the sea front and the beautiful promenade. There are lots of great bars and restaurants around. The location of this hotel means that it's close enough to the centre to avoid any noise during the night, ensuring you have a good sleep. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony and air conditioning. We've had an awesome stay at Julia Hotel and would certainly stay here next time we visit Saranda. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. Thank you!

Excellent service and accommodated our late check in. Convenient and easy to find with some free parking out front. Room had everything we needed and rooftop had some of the best views of Sarandë. The free breakfast was also excellent. Cleanliness at its best. Highly recommend.

Läget toppen, receptionen tillgänglig och hjälpsam, utsikten från balkongen kanon! Allting rent och fint överallt. Extra plus för att frukosten serverades på den härliga takterrassen! Det var även smidigt att parkera bilen direkt utanför, och när det inte fanns plats där ordnade killen i receptionen detta.

Great stay in a family run establishment. Friendly and must have been recently refurbished throughout - we could still smell the fresh paint and everything was spotless. Good location one block back from the seafront but on a steep hill for those challenged by that. Great room overlooking the pool and the bay beyond that. Room spacious with fridge and nice en-suite. Breakfast was plentiful and traditional in style. We would and already have recommended this to friends and we have only been back a couple of days.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Julia Hotel. It is in a great/central location bit also a few minute walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants which can get noisy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having breakfasts and drinks on the rooftop. It had some of the best views of the town and sunsets. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

Stock auf die Stadt war perfekt. Ebenso das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Wenn die quirlige Stadt Saranda das Urlaubsziel ist, dann ist das Hotel Julia samt Pool eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Die Stadt ist zudem ein perfekter Standort zu Weltkulturerbe-Stätten wie Butrint oder Gjirokaster.

Lovely little hotel and very close to the marina/port (walkable). Breakfast was a let down and the pool was very small but the staff were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are also quite spacious (there were three of us). Would definitely recommend!

Saranda var sista stoppet på vår rundresa på Balkan. Charterdestination mitt i högsäsong var tyvärr inget för oss. Julia Hotel är fräscht och har en trevlig terrass där de serverar frukost, men vi hade svårt att njuta av vår vistelse på grund av sömnlösa nätter. Det finns ett stort utomhusdisco tvärs över gatan och flera andra i närheten :(

We loved it here! Fantastic location - within walking distance of all of the bars and restaurants along the promenade, 15a20 min walk to the port of Saranda. Rooms cleaned regularly, pool is nice (cosy and friendly but they still serve cocktails and play music), fantastic aircom and good quality beds to have a good nights sleep, Friendly staff who are willing to help. Breakfast is lovely (self service) and is served on the rooftop (hard boiled, scrambled and fried eggs, good selection of both sweet and savoury pastries, fruits, bread, toaster, different spreads like soft cheese and chocolate hazelnut and jam, cereals, yoghurt, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers etc.) Definitely worth a visit!! For food around town, I highly recommend Madfish (very flavoursome pastas, seafood and salads etc) and the Garden Tacerna (food is incredible but service is generally quite slow around Saranda so go an extra 30 minutes early so that you are prepared to wait. Rei cocktail bar was lovely and stunning views from the rooftop, also recommend Rox bar - very attentive service! Thanks so much to the Julia Hotel for an amazing stay - we are sure to come back and to recommend to friends.

El hotel está muy bien, nuevo y muy bien situado, cerca del paseo. Habitación grande y limpia. La cama es muy cómoda. Desayuno muy completo en la última planta con muy buenas vistas. La piscina es pequeña, pero correcta. Las únicas pegas, que un día se olvidaron de limpiar la habitación y que la ducha es abierta y moja todo el baño. Tampoco hay estantes en el baño para colocar el champú o el gel.

I stayed for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive from the moment I checked in until I checked out.
