Overall, the room is good, but water tends to splash out from the shower area during use. The staff are friendly, experienced, and very helpful—especially Charlotte. The location is convenient, being close to the Carrefour supermarket. Breakfast options are somewhat limited. In general, it was a good stay.

After looking at the photos, we had high hopes. But…. the hallway to our room stunk so bad - not sure of what, but the decor and furnishings are so dated and worn, I’d say it was that. The lighting over the cooker was more like mood lighting - could barely see what you were cooking. The other light was pathetic also. The room was sparingly furnished, again it needs updating badly! No net curtains on the windows so you have to shut the curtains in bedroom and lounge. Couch was uncomfortable. The shower was pathetic - water went on the floor cos the lip of the shower floor was not high enough. So we used the shower over the bath - but standing in the bath was very slippery and the shower itself had hardly any pressure. The dishwasher did not work so we went to complain - apparently no dishwashers in the whole building worked so we were given a package of dishwash, scrubber and dishcloth. Are we guests or cleaners? One good thing - the bed was comfy and large.
