Had a really pleasant stay, the pools were fantastic, especially the outdoor area. I would have loved to have a drink at the outdoor/in pool bar, but being very late summer it was mainly closed. The free car parking and electric charging was a bonus! Although the tight corners in the underground car park was a challenge, especially when in a rental.

J'ai dejà été dans cet hotel, je l'apprecie pour ses équipements : piscine exterieur, intérieur, sauna, hamam, terrain de tennis, salle de gym tres bien équipée... Mais je dois reconnaître que le service et moins bon : plus de velos à disposition, sauna en panne, plus d'ordinateur avec acces libre, television en panne, salle de gym est desormais la propriété d'une clinique, on peut y acceder mais il faut s'enregistrer ce qui n'etait pas le cas auparavant. C'est vraiment dommage mais ça reste un tres bel hotel.

This is a gem, close to Belém and the sea. This is a resort with amazing pool and garden. The apartment is 100%, withe two rooms, immaculate. Has a good kitchen and the bathroom is spotless and vey spacious and a very reasonable price. My place from now on. Thanks to great staff at reception and restaurants. Wow.

This is a well appointed resort hotel. Service was excellent. We swam in both the indoor and outdoor pools. The river/ocean view was superb. We were west of Lisbon, but short Uber ride in. Also close to Sintra, a smaller town with beautiful historic sites, restaurants and gardens, which we actually preferred to Lisbon, but we still enjoyed a day tour there. We’d stay at the property again, as it exceeded our expectations.

It´s a good hotel. Breakfast is good, rooms are spacious and overall experience of the hotel was good. The gym is very good and quite big and the hotel has a good sauna also.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The public areas were well presented and inviting. Breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for at breakfast, hot and cold dishes. Impressed that the hot food was actually hot and freshly cooked which is rarely the case. The bedroom, being an apartment hotel, had a full kitchen area containing a full size fridge and freezer and a washing machine. The room did have a few minor things requiring repair but I understand that the rooms are being refurbished. Outside pool looked good. Inside pool was a very good size and again exceedingly clean. Did not use the bar area but again looked quite good. With a bus connection to centre Lisbon will return to this hotel.

The pool was nice and clean. Not very warm but definitely could swim in it. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Front desk staff were fabulous as they were very helpful. We didn’t want to stay in Lisbon Centre as we wanted easy and free parking and a quiet area which is exactly what MS Aparthotel was. Kitchen was perfect and so was our view of the pool and river. The hotel does need to repair the wood exterior though.

Das Personal ist freundlich, der Ausblick toll und die Pool- und Außenanlage sehr schön und gepflegt im Gegensatz zum Zimmer. Die Möbel sind alt und defekt. Es wird nicht ordentlich geputzt. Die Griffe an der Küche waren klebrig, an den Schränken klebte noch das Essen des Vorgängers und der Boden war bei unser Ankunft nicht gewischt. Auch auf dem Balkon wird scheinbar nicht sauber gemacht. Auf Boden und Stühlen war Vogeldreck und auch der Tisch nicht abgewischt. Hätten wir eine Stornomöglichkeit gehabt wären wir am nächsten Tag abgereist. So haben wir den Dreck selber beseitigt um es dort auszuhalten. Die nächsten Tage wurde etwas besser sauber gemacht, also zumindest der Boden gewischt. Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal übernachten. Von 4 Sternen weit entfernt.

Lovely location staff was very helpful, but the rooms are dated and need remodeling. Our AC went out every day and night in all three rooms. We had a two bedroom unit. We couldn’t get the washer dryer to work we could not open the safe and some of the lights were out. Our kitchenette Had no paper towels or dish towel or pot holders. No directions on how to operate the coffee maker, which was an unusual one or the washer dryer Staff tried to help us and were very pleasant. Beautiful view from our balcony, which had outside furnishings. Pool area was beautiful

Our hotel room was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful!! Our room has me a wraparound balcony so the view of the ocean could be seen by every room. It was so nice to wake up each morning and take in that amazing view.

Een prachtig hotel waar de hygiëne op orde is. Ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en de producten zijn vers. Het ontbijt wordt continu aangevuld. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral medewerker Rosa heeft ons steeds uitstekend geholpen en was zeer vriendelijk. Een minpunt zijn de meubels in de kamer. Deze zijn gedateerd en zijn aan vervanging toe. De badkamers zijn ook oud en alles erin is versleten. Is ontzettend jammer!

Rummet var rent men slitet, inredningen har många år på nacken. Fint med morgonrock och bra sängar. Som vanligt fantastisk utsikt. Bott på detta hotellet säkert 10 ggr nu. Incheckningen tog allt för lång tid, borde vara klart när man kommer dit särskilt sent på kvällen.

While some of the furniture shows a bit of wear, the cleanliness more than makes up for it and ensures a very comfortable stay. We booked a large number of rooms for our wedding guests, and everyone was delighted with the upgrades they received. The extra space made getting ready for the big day a breeze, and it was clear our guests appreciated the thoughtful touches. The grounds are beautifully maintained, providing a lovely backdrop for our outdoor wedding events. We were fortunate to have perfect weather, which made the experience even more memorable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the reception team, who went out of their way to meet our needs. A special thank you to Rafaella and her team for organising our pre-wedding celebration and lunch, which was enjoyed by everyone. Overall, our 5-day stay at MS Aparthotel was a fantastic choice for our celebration

It was a quiet property that is well kept and well managed. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are very attentive to the needs of those who stay with them. We had an early flight and they were kind enough to prepare a lbreakfast box for us with food to tie us over until our flight. This was a nice touch and very much appreciated

Our stay at MS Aparthotel was outstanding. The staff were great, especially Esther, she went above and beyond. The room was immaculate, with a stunning view. The Hotel facilities (spa, gym, two swimming pools, Hot Tub) were top-notch. Very close proximity to shops and restaurants. Alma Lusa restaurant is an absolutely fantastic restaurant! Highly recommended!

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. Allowed us to take advantage of the hotel, before check-in. Pool, parking and gym. Front desk was very helpful in providing transportation for a party of 5, with no vans available. A beautiful resort feel, in the heart of Lisbon. I will most definitely come here again.

After a month of traveling Europe we wanted to end our trip at a place that we could just relax but still do some city touring. MS Aparthotel worked out very well for us. The view was amazing. We enjoyed just passing the time on the balcony. The pool area is very nice and great to hangout at. The staff were all very helpful. We also took advantage of the buffet for two nights. As a place that's a little more secluded it is great. If you really wanted to spend the bulk of your day in town you might find it a little less convinient. That said, we were able to grab Ubers all the way to get to the other side of town for 10-15€. So not too bad really. In the end, it was the perfect place for us to chill out for a few days before returning home.

The hotel is fine. Just the location is not great. It is a long bus ride (plus having to change buses) to get into Lisbon. Trying to figure out where to catch the train to Sintra was difficult so I ended up driving. Better off staying in Lisbon and paying extra for parking your rental car.

The best moments for us were benefitting from the patience, kindness and understanding of Beatriz in reception. We enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant on our first night. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate, if a little uninspiring. We thought the best part of breakfast was making fresh orange juice. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. The kitchenette contained everything needed. The large balcony was a real bonus. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and the well-kept gardens. I loved the fact that many herbs were grown.

Over all good stay. Dated, some elements of the room in disrepair (broken cupboard doors, etc), but it seems they’re renovating. Food was decent but overpriced for what you got. The free indoor parking was a nice touch, and the kitchenette in the room was perfect with a baby.

Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Pool draußen, gepflegte Anlage, der Innenpool bräuchte etwas Renovierung, toller Blick aus dem Familienzimmer, dank der Bolt-App war die etwas auswärtige Lage kein Problem. Das Frühstück war okay, es hätte in 6 Tagen aber etwas Abwechslung gut getan.
