Although the hotel is very dated and very basic, it was excellent value for money. Expect what you pay for. Rooms are clean. Pool is very small and limited space to sunbathe but ok for a cool down. Breakfast is basic - croissants, few meats, yogurts, fruit bottled water & orange, coffee - not bad at all. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is cheap. Free large car park and a short walk to supermarkets, McDonald’s and the town. Main downfall is that it is situated on a busy road with no footpath - not ideal but ok . Overall quite impressed and would return!

The furniture, room, and bathroom conditions and cleanliness are poor. We chose this hotel only for sleep and take a shower, but even only for this purpose I do not think we will come back. The staff is friendly and very professional, the breakfast is ok, you have different options to choose. There is plenty space for parking.

Hotel di categoria inferiore a quella indicata...quasi un motel di ordine inferiore.. La camera non è mai stata pulita... né rifatta in due notti di soggiorno...letto scomodo aria condizionata poco funzionante...a tutto si è aggiunto cali di tensione elettrica continui...e sul finale assenza dell'acqua nella mattina del check-out... Quindi non abbiamo potuto nemmeno lavarci... In compenso c'era la piscina...che non abbiamo utilizzato e il parcheggio abbastanza grande contiguo all'hotel

Our booking was lost and it took sometime for us to get checked in . Partly to do with Hotels.com using The Expedia as our booking agent. The aircon worked well which gave this room an extra star.The pool was closed . 31 degrees atm so could have done with a dip. The Breakfast had limited choice as I expected so this is not is not reflected in my review. The coffee Barista still A+.The room dated . Powerful shower that’s the second bonus star. Lift dates and clunky. Staff spoke fluent Spanish and Spanglish. The booking wasn’t particularly cheap and the location is awful right by a busy A road.

Me gustó la atención recibida. No me gustó que me pidieran más dinero por llevar a la niña cuando yo había reservado una habitación triple: dos adultos y una niña de 7 años, de la que no tenían constancia. La habitación estaba sucia, el aire acondicionado goteando por una pared con más de un metro cuadrado de moho. Los colchones con humedad, sábanas y toallas con mucho uso y ennegrecidas. Me cambiaron de habitación y la otra estaba casi igual, salvo que no goteaba el aire acondicionado por la pared. La habitación reservada era triple con balcón, el balcón no lo vimos en ninguna de las dos habitaciones que nos dieron. Finalmente nos fuimos del hotel ya que las habitaciones no inspiraban salubridad, afortunadamente nos devolvieron el dinero.

En general es un hotel antiguo con un servicio de habitaciones muy bueno en la limpieza pero con instalaciones muy viejas. Todo nos ha funcionado pero peberían renovar algo el mobiliario las camas tienen un somier muy blando y no se descansa del todo bien

Esta bien ubicado , el servicio y limpieza y desayuno bueno, pero sin duda hay que mejorar el aspecto del los baños(actualizarlos y ubicar mejor las piezas sanitarias) y las habitaciones. Con nueva apariencia (nórdicos, cortinas …..) y modernizarlo, seguro estaríamos y sería mucho mejor.

Para el precio el hotel esta bastante bien. Es un poco viejo, pero esta limpio. La habitacion bastante bien pero no pusieron gel de baño ni jabon, cuando preguntamos me dijeron que no habia. El servicio lo justo, no te dan mucha informacion y cuando les preguntas algo te responden lo minimo. Pero en conclusión por el precio del hotel con el desayuno incluido esta bastante bien.

Lo mejor es el precio. El trato del personal correcto y la ubicación no está mal, siempre que tengas coche. No hay nada cerca para comer pero estás en coche muy rápido en la playa y en Altea. El establecimiento está demasiado descuidado, el aire acondicionado apenas enfría, la alcachofa de la ducha no tenía su base para colocarla, el riel de la cortinilla de la ducha (bañera) estaba apañada con celo, etc.

Staff were very helpful. The only bad thing was the breakfast — it was a disaster. There wasn’t a single vegetable, the cereals were among the worst I’ve had, and you’d think porridge would be available everywhere… but not here. Apart from this, the time spent there was okay, thanks to the staff.

Our booking was lost and it took sometime for us to get checked in . Partly to do with Hotels.com using The Expedia as our booking agent. The aircon worked well which gave this room an extra star.The pool was closed . 31 degrees atm so could have done with a dip. The Breakfast had limited choice as I expected so this is not is not reflected in my review. The coffee Barista still A+.The room dated . Powerful shower that’s the second bonus star. Lift dates and clunky. Staff spoke fluent Spanish and Spanglish. The booking wasn’t particularly cheap and the location is awful right by a busy A road.

Es cierto que está algo antiguo, pero muy pocos hoteles te ofrecen parking gratuito, piscina, desayuno incluido, A/C en la habitación... Por tan poco. El trato fantástico y bien ubicado. Repetiría.

Hotel bastante anticuado, fatal el acceso, salías andando del hotel y tienes una carretera sin arcén y sin acera ni paso para cruzar al supermercado de enfrente.

Although the hotel is very dated and very basic, it was excellent value for money. Expect what you pay for. Rooms are clean. Pool is very small and limited space to sunbathe but ok for a cool down. Breakfast is basic - croissants, few meats, yogurts, fruit bottled water & orange, coffee - not bad at all. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is cheap. Free large car park and a short walk to supermarkets, McDonald’s and the town. Main downfall is that it is situated on a busy road with no footpath - not ideal but ok . Overall quite impressed and would return!

Para el precio el hotel esta bastante bien. Es un poco viejo, pero esta limpio. La habitacion bastante bien pero no pusieron gel de baño ni jabon, cuando preguntamos me dijeron que no habia. El servicio lo justo, no te dan mucha informacion y cuando les preguntas algo te responden lo minimo. Pero en conclusión por el precio del hotel con el desayuno incluido esta bastante bien.

Lo mejor es el precio. El trato del personal correcto y la ubicación no está mal, siempre que tengas coche. No hay nada cerca para comer pero estás en coche muy rápido en la playa y en Altea. El establecimiento está demasiado descuidado, el aire acondicionado apenas enfría, la alcachofa de la ducha no tenía su base para colocarla, el riel de la cortinilla de la ducha (bañera) estaba apañada con celo, etc.

easy access to Benidorm to meet friends, available for early check in the booking form needs to give more information about the pets they accept as it said "pet friendly" but when you get to the hotel they on;y accept small dogs upto 10kg, our dog had to sleep in the car.

Esta bien ubicado , el servicio y limpieza y desayuno bueno, pero sin duda hay que mejorar el aspecto del los baños(actualizarlos y ubicar mejor las piezas sanitarias) y las habitaciones. Con nueva apariencia (nórdicos, cortinas …..) y modernizarlo, seguro estaríamos y sería mucho mejor.
Esta bien ubicado , el servicio y limpieza y desayuno bueno, pero sin duda hay que mejorar el aspecto del los baños(actualizarlos y ubicar mejor las piezas sanitarias) y las habitaciones. Con nueva apariencia (nórdicos, cortinas …..) y modernizarlo, seguro estaríamos y sería mucho mejor.

The furniture, room, and bathroom conditions and cleanliness are poor. We chose this hotel only for sleep and take a shower, but even only for this purpose I do not think we will come back. The staff is friendly and very professional, the breakfast is ok, you have different options to choose. There is plenty space for parking.
