Montego Bay Club Beach Resort

Quarto muito velho e mal conservado. As portas do banheiro e dos móveis estavam com furos e pedaços caindo. O ar condicionado não permite escolher a temperatura, só tem opção ligar/ desligar. O wifi só pega no quarto, fora dele não tem conexão. As fotos do site não são nem de perto a realidade do quarto. A limpeza também estava inadequada. A única coisa boa no quarto era a cama ...

I recently stayed at this place expecting a comfortable hotel experience, but it was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, the entire place smelled bad, and it was unbearably hot. Nothing felt clean or properly maintained. On top of that, the staff was very impolite and unhelpful when we raised concerns about the condition of the room. Because the place was so dirty and uncomfortable, we decided we had to cancel our spot and leave. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and overall comfort!! Please do not stay here it was good at all waste of time very dirty ps there advertising is fake no pool no view nothing furniture broken down

Pool was closed, property was a disaster.

I prepaid for a ride from the airport and I wasn’t able to locate them. Took a taxi instead. Upon arrival realized that it was in poor repair in a seedy area and not on the beach. The listing states family friendly and on a sandy beach. Neither of these are true. And no water in pool. It was intended to be 2 adults and 1 child. Only adult stayed because of this and left after 2 days instead of the planned 4. STAY AWAY!!!’Non refundable trash hole
