Great new-ish property and location. Accessible to Grandscapes, which made for fun, family entertainment. The breakfasts were good. Nice pool and the basketball half court was a bonus. Two nice outdoor seating areas with bbqs. Our room was clean and our late arrival was cheerfully accommodated.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds were a little hard but some people prefer that. The facility was very well kept, clean and beautiful inside and on the hotel grounds. Very good area for dogs outside and a small basketball court by the pool. Would stay here again.

There were roaches every where outside of the property. Found some in our room. Offered to exterminate, but that should be done on a regular basis. The cards did not always work on the outside gates or pool gates. The back door from pool to the lobby seemed to never work with physical or digital card. Grills were very difficult to light.

Their keycard system was hacked so only one emergency card was given per room and a $50 lost card fine was stated at check-in which set an icky tone right away. The hotel should have absorbed a lost keycard fee because it was highly inconvenient to have only one card per room and guests had to wait for an available employee to be escorted up to rooms on a very busy weekend. Also, do better management and spend 40 cents more to give free water to "third party reservations", too. Looks stupid when one guest gets a couple bottles of water and the next doesn't because they didn't book directly. Lastly, when you are "waiting for your coffee order" for well over a week, go to Costco and buy caffeinated Kirkland pods to keep the rooms stocked. There is a reason why you had plenty of decaf pods. Bed was uncomfortable. Terrific housekeeping and breakfast employees with yummy breakfast spread.

Major issue with water and sink smelling like sewer in our room. P trap pipe to the sink started leaking as if there is no gasket. Pillows are not good so had to go buy a good one. Location is excellent and breakfast is decent.

The place had small bugs in towel Never was able to get a hold of a luggage buggy people was holding all in their rooms when I mentioned it to staff giving attitude and didn’t seem to care asked twice for extra towels and trash bags , never got them .

In our first room, the shower and bathroom floor were not clean but my husband and I dealt with it. But then the air conditioner kept cutting off unless we got up to trip the motion sensor. It was 76° when we got in there and we set the thermostat to 70°. The coolest it got over the next several hours was 74°. We would not be able to sleep like this so I went to the front desk. The woman working the desk thankfully switched us to the last available room. This room had two beds instead of one king, and these beds were the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever experienced. Luckily the air conditioning in this room worked correctly and we were able to sleep, but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough the next morning. We were both very relieved we happened to only be staying one night.

I love this hotel but the room has ants everywhere. They got all over my baby’s milk which is very expensive. They did switch my room once I informed them but offered no help to help transfer my things to the new room. I love this hotel and hope they do better next time.

Very nice hotel. They clean common areas regularly. Breakfast was decent. We never received cleaning service although it is supposed to occur every other day. Then if you need towels or toilet paper for example, you have to go down to the desk to get it. Beds were a little soft for my taste. In a nice location, close to restaurants.

The hotel was very nicely kept and had great amenities. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that I was woken up in the middle of the night by lots of noise going up and down stairs, which sounded like it could have been working staff rather than guests. My husband wasn't disturbed by the noise, though.

Great hotel, wonderful staff and service. However, WiFi did not work, and I was locked out of my room at 2am and had to get a new keycard due to an error that made when staff checked me in. Otherwise, a nice stay!

Our family spent 3 nights at this property. Like other reviews, this property is new and is extremely clean! The rooms are HUGE with great space for a family of 4. The air conditioning is top notch and love the ceiling fans in the room. Breakfast was medicore at best, compared to other hotels it seemed to be lacking all around. The staff were friendly and accommodating! I loved the text option to the staff, very convenient! Restaurants in the area are amazing and in walking distance. We will stay here again when coming to the area.

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was no problem. The views from the room left a lot to be desired but that wasn't really a big deal. Our room was clean but there were several bulbs burn out. The main problem was that our night was NOISY. Not only were there people running in the hallway at all hours (1 AM, 3 AM) but the refrigerator was super loud. The price on the room was very fair

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The only problem was the people in the room above us. Had to call the front desk several times. The bumping or whatever they were doing lasted well into the night. So a good night's sleep was not had. I know the hotel can't know who's going to be checking in but I feel the situation could have been handled better.

The front office gal took a very long time to welcome/acknowledge us and had a 10 min conversation with a guest on how to use the digital key causing us to wait 20mins overall to wait to be checked-in. The room had a very strong and overwhelming smell of air freshener that gave us a headache and very hard to sleep. Glad it was only one night. We almost cancelled and went somewhere else.

Check in was easy. The front desk associate did her best to accommodate my early arrival. When she didn’t see an available room in the system, she called housekeeping to see if there were any rooms available that weren’t updated in the system and I was able to get a room early. Staff is friendly, my hotel room was really clean. The only reason why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because one night in the sitting area, some coffee cups and soda bottles were left out. I know that’s not the hotel’s fault, but probably would’ve been better if someone from the night staff check that area to ensure trash isn’t out. But other than that, really clean. Modern and up to date. Overall, had a wonderful stay! This will be my first choice hotel whenever I return to the area!

Great new-ish property and location. Accessible to Grandscapes, which made for fun, family entertainment. The breakfasts were good. Nice pool and the basketball half court was a bonus. Two nice outdoor seating areas with bbqs. Our room was clean and our late arrival was cheerfully accommodated.

The front desk person that checked my husband and I in an Fri 5th originally told me no printer, But I went back with another staff person was working and was really nice she helped me with locating the printer, the food was spicy early in the morning it was watered down juice watery oatmeal, etc had to run out in the middle of the night one let us know what was going on ,over all this stay was ok, not the best but ok, this our 3rd visit to this hotel

We love this hotel, this is probably our 10th time staying here! The ceiling fans over the bed are a must-have in DFW summer heat, and the room setup is perfect for our family of 3. We love having a full kitchen, a table to eat at, and the room is well-appointed with plugins throughout and great lighting options. The complementary breakfast is always well-run and restocked quickly, with a surprising amount of options, though the Texas-shaped waffles are our favorite. For the location, price, convenience, and most of all because of the in-room ceiling fans, we'll keep coming back!

The room and property were fine, but there was a clear lack of caring from staff. This was most visible in the allowance of guests to continue to party into AM hours. I would recommend to any guest to request a high floor or bring ear plugs, as you can hear everything happening in the pool area.
