Muy buen hotel. Cuartos muy amplios. La regadera realmente accesible y deliciosa. Tiene cocineta. Lo único malo fue la recepcionista que nos tocó, de lo más odiosa. Ni siquiera fue capaz de decirnos dónde estaban los elevadores. El desayuno rico, y con opciones saludables. Estuvimos muy agusto, la verdad.

I booked 2 rooms for my guest and one of the guest forgot to check out and took the key with them to the airport so I had to call and I call them and this guy pick up the phone and told him what happen and he took care of everything and was so kind.

The manager Devonte (or so he says) told my friend they could not honor her Expedia reservation due to lack of communication on expedias behalf. When she asked for a new reservation, they said they were fully booked and then proceeded to give a NEW room to the next person in line. When we asked how this was possible, the manager cut my friend off from speaking and asked us both to leave the premises . We did not raise our voices we were not disrespectful, he simply did not want to deal with us and asked us to leave. This was on Saturday 9/19 at 11:20am. I am a guest so I did not leave. If I was not checking out tmrw, I would have left today. I would recommend going elsewhere because you will not get good customer service here, in fact the manager will step on you when you’re already down by saying “I was going to go upstairs and see what I can do for you but now I’m not going to. Leave the property” . I have no words for how disgusted I am by the treatment we received here. I already filed a complaint with corporate and BBB. If anyone from corporate is reading this I beg you to look at the cameras at the vile way we were treated.after this altercation we were treated differently. We complained our toilet got clogged and they gave us a plunger instead of coming and doing it themselves. Devonte did not maintain respect while talking to us.
