Service was not good. There 3 nights and room was never cleaned, even after asked it to be cleaned. We requested towels one morning, but never received them and after all day had to go get towels from front desk. Elevator was down part of day and had to use stairs.

All of the staff were top notch and a pleasure to interact with. However, only one elevator works, no a/c in the hallways, no microwave in the room, only one towel, breakfast was poor (even for a hotel), blackout shades were definitely not blackouts and didn’t even cover whole window, had to reactivate our room key every time we came back in and the remote key was always in the “requested” mode. Holliday weekend and one guy was covering everything, he was wonderful and very friendly but there was a long line of people needing help.

We booked this place mainly for the amenities including the pool and gym. The gym was shut down our entire stay and the pool was dirty with dirty towels everywhere. It was in great location and the hot breakfast was good.

Angel gave great service. She called our room to check about our A/C since we had an issue with it upon arrival. Loved the check out time being 12pm. The policy was super easy to bring our pup with us. The gym was nice, good for basic workout. Pool was cool that it was indoors, but 1st floor smelled like chlorine because of it. Wish the pool hrs were the same as the gym hrs.

The room was nice and large. Great bed. Used the pool, it was filthy. Very long hairs floating and submerged in the water. A large pile of dirt and sand at the bottom. Poolside shower broken.

Had a 4th floor room, large suite style room. Seems like they were painting and remodeling. Blue tape were in the halls around the borders. Bathroom shower walls were not as clean, the bathroom sink fixtures were loose and not complete attached. AC made weird loud noises..TV Is not a smart tv so can’t sign into Netflix or Hulu. Pool was not as clean and smelled strongly of chlorine… The area is nice and lots of great restaurants and conveniences, but I will be staying at Homewood for now on w/ a ceiling fan, cleanliness and better amenities & tv options

I loved the heated pool, cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. Lisa at the front desk was awesome. I did have a slight issue with the first room and she resolved the issue within a few minutes (by the time I went to my car and came back issue was resolved).

We enjoyed our stay and this hotel was very clean, employees were all very friendly. Our only complaint was that the pool was too cold to swim in, as an indoor pool, I would have thought it would be warmer.

Couch and chairs really dirty . There were socks left under the desk from previous guests personal soap and hygiene stuff left behind. I saw the girls cleaning few rooms next To me and they were not changing comforters. Staff for check in where super awesome/ best customer service. Dirtiest room I have ever experienced. Very disappointed. I don’t usually leave comments but it was bad.

The bathroom and hallway smelled like sewage and the door on the bathroom would jam up and couldn’t be opened unless someone outside the room opened it. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that is the way the door works. I also asked for someone to come check on the smell from the bathroom, but no one ever did. For these reasons I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Our experience was horrible, they didn’t get our rooms like they were supposed to so we had to change, the rooms they put us in were smelly and disgusting and everything was sticky to the touch. Found used bandaids in the window that my kid tried to play in.

We enjoyed the breakfast, good variety. We thought that the lobby decor was unique and great for photo ops. The location was also a plus, very centrally located to many activities, restaurants, and entertainment. Friendly staff! Our room was a little warm and the front desk came to reset the thermostat. Room never really cooled off. Fridge was unplugged. And the tv wouldn’t turn on with or without the remote. Room was clean and bed was pretty comfy. Also, the blackout shade did its job!

The walls were incredibly thin. There was someone snoring next door to us ALL NIGHT LONG and we could hear it for hours. Slept terrible. There were also dog barking early for a long time. The hotel needs to work on sound proofing. We won’t stay here again for that reason.

Overall we were pleased except for the bed. It was very uncomfortable and lumpy. We did have an issue with the AC but Omarr came and replaced batteries in thermostat then all was good. He’s a great asset for your property. Very professional and friendly.

Omar was very friendly and eager to assist. It took 30 minutes to check in as he was the only one helping people. Another staff member was also at the desk, but didn’t help. New TV in the room. We had sound but no audio last night. Omar was able to fix it then. This morning, the TV continued to turn off when “Live TV” was selected. The hand-held shower faucet also didn’t work. It just trickled.

I had a great stay! The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious each day, especially loved the Texas Cinnamon Roll Waffles! Super cute! The staff was also great and super helpful! I'd choose this hotel again 🙂

All of the staff were top notch and a pleasure to interact with. However, only one elevator works, no a/c in the hallways, no microwave in the room, only one towel, breakfast was poor (even for a hotel), blackout shades were definitely not blackouts and didn’t even cover whole window, had to reactivate our room key every time we came back in and the remote key was always in the “requested” mode. Holliday weekend and one guy was covering everything, he was wonderful and very friendly but there was a long line of people needing help.

We travel a lot --- and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Reception, cleanliness, room, etc were all great. But we really appreciated the morning breakfast. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and good quality. Pretty much standard fare, but the attendant took extra care to make it a good experience. We appreciate this!

Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean and was in a great location. Only thing was there was not good water pressure in shower and sink but that was tolerable. Everything else was great. Been a heated pool.

Amazing for a vacation spot, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding businesses. Everything was within walking distance, if I really felt like walking.

This was a great place! Convenient location, clean, kind staff, and THE BEST breakfast bar I've had at a hotel. Our kids loved being able to stack their waffles with ALL the things. Its close to andretti, top golf, lots of shopping, etc. I will be staying here again.

Everything was great. The breakfast could have had a better variety. Rooms had no safes which was disappointing. The gym was good a d the kids seemed to enjoy the swimming pool.

We arrived a few minutes before 3:00. The two men at the front desk did not greet us, in fact they continued working on their computers. After about 10 minutes of standing at the counter one asked if we needed to check in. He said he would call housekeeping to see if our room was ready. We waited another 20 minutes, I went back to the counter, now there were at least 4 others trying to check in. The man that first helped me was trying to leave for the day. When I asked him about our room he said he hadn't heard from housekeeping and walked away. The other man at the counter asked if he could help me. I told him the situation. He checked us (party of 4) in. He gave me someone else's room. He even named them by name and said I hope he doesn't show up for a while. If the room is for 4 people why wouldn't there be 4 towels? It's an inconvenience to have to go back down to the lobby for a towel. If the check in staff would have been friendly and accommodating it would have set the mood for a pleasant stay.
