Complicado usar el elevador, solo es 1 y pequeño. Solo tienen televisión por cable. Si apagas el aire huele a humedad. Ayuda para emergencia que tengas que quedarte 1 noche mas. El desayuno esta muy simple, pero son muy atentos

Hola, estuve una noche y me gusto mucho, excelente ubicacion, habitacion comoda y limpia, el unico pero es el estacionamiento, muy pequeño, quitando eso el hotel es una muy buena opcion

Awful hotel! Left with several bed bug bites. Remote for TV didn't work. No ice. No kleenex in bathroom. Faucet in bathroom was loose and the counter top by the faucet was cracked. Electrical outlet was underneath the desk--who does that? plus no electrical outlet covers. Had to crawl under the desk to plug in our laptop. TV screen was about the size of my laptop screen. No desk light. Hallway window was left open with no screen the entire time we were there. Elevator was small and very slow. Not enough parking spots. A lot of the parking spots were consumed with storage and there was a huge hole in the floor that a car tire could have fell into. Quite unfortunate as all of the staff were wonderful.

when I saw the photos on the Expedia app, they look great and is the reason why I considered this hotel in the first place. The place looks clean and modern. The reviews seem promising as well. But none of that is true! Do not let the positive reviews nor pics fool you! Once you arrive the parking is limited and tight. The elevator is small, dirty and takes forever to get to you. Once getting to your room, it seems ok. Until you’re ready to go into bed. The sheets were disgusting. There was a big light brown stain on the bed (I don’t want to know what it was) it kinda of resembled a grease stain or something. There was little hairs at the bottom of the sheets with some sand. We went downstairs to the lobby to inform the clerk. When we approach him he is on his phone and looks annoyed already as if we interrupted him. We proceed to tell him about the sheets and he just says oh so you just need clean sheets? We answer yes and ask him if he can check them out and if he can send someone to change them. He was quick to say “oh no that’s not necessary, just leave the sheets next to your bathroom door” we are in stunned by his response. We go back upstairs with the clean sheets he gave us but my father was not content with the services so he goes downstairs and explains how disgusting the sheets were. They both come upstairs and he finally takes a look at the sheets and agrees on how grotesque the sheets are. He switched us to a different room but even that room was not that clean.

El hotel esta padre esta muy agusto el area dela alberca es bonita y esta muy limpio el unico pero que le pongo esque en la abitacion hacia mucha calor como que el aire acondicionado no sirve bien lo notifique pero no lo revosaron hacia mucha calor

La alberca no esta climatizada y nunca le da el sol

Muy buena opción, estacionamiento privado, cerca de playa y zona comercial, sin duda será mi primer opción cuando regrese a vacacionar.

Excelente opción, solo les hace falta comprar un tapete para no meter arena dentro del hotel, nunca se mantiene limpio, siempre está sucio el piso y el elevador

El aire no enfría bien y hace mucho ruido es quipo viejo, tv no enciende, secadora no sirve, internet deficiente. Y lo peor salieron cucarachas mi habitación.

Me gustó mucho lo limpio de los cuartos

El hotel está bonito, bien cuidado y céntrico , los colchones demasiado duros para mi gusto y el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, no dejo descansar como yo quería, deben de tomar en cuenta el ruido de los aires la verdad no es cómodo escucharlo, ahí les fallo el diseño, en General es un buen hotel, Limpio y seguro.

Todo excelente en su relación costo-beneficio, la verdad todo muy bien para ser un hotel barato, limpio, el clima funcionando bien, la regadera excelente, buena ubicación, pero un pequeño gran detalle, las almohadas eran un pequeño ladrillo, súper chiquitas y súper duras, al final esos detalles arruinan toda la experiencia, sin embargo creo es algo fácil de corregir.

Por la tarifa para 4 personas es una excele te opcion, sin embargo la habitacion es muy chica y se esucha mucho ruido, almenos en el primer piso, se escucha ruido de la alberca y calle. Fuera de eso es una excelente eleccion si donde menos vas a estar es el hotel.

el personal muy amable sobre todo las camaristas al llegar me tope con un problema de diferencia en cuanto a lo que reserve, pero despues se soluciono gracias a otra persona diferente a la que nos hizo el check in, el desayuno repetitivo pero bueno. las habitaciones ya necesitan mantenimiento o remodelacion ya que tienen un olor a humedad al igual que los muebles para guardar la ropa, preferi dejar mi ropa en las maletas. la ubicacion es lo mejor porque esta a pasos de la playa y muy cerca del malecon.

Pedí un cambio de habitación y no me lo dieron a pesar de que me hicieron esperar 4 horas. El personal está poco capacitando. La habitación es cómoda estándar a lo esperado.

Me gustó que está bien ubicado, cerca del Hotel hay varios lugares a los que puedes ir a comer o a tomar una nieve, lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar tardaron como una hora para darme la habitación por un problema que había habido con Expedia y el Hotel, el Hotel decía que no tenía el dinero que yo ya había pagado y Expedia decía lo mismo.

Muy buen servicio. Pero creo que estaría bien que también tengan servicio de comidas y cena. Y áreas dónde tender la ropa mojada

que tenian mi habitacion lista antes de mi check in, que el desayuno estab incluido (habia cafe,jugo, agua, chilaquiles, pan, fruta), siempre fueron amables en recepción con nosotros. el unico detalle fue el elevador y la alberca.
