The effort the owners have put into this property is impressive. Several additions such as a pool and a 24/hr billiard room give value. Restaurant on site and 7eleven across the street. Airport shuttle got me there as quickly as a taxi at about 1/3 the price. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you are waiting on a flight or just making a transit to another place. There’s an elevator! I was hesitant because all the reviews said there were no elevators, but luckily the time I stayed, there was one and it looked newly added too. Overall I will definitely stay again because I included the shuttle in my reservation which was very convenient because it covered round trip, from airport to hotel and from hotel back to airport. The staffs were very nice and friendly. My only complaint is the poor sound proofing because we could hear all the outside, hallway, and neighbors noises, so that was hard to sleep through. The room above my room had children in it so there were stomping and running all night which was really bothersome because if there’s going to be family rooms with small children, they should be put on the main ground floor so this doesn’t happen.

Öfters dort ein Stopover in diesem Hotel gehabt! Transfer zum Flughafen für 100 Baht! Einige Restaurants und ein 7/11 in der Nähe! Wenn man nachfragt, wird man mit einem Golfbuggy dort hin gefahren! Frühstück günstig, könnte aber etwas besser sein! Kleiner Pool mit Sonnendeck! TOP!!!

Fine for one or 2 nights stay, except that the bathroom had a fair bit of fungus around the sink and in between tiles. TV is not cable so nothing in English. Bed was fine and the hotel is in a quiet area

You get what you pay for I guess? Our bathroom was full of bugs. Looked like termites. Five or so dead ones on the floor in the bathroom and 20 or Live ones in our sink. Hard to sleep or use the bathroom with that going on. Do not recommend and I would not stay there again

Cons: Bed was semi hard. Bathrooms were old and run down. Shower head was giving out water in weird directions. Breakfast was ok. It was a hotel with the key card system. Once you leave the room the key card left with you. Which meant it will be very hot when you return. It’s off the beaten path. Pros: Great customer service. Rooms were large and clean. Transportation to the airport with a fee. Close to airport. Walking distance to laundry facility. Good pool. AC worked great. Kept the room cold. 2 great restaurants near by. They restocked room every morning with waters, toilet paper, Soaps and shampoo by leaving it at the front door. I really appreciated that.

A bit messy pickup from the airport, very good transportation to the airport (but on scheuled slot times) A large, very sparsely furnished clean room. Not so nice bed. And the bad thing. This is noisy. Every airplane rocks the place, you do not know if there are people in your room or outside, so bad is the sound insulation

Staff were friendly and helpfull and even though we only arrived 2pm to check out 4am so literally a whistle stop tour they provided us breakfast to go as we couldnt have breakfast as included in the room. Only massive massive downside the beds, they were rocksolid with 1 thin pillow it was like sleeping on the tile floor without a pillow so absolutely no sleep after a very long travel day room was clean though. If the beds were softer 100% be an ok overnight airport stay. Too far out to be a good base for bangkok sightseeing unfortunately

Everything is good for this hotel except for one very important issue. The building structure is not soundproof. You couldn't sleep at all. In whatever rooms,you can hear very loud noise such as people speaking,door closing. You next door neighbor or downstairs also can hear you. How to sleep like that?

Spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer. The mattresses must be from the 1970's. Can't find a spot to lay that doesnt have several broken springs sticking out to poke you. VERY uncomfortable.

Good location near BKK airport, good price for the hotel, easy walking distance to restaurants, has airport shuttle option with good price ($200Baht one way). The only complaint I have is the direction to the hotel shuttle. I suggest that adding this to the instruction: tell travelers to check-in with the person standing behind the stand with various hotel signs to check in and request a shuttle ride. I was looking for a person holding the sign and wasted some precious time to arrange the hotel shuttle. In addition, the receptionist can be a little more friendly while answering questions. I know it's a frustrating job but many of the travelers just came off a very long and tiring flight and would appreciate some understanding.

while checking in the lady at the front desk was kind of rude, wasn't friendly at all. tried asking questions later on that night and she was the same way. If your looking for a place to stay for a quick layover, it's good for catching up on some sleep. nothing really close by but you do have 7-11.

Stayed here the last night of my trip because of near the airport. Good price and short walk to 7/11, family mart and some restaurants. Ordered Bolt taxi to Robinson just 60thb. The hotel takes you to airport with van for 100thb Hotel also has a restaurant and a massage shop

I had to wait 2 days before my grandson could fly to join me, so Gold Airport Hotel was inexpensive and close to the airport. It was basic accommodation with good air conditioning and a nice balcony. It was good basic accommodation. It is near many good restaurants and massage parlours.

They say there’s room service, but there’s not. You have to go to the restaurant to prefer takeout. They say you can order a massage to your room for an extra fee, but you cannot. You have to go to the spa. Not a big deal, but I don’t like places that aren’t honest in their advertising. And the rooms are horrible! Not very good at all, towels are ripped, and there’s insects. Plus the room was like 90 degrees when I got in!

The hotel is tired and in need of an update. The beds and bathrooms needed renewing. We arrived early but although it stated on our booking that check in was 12, we couldn’t actually check in until 2pm. That said there is a restaurant that serves fantastic food which is attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly and the shuttle to the airport was a real bonus. The pool was lovely. I would stay again.

Very convenient to be able to sleep on an overnight layover, in a secure space with our luggage. I appreciated that they squeezed in an extra shuttle for us when the one we needed to take was full. Easy logistics - they contacted us to explain the shuttle logistics. Some restaurants within driving distance. The restaurant onsite was a mixed bag (enjoyed 1 dish, gave us the wrong dish for the other). Some of the guests seemed a little sketchy but it was ok for an overnight layover.

Airport shuttle to and from hotel was great. Distance to airport was great. I’m 75yrs but had no help with luggage to my room or on leaving. Bathroom had not been cleaned well. Toilet water hose spray was too high pressure made use almost cutting. Menu at the restaurant was generally not appealing, nothing there for me a vegetarian for 50 yrs.
