La habitación estaba sucia, desorganizada, todo complicado , el acceso , encender los equipos de aire acondicionado y los ventiladores , el agua , cuando había , sin presión , cero información sobre la wifi y la contraseña , en fin un desastre

We had no hot water and the water came out of the system BROWN! And when the water started coming out somewhat clear it was dribbling out the faucet. They didnt provide wash rags and adequate towels. No room service, i had to go to the laundromat my self. First i had to kill big water bugs in my room and i couldn’t sleep thinking about the bugs climbing on the bed as i slept. No local TV station, just apps like youtube and netflix. The parking lot was full of fallen fruits and rotten fruits so when i left the property i was stepping on rotten fruit. At the kicthen there were these small almost microscopic bugs everywhere. There was something that looked like blood spattered on the wall of the kitchen. I can barely move in the small bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty. The checkout was weird because i had to press the button to open the gate to drive off the property but also leave the key in the room and nobody was there to help with the process.

Property didn’t have hot water only 2 towel in the bathroom overall the place wasn’t prepared for guests a complete waste of my time and money only stayed because I would not have gotten a refund will not recommend this place to anyone checked out a day early stayed somewhere else
