Absolutely the best service. Fight delayed my arrival and Nami still set the key and answered my call at 4AM if that’s not service I don’t know what is. Thanks SO much. Oh and the view. Legend

This is an apartment that has been converted into an AirBnB with the bedrooms as the "hotel" room. So the balance of the apartment is common area. The apartment is very nice and well-located, next to the outdoor shopping and restaurant area. The automatic entry works great - make sure you read ALL the info.

Nice location, amazing beds, everything was very clean and proper. There was also a common area where you could make breakfast, get a coffee and use the fridge. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I even booked an extra night. My only advise for foreign guests is DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR ON THE PUBLIC PARKING. They broke into my car, smashed the window and I got herassed and followed for 600 km. Atherwards the police in the Netherlands found a GPS-tracker in my car. I went to the local police station and they told me that tourist with foreign licence plates are known to be robbed in this area. I felt really unsafe and this incident made me end my vacation and go home. Better to use the guarded garage and walk or take a taxi to the Maison 6.

We had an excellent time at this guest house. The way to open the gate and apartment door was a little tricky to figure out at first but you get sent a link and then you press the door bell and click on the button to the door on your phone. Once you get it figured out it’s easy. We were one minute late while checking out and the link no longer worked to exit the property gate so make sure you give yourself some time to get out before the link expires. The room was clean and nice and had a great view. The WiFi was excellent and very fast. The communication with the staff was great we used WhatsApp. Just know if you book a ride from the airport you will need to pay the driver when he drops you off. I misunderstood and thought that the staff would pay them and we would just get it charged to the room. But he accepted my card with a 5€ extra charge so it was fine. There’s tons of things to do nearby and everything is so easily walkable. Such a beautiful city and everything is so close to the room! Also, it’s a private room in a shared apartment with other guests but you get a key to your own room and then you share a dining area. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Ostia! We loved it and had an amazing time.

Great central location near to the beach, lovely street of restaurants. Check in was easy enough using WhatsApp instructions. I would say that some kind of ‘do not disturb/clean my room’ system would be good so the cleaner doesn’t knock on the door in the morning. Friendly staff though and happy to help.

There’s a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance, which was very nice! The view from the balcony was beautiful. We started our trip to Italy here and stayed again the last night.

Vi hadde en veldig gøy tur her. Rommet var bra og sikkert. Verten var veldig behjelpelig og alltid lett å få tak i. Rengjøringen var og bra og ofte.

We had a fantastic short stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of bedding was available.The room was clean and the shower was great. There was plenty of hot water and great pressure. The staff were excellent about communicating and making sure that everything was going well. It is self check-in and the staff made sure that we were successful at getting in. Once inside keys were provided for entry which was appreciated as I have been having trouble with my internet connection. The location is great and close to several restaurants, bus stops nearby and the property was very easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was easy. The room was nice and clean. The cleaners were friendly. Air conditioning in the 40 C August weather was a life saver. The location is just right, near all the restaurants, beach, walking distance to train station, bus to the train also right infront of the building. (We spent few days in Torvaianica/the dunes). There is not much to complain. Maybe the shower head could be replaced but that’s about it.

The property was great it was in a good location the view was amazing. The downfall is the area around the property was extremely dirty. There was trash everywhere, I was afraid to walk on the beach barefoot as there was so much trash and broken glass. There was also a lot of remodeling going on and lots of wall banging early in the morning. The staff was not on site and the communication was done all via the WhatsApp. They were very prompt but I never met anyone in person.

We had a fantastic short stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of bedding was available.The room was clean and the shower was great. There was plenty of hot water and great pressure. The staff were excellent about communicating and making sure that everything was going well. It is self check-in and the staff made sure that we were successful at getting in. Once inside keys were provided for entry which was appreciated as I have been having trouble with my internet connection. The location is great and close to several restaurants, bus stops nearby and the property was very easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was easy. The room was nice and clean. The cleaners were friendly. Air conditioning in the 40 C August weather was a life saver. The location is just right, near all the restaurants, beach, walking distance to train station, bus to the train also right infront of the building. (We spent few days in Torvaianica/the dunes). There is not much to complain. Maybe the shower head could be replaced but that’s about it.

There’s a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance, which was very nice! The view from the balcony was beautiful. We started our trip to Italy here and stayed again the last night.

This is an apartment that has been converted into an AirBnB with the bedrooms as the "hotel" room. So the balance of the apartment is common area. The apartment is very nice and well-located, next to the outdoor shopping and restaurant area. The automatic entry works great - make sure you read ALL the info.

Nice location, amazing beds, everything was very clean and proper. There was also a common area where you could make breakfast, get a coffee and use the fridge. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I even booked an extra night. My only advise for foreign guests is DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR ON THE PUBLIC PARKING. They broke into my car, smashed the window and I got herassed and followed for 600 km. Atherwards the police in the Netherlands found a GPS-tracker in my car. I went to the local police station and they told me that tourist with foreign licence plates are known to be robbed in this area. I felt really unsafe and this incident made me end my vacation and go home. Better to use the guarded garage and walk or take a taxi to the Maison 6.

We had an excellent time at this guest house. The way to open the gate and apartment door was a little tricky to figure out at first but you get sent a link and then you press the door bell and click on the button to the door on your phone. Once you get it figured out it’s easy. We were one minute late while checking out and the link no longer worked to exit the property gate so make sure you give yourself some time to get out before the link expires. The room was clean and nice and had a great view. The WiFi was excellent and very fast. The communication with the staff was great we used WhatsApp. Just know if you book a ride from the airport you will need to pay the driver when he drops you off. I misunderstood and thought that the staff would pay them and we would just get it charged to the room. But he accepted my card with a 5€ extra charge so it was fine. There’s tons of things to do nearby and everything is so easily walkable. Such a beautiful city and everything is so close to the room! Also, it’s a private room in a shared apartment with other guests but you get a key to your own room and then you share a dining area. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Ostia! We loved it and had an amazing time.

Helpful to know that you are only renting one bedroom of the apartment. Pictures showed the balcony but that is shared with other apartment renters. View from our room (and the shared patio) was stunning. Beds were comfortable and AC was enough even during a heat wave. Walking distance to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Best part was the owner helped us secure a driver for our trip, which was so helpful!

The room and space were very clean and well maintained. I was greeted at the apartment and shown my room and all the amenities in the shared space. There was a lovely balcony to take coffee or breakfast on. I unfortunately only stayed one night. Alessio assisted me via chats and was extremely helpful. I took the train from Rome which was very easy about 30 minute ride. There are many things to do and see in Ostia. Great seafood! I would return when summer is a bit more underway as I went in May. Hope to visit next year!

We loved the location and wanted a final beach day before heading home. We were concerned about the communal areas, but honestly we didn't run into or even meet anyone else there. Not sure if the other rooms weren't booked or the guests were just quite. We did hear them leave in the morning, but outside of that, this is a pretty private setting better than most hotels.
