The H'All Tailor Suite

The property was a bit smaller than expected. And a little further away from the main city centre than we wanted but it was nice to get away from all the action. Would have been nicer to have a bigger lobby or some more hang out spaces other than the room. Food was delicious.

A nice modern hotel but a couple of things let it down for us. 1, our room 102 was on the ground floor and a stones throw from reception and the main entrance. You can hear every person walking in and out of the hotel and even if someone is having a conversation in the lobby area you can hear it quite easily. Also our room window was next to the stairs into the hotel and right above the smoking area, again not very quiet. The bed in the room really needs replacing. It made so much noise you couldn’t move in bed without the whole thing creaking. Literally the slight movement made so much noise. The bathroom with the glass walls and glass door is a nice touch but you can literally see whoever is using the toilet very clearly with the big gaps between the door and glass wall so be prepared to see everything exposed. These little things did let it down for us. Also when it says there is a bar & restaurant. I wouldn’t exactly call it a bar. It’s one table with a couple of chairs next to the bar, felt slightly awkward sitting there when you’re next to the main entrance into the restaurant and the drinks are crazily over priced. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. If I was to go back to Rome I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Especially if you were to pay full rates, I would have been extremely disappointed but we had a deal so wasn’t as bad

Gorgeous boutique hotel in great location. Walking distance to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Great value for money. The fine dining restaurant is exquisite and worth the experience.

Bra lite hotel rett ved Piazza de Popolo. 5 min unna. Bra frokost og store rom men ganske slitt og enkelte utilgivelige feil for et 4 stjerners hotell. Veldig vennlig personale.

Room was good and clean. Room was smaller than I expected but it did have adequate amenities.

À l’arrivée, notre chambre était sale (moisissures dans la douche, cheveux sur les murs, savons à usage unique déjà utilisé, plancher sale). Le réceptionniste était accueillant, mais notre expérience n’était pas agréable dans l’ensemble. Nous avons également dû attendre devant le portail d’entrée à notre retour de dîner car personne nous laissait entree. Bien situé, mais je n’y retournerai assurément pas.

Das Hotel ist ganz ok, aber niemals ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Einrichtungen im Bad waren lose oder defekt. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht so der Hit. Der Fernseher hatte nur italienische Programme, keinen internationalen Nachrichtensender. Die Lage des Hotels war aber gut. Fast alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren schnell erreichbar.

I loved this boutique hotel! The entire property was clean and decorated and check in/out was easy and quick. The staff was also very helpful in getting me a time slot to eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site, All’Oro, even when they were fully booked!

I was so pleased with this hotel. I have taken overseas trips before but this was the first to Rome. The hotel is in a great area, it has character and is clean. Every staff member I came across had great customer service skills. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the house keeping staff cleaned every day. I actually left them a nice tip because they did such a good job. The restaurant is great, I ate breakfast there every day, and it is an experience, not just a meal. I only ate breakfast there because I got in late every day, but I hear the dinner service there is excellent as well. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I wanted to make this a walking vacation since I was only there for a week, and maps.com showed it to be central to the coliseum and the vatican, and it was. During my very enjoyable week there I visted the Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Coliseum and all the places near and in between them. The farthest site away was the coliseum which was about 3.4 kilometers away, which for me is an easy trek, it took me about an hour to walk there. I will definitley be coming back to Rome and will be staying here again.

Paper thin walls, crumbs left in breakfast area prior to my arrival, many cracks/dented switches/funky bathroom plumbing.

Great property, awesome staff, service, friendliness and helpfulness. Only downside for me was the room I received was very hot and the air was not able to cool it properly.

Great hotel, the only thing was the mattress needed to be replaced, other than that everything was great would stay there again no doubt, and hope they do something about the mattress.

The good: decent size rooms and bathroom for European standards. Staff really friendly and helpful. The bad : no way it is a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 at most. It was quite disappointing in that sense. Old furniture, lose toilet cover, clogged drain in the shower, old fixtures.

Great staff. But this is not a 5-star hotel. AC would turn itself off from time to time.

This is an amazing hotel with very attentive staff. We also arranged transportation through the hotel and all the drivers were professional and experienced. This hotel also boasts a Michelin star restaurant with an amazing menu. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome.

We chose to stay at the hotel for the restaurant however were disappointed with the hotel room. We were staying for our honeymoon and advised the hotel of this in advance - the occasion was not mentioned and the room in our opinion not worth the value of what we paid nor any offer of an upgrade. Not even any free water in the room which is usually a given and has been at the other hotels we have stayed in on our honeymoon. The restaurant is amazing!

Staff seem to try to get extra money from me for every little thing. We checked into our room and get a call immediately saying it would be extra 80 euros cause they didn’t know my wife was staying in the room. In the room there was 2 humidifiers to try to mask the humidity in the air. We honestly checked out 15 minutes later, stayed at a 3 star which was much better.

I first want to say that the staff were amazing! Alex went above and beyond to assist us with all our questions and inquires and recommendations. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. It is in a beautiful location. The breakfast was one of the best in Rome! You will definitely see us again when we are back and Rome!

We had a lovely stay, warm welcome and later help with sigjtseeing and restaurant reservations from the front desk. Cleaning was good. Breakfast was served in the Michelin star restaurant - probably best hotel breakfast we ever had!! No buffet but tons of food, fresh and super tasty. My wife had allergies that were accommodated as well. We had one evening dinner as well and loved it! Good location as well, easy to walk or take Metro. Well recommended.

A quite Hotel with a very good location. Rooms were clean and comfy. Service was good especially in Ristorante AllˋOro. Everything worked just like it should be in Michelinˋs star restaurant. The food was so good that this restaurant is one of our favs in Rome.

Excellent experience, I’d definitely recommend to anyone. Many walkable cafes and restaurants, and the Michelin star restaurant on site is amazing.

Ikke 5 stjernet. Vi boede i familie værelse med vores to børn. Det var et rum med to værelser med dobbeltseng i det ene rum og en sovesofa i det andet. Vi havde fået to rejse senge ind i soveværelset til børnene, men ud over det var der intet børnevenligt på hotellet. Morgenmaden blev vi anbefalet flere gange var slet ikke pengene værd 30euro pr mand, også for vores pige på 1.5 år. Ingen højstol. Hun fik dermed ikke morgenmad selv da vi ikke ville betale for det. Det er jo crazy. To af senge lamperne på værelset virkede ikke. Dette fortalte vi til en af de første dage, hvor på de sagde de ville fixe det men gjorde det ikke. Sovesofaen kunne man ikke sidde i da den gled fra hinanden hele tiden. Værelset bar tydelig præg på slid. Vi havde læst anmeldelserne hjemme fra, og var klar over det ikke levede op til stjernerne, men undskyldningen var tailored service. Det fik vi heller ikke meget af. Da vi spurgte efter creamer til kaffen skulle vi ringe efter room service. Kopperne var espresso kopper, og selvom vi er Italien, kunne der godt være større kopper samt glas på værelset til at drikke vand osv af. Det værste var at der var vejarbejde lige uden for vores vindue 3 ud af 4 nætter lige uden for og den ene nat sov vi ikke før kl 5, da det støjer helt enormt. Det var vi ikke informeret om eller kompenseret for og det synes jeg simpelthen ikke det kan være bekendt når man rejser med små børn. Personalet sødt og hjælpsom.. Specielt Gabriella. manageren fandt vi ubehøvlet.
