Superbe hôtel avec très bon emplacement. Appartement très bien équipé pour cuisiner le soir et vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Piscine très chouette et accès facile en bus depuis les deux gares.

We stayed at Hapimag for 5 nights and had a mixed experience. Location: Very central, with Interlaken Ost and West both about a 10–15 minute walk. Convenient, but less so when temperatures are in the high 80s and there is no AC. No AC: None of the rooms have AC. The small plastic fans provided are poor quality and mainly circulate air. Opening the balcony door helps at night, but lets in bugs and, depending on your neighbors, cigarette smoke. Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, with a useful kitchenette and clean bathrooms. The pool looked clean and the kids’ play area is a nice addition. However, the exterior looks much better online, and the colorful balcony shutters are unattractive. Service: Housekeeping is limited and guests must take their own trash outside. Items like an iron, microwave, or body lotion must be requested and often collected yourself. Resort? Calling yourself a “resort” does not make you one. This property is nowhere close to a true resort. It feels more like an apartment-style hotel/Airbnb with fewer services. The “we are not a hotel, we are a resort” explanation from staff doesn’t change that. Breakfast: Decent selection, but exactly the same every day. Early breakfast (7:30–8) was fresh and clean; by 10, items were often empty and the area less clean. Staff could be more proactive with clearing tables, refilling food, and providing cups. Overall: An okay stay, mainly because of the room size and location, but nothing special enough to make us retu

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Subpar Amenities & Poor Service Rating: 1 / 10 My 3-night stay during peak summer season at Hapimag Resort Interlaken was hands-down one of the worst "apartment hotel" experiences. Given the high seasonal rates, the quality and service was extremely disappointing to say the least. * Sweltering Rooms & Broken Appliances: There is no A/C. Our room had a single broken fan that could barely stand. When requested, we were handed a tiny table fan. The toaster was broken, and there was no microwave. When delivered, a staff member acted visibly angry and literally slammed the microwave onto the kitchen counter * Power Outage & Zero Support: At 7 AM, the power completely died in our apartment. The front desk doesn't open until 8 AM, so we sat in the dark unable to charge devices before heading out. A guest had to go to a public bathroom downstairs just to plug in a hair straightener. * Hostile Service: We had back-to-back stays, so we had to switch apartments and leave luggage at the desk. When asked to wait a few minutes for a hot hair tool to cool before packing, the desk staff was visibly annoyed, making faces and rolling her eyes. * Garbage Duty: Guests are expected to haul their own trash out to a dumpster behind the resort, where the stench was unbearable. The resort manager brushed off the feedback without any real concern. Very poor value for the money. I would not recommend staying here.
