Naman Retreat

Grand complexe immobilier avec Maisons individuelles avec piscine privée et des chambres situées dans un viel immeuble grande hauteur à l extrémité du complexe. Aucune photo ne montre cet immeuble viellot d au moins 12 étages les chambres sont propres nous avions tres belle vue ocean au 10eme etage. Grande piscine principale très belle mais vite bondée énormément d enfants. Les 2 autres piscines ont moins de charme. Petit déjeuner très bien, 3 restaurants un mexicain sans charme, un restaurant gastro bord océan tres cher et resto du petit dejeuner avec menu vietnamien tres bons et joli cadre . Avis mitigé en dessous d un hotel 5 etoiles l environnement n est pas toujours bien entretenu plancher cassé.

Entre Hoi An et le Centre ville de Da Nang. Site tranquille avec une très belle piscine proche de la mer.

Nourriture de qualité, cadre super, personnels performants (Harry, le manager est au top, bravo) le petit bémol, pas assez de transats à la piscine.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. Jasmine, my Ambassador and personal representative, was exceptional, attentive, friendly, and truly made my experience feel special from start to finish. The atmosphere throughout the resort was serene, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. And the breakfast was incredible, easily one of the highlights of our stay. I would highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return in the future.

We stayed at Naman Retreat with high expectations, and while there are some strong positives, there are also several areas that need serious improvement. On the positive side, the villa is very spacious, with large rooms and excellent air conditioning, which made the stay comfortable. The pool is big and enjoyable, and the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel itself is quiet, making it a good place to relax. The spa is fantastic and definitely one of the highlights. Most importantly, all the staff were very friendly and genuinely willing to help. However, there were consistent issues that affected the overall experience. Housekeeping was below average—cleaning was inconsistent, and basic items like towels and water were often not replenished. Maintenance is clearly lacking, with several problems during our stay, including a clogged toilet, a pool malfunction, and drapes falling off. While these issues were eventually fixed, it’s frustrating to have to repeatedly call for things that should already be in good condition. Additionally, the blackout curtains are ineffective, as they do not block direct sunlight. The overall state of maintenance extends beyond the rooms. The walkways around the property are in poor condition and pose a serious safety hazard, with damaged and uneven wooden planks that feel unsafe to walk on. This is something that urgently needs attention. The food was another major disappointment. It was well below average in quality, with small portion
