The staff were great & the room was what we paid for but we were not accustomed to sleeping on floor.

1. excellent service from staff, they are friendly and willing to help 2. spacious room size, clean and very effective room air-conditioning. (warm/cold) 3. outstanding breakfast, amazing view from the dining area 4. free carpark space, easy loading/unloading suitcases or ski equipments within steps

This was a perfect stay for my Echigo-tsumari triennale trip. The inn keeper was professional and responsible. The breakfast was incredibly delicious! And the bathroom was so clean!
