Boca Beach Residence

Personnel gentil et serviable. Je prendrai la prochaine fois chambre avec vue mer car j'avais la vue sur le parking d'a côté.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à cet hôtel et en gros nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est très propre et le service était excellent. Notre chambre était belle et propre et la vue était à couper le souffle. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et il était parfait avec quelques choix intéressants. Pour ce qui est des autres repas ils étaient beaucoup plus cher que ce qui se trouvait plus près alors nous avons mangé à l’hôtel qu’une seule fois . Il y a de bons restaurants à 1 ou 2 rues de l’hôtel et les prix sont excellents. La plage devant l’hôtel était belle et calme. La piscine de l’hôtel était belle et très bien entretenue. Boca Chica est unique comme endroit et nous avons bien aimé notre séjour . Je retournerais à cet hôtel sans hésiter.

The hotel is old and the room wasn’t clean. Wouldn’t go back.

Clean but not superclea and the bedlimen smelled like it had not been dryied properly.

I had messaged the hotel prior to arrival to let them know our plane did not land until 10:00, and was told it was not a problem. When we arrived the young man at the front desk had no information about our reservation (he just had a notebook with partially ripped out pages), he repeatedly tried calling someone with no answer, after over half an hour he took us to a room. He had difficulty opening the door to the room, and had to go get us towels (2 bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths). The room was not clean, the WiFi did not work in the bedroom or on the patio. To access the pool & beach area you have to exit the hotel, go down the stairs and around the building. The pool was very murky. The restaurant was okay, staff was hit or miss on service. Luckily we were only there for two days
