This is a really good 5* hotel. It’s got a rather old fashioned interior, but it’s pleasant. Great breakfast! Comfy bed and good bedding. Good gym and spa. Nice pools. Lots of other facilities. Slightly non-customer-focused guy at the reception.

Por poner una pega, ibamos con PC y el menu que te ofrecen es el mismo para la comida y la cena. Pedi cambiar algun primero por otra opcion y no tenian. Pero los segundos platos, muy ricos. Bodde här två gånger under resan, första gången fick vi ett fint rum ganska högt upp som var super. Andra gången ett enklare rum på första våningen som var lite mer slitet och de hade också glömt lägga in tvål (frågade efter detta men fick det aldrig till rummet som lovat). Hotellets faciliteter (gym, jacuzzi, pool, lobby) är fina och fin utsikt från taket. Väldigt god frukost för 15 euro. Parkering i närheten för 7,5 euro/dygn. Hotellets parkering stängd när vi var där. La laguna är en väldigt trevlig by.

The breakfast was really nice, there was a wide variety of dishes offered. The hotel in geberal was nice and clean. However, you could hear the other guests in the adjacent rooms or the hall. The rooftop pools was excellent, although a bit cold.

Schönes Hotel, Zentral gelegen. Pool war für uns noch zu kalt zum schwimmen, das Wetter war aber auch noch nicht so heiß. Es empfiehlt sich am öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu parken, da dieser billiger ist als im Hotel und es war auch immer etwas frei (7,5€ statt 12€)

Fantástico hotel con mucho estilo al lado del centro de La Laguna. El hotel dispone de diversos servicios como parking subterraneo en el propio edificio (de pago), cafetería muy agradable justo a la entrada del hotel (el cual es un patio interior precioso), restaurante, piscina, etc.. Las instalaciones mantienen un estilo clásico pero con un toque muy moderno y cuidado. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, así como el baño. Se nota que hay un buen mantenimiento general en todo el hotel. El personal es muy agradable, resolviendo cualquier necesidad que tengas rápidamente. Sin duda repetiremos en el futuro ya que hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en este hotel.

The property listed parking but when we arrived we were told there is no parking due to works. We were given a room in a new wing of the hotel that looked like a generic chain hotel. We asked to be moved to the historic part we thought we would have. There was an additional charge of 50 euros per night. We did upgrade and the new room was more in what we expected. The dinner in the restaurant was terrible. The lobby is beautiful and the personnel are friendly.

Beautiful and lovely service! Air conditioning not great (can’t control your room temperature), pool freezing and hit tub didn’t work. Otherwise, great breakfast, very clean, great walkable area, excellent service

Onze kamer was tip top inorde Het personeel aan de balie was zeer behulpzaam, we waren met de auto en konden niet parkeren bij het hotel we parkeerde ons in de ondergrondse even verder op aan de overdekte markt en betaalde 7,5€ per dag wat dus best meeviel

Im Zimmer 213 hingen dicke Spinnweben von der Wand das Bad war sauber. Der Ausblick war miserabel u das Zimmer war lieblos u fade eingerichtet. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war unmöglich, weil das Fenster direkt auf eine viel befahrene Straße führt. Gut war lediglich das Frühstück. Der Ober war freundlich, der Chef allerdings denkbar schlecht gelaunt. Das Hotel scheint unter neuer Führung zu stehen, die am Personal spart. Es war früher eines unserer Lieblingshotels. Die Zeiten sind passé. Es gibt genügend gute andere Hotels in La Laguna.

Hotel céntrico con parking de pago y al lado parking publico al aire libre, muy cómodo y según horario fácil de aparcar. Bien comunicado si lo que vas a hacer es moverte por la Isla. En nuestro caso de noche al llegar nos coincidían procesiones con lo que se hacia un poco mas latoso el aparcamiento. En General ha sido buena, pero hay detalles a mejorar, el pasillo tiene bastantes agujeros y el papel de las zonas comunes esta bastante despegado. dejamos un vaso de agua en la habitación casi vacío y no nos lo han cambiado. y en tres de las cuatro noches nos despertaron dando golpes en la habitación de al lado por la mañana. como si las camareras de habitación golpearan con los muebles la pared contigua. También solicitamos información de dos cosas en recepción, una de una excursión y otra de la opción de taxi para ir a cenar a un sitio alejado y así no tener problemas por la procesión y aparcamiento, y en ambos casos, no nos han ni contestado. quedaron en hacerlo y no lo hicieron.

On the 😔 side: The executive suite we reserved and paid for was nothing like the photos in the Hotels.com and the hotel’s website. And it did not have a patio, as promised in the hotels.com, and it looked out on a wall, as they said all the executive rooms do. So we moved to a lower priced room (with no reimbursement) just to have a better room. That room was in an older part of the hotel, with inefficient AC and mold in the shower. Hot tub was not very hot. On the ☺️ side, it is in a great location (wonderful wine tasting and Asian restaurant next door), wonderful lobby, great breakfast (for a price), and coffee bar.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado en el centro de San Cristóbal de la Laguna. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, baño muy completo con accesorios de todo tipo (gel, champú, acondicionador, crema, etc.) y todo muy limpio. No usamos la piscina porque no hacía muy buen tiempo. Hay una plaza detrás donde se puede aparcar y sino en el mismo hotel hay parking. La atención del personal también muy agradable. Muy buen sitio para disfrutar en esa zona.

Una atención estupenda por parte de la recepcionista, una habitación limpia con unos detalles de higiene estupendo El problema es que al pedir un chupito a la noche antes de llegar a la habitación me lo cobraron como copa.... no hubiese pasado nada si me lo hubieran comentado pero no me gustan los engaños. Lo cobraron sin informar que era igual en precio pero no en cantidad... eso esta mal por parte del servicio de la cafetería. Repetiría si...pero sin tomar ni consumir nada alli dado que no me pareció una actitud honesta

Very spacious room. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in hotel restaurant on full board basis was superb. Lunch and dinner every day was a joy. Reception/bar area was relaxing and comfortable. Hotel is perfectly situated for access to the beautiful old town of La Laguna. There is a nearby tram to Santa Cruz which is cheap and efficient. I think this hotel was a bargain for the all round excellence of my stay.

C'est un très bon hôtel, très bien situé en plein centre historique de La Laguna, à seulement 15 mns de l'aéroport de Tenerife nord. Confort tout à fait aux normes et petit-déjeuner buffet de grande qualité. Deux petits points faibles : un ou deux réceptionnistes pourraient être plus aimables et on peut s'étonner que dans un hôtel classé 4 étoiles il n'y ait pas de possibilité de café ou thé dans les chambres

Excellent stay in very comfortable well situated hotel. Our executive room was huge and the rooftop pool a bonus. We had the half board which was tremendous value, breakfast very good, dinner had a limited choice but everything we ate was very good quality.

Chambre moderne et assez grande Il y avait juste une odeur un peu désagréable que l’on n’a pas réussi à identifier Le hall de l’hôtel est magnifique et l’emplacement parfait Le parking à 12€ est un plus Le petit déjeuner est très bien Le dîner de la demi pension est correct, il est servi dans la salle du petit déjeuner, ce qui manque un peu de charme À noter que ce repas n’est pas du tout dans le restaurant réputé de l’hôtel….( un peu déçus 😔)
