Disappointing. Homeless people were in the parking lot. Checking in through plexiglass, was only greeted with one question then directions to the room. The room itself smelled clean and looked clean, but the ceiling appeared to have mold spots and the ceiling above the shower looked like it was about to fall through. The walls were paper thin and an individual could be heard wailing from the VERY early hours of the morning. Had I had a choice to leave I would have. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Thankfully only there to sleep for a few hours. When leaving, there was discarded watermelon and what looked like a rat trap right by the hallway door into the lobby. HANDS DOWN DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Location is convenient to Boston Area. Unfortunately this hotel is ground zero for the fentanyl epidemic, with addicts passed out on property grounds and hovering in the corners of the parking lot. Not sure what the motel owners can do about it but be prepared when you visit. Hallway smelled, but the rooms were clean. beds comfortable. Some roaches behind the fridge, but no bed bugs. Bathroom sink drain was slow. Showers were dingy but did the job. I think the whole motel shares one microwave in the main entrance. Main hallway was key card access and monitored by front desk, which helps knowing what is outside. Customers with a motel 6 budget like me have seen worse. I would come back here because Boston is expensive to exist in.
