We had a wonderful time at White. It was a perfect place to relax by the pool while looking at and listening to the ocean. The staff were very attentive. The food was delicious and the massages were excellent. I highly recommend

We were so pleased with our stay at White. The staff & service are kind, thoughtful, and overall exceptional. The location is stunning—overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The setting is quiet & intimate with only a few rooms, and our suite was bright, clean, and comfortable. We loved our morning breakfasts and the evening tea service. I highly recommend White.

Singular's White property is absolutely beautiful, including the views and pool, and our guest room was unique and quiet, and had a very very comfortable bed (and we also got the room with the big tub - which was special!). The staff is truly excellent; they accomodated us on any special requests and provided great recommendations. The food was tremendous, both at the White property and its sister SB resort (compliments to the chef!), as were the friendly and hard-working servers (particularly at White, where we stayed). The location of White is convenient to many attractions via short car rides, so we recommend renting your own car (which we did and loved the experience and freedom) or otherwise coming prepared to pay for all of your rides around the island (i would note that there were a couple of beaches close to White which may have been walkable, but we did not visit them ourselves since beaches were not on our agenda - however, if you prefer a beach on location, you could check out the sister SB resort). The only ding I can think of is that there were a few dead insects found in our room throughout the stay; this was not an issue for us personally - since they were dead and we understand the reality of them being from SC, USA - but it is possible that a particularly demanding guest might whine about it. Thanks to everyone at the White who made our stay so special!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Sao Miguel, stop looking and book this property. I cannot say enough good things about it. From the first moment we got there, the customer service is unmatched. The food was delicious, breakfast is included and was our favorite part of the day. Room was clean, comfortable, and included everything we could possibly need. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us plan where we should go during the day. We stayed a week and it was hard to leave this beautiful property! We went in the winter (January), so the weather wasn’t ideal but they have space heaters on the patios/heat the pool etc to make it more comfortable. We will be back!

What a beautiful stay in a magical place. Sandra at the front desk was so warm, welcoming and friendly. She helped us book last minute couples massage which was out of this world on their sea-view platform. Breakfast was spectacular and the rooms were beautiful and large.

We had an amazing stay at White from Jan 31st to Feb 4th. The service was excellent. We were provided with a mobile phone to communicate with the hotel staff when off the property. The included breakfasts were delicious. The ocean view from our room was stunning and the sound of the waves had us very relaxed.

The view of the property was breathtaking . Staff were very friendly . Quality of breakfast was good but very careful with the serving portions. We were staying at junior suite , room was very small and very inconvenient, the side tables were a block , no drawer . Bathroom too tight , generally I didn’t like the design of the room ,

A lovely small complex where the staff are very friendly and are very helpful. They provide advice and information to get the best out of your visit. The location was quiet though still close to Ponta Delgada. It is right on the sea front with great views out to see. The room was spacious and the breakfast delicious. Sao Miguel is a beautiful island with many great locations to visit.

We had an amazing stay at White from Jan 31st to Feb 4th. The service was excellent. We were provided with a mobile phone to communicate with the hotel staff when off the property. The included breakfasts were delicious. The ocean view from our room was stunning and the sound of the waves had us very relaxed.

Singular's White property is absolutely beautiful, including the views and pool, and our guest room was unique and quiet, and had a very very comfortable bed (and we also got the room with the big tub - which was special!). The staff is truly excellent; they accomodated us on any special requests and provided great recommendations. The food was tremendous, both at the White property and its sister SB resort (compliments to the chef!), as were the friendly and hard-working servers (particularly at White, where we stayed). The location of White is convenient to many attractions via short car rides, so we recommend renting your own car (which we did and loved the experience and freedom) or otherwise coming prepared to pay for all of your rides around the island (i would note that there were a couple of beaches close to White which may have been walkable, but we did not visit them ourselves since beaches were not on our agenda - however, if you prefer a beach on location, you could check out the sister SB resort). The only ding I can think of is that there were a few dead insects found in our room throughout the stay; this was not an issue for us personally - since they were dead and we understand the reality of them being from SC, USA - but it is possible that a particularly demanding guest might whine about it. We had an incredible stay at White and it was our favorite hotel on island. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and the food is excellent. They also booked experiences for us and coordinated transportation. We are so grateful for an amazing stay and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful ocean front property. We enjoyed being outside of Ponte Delgado as it wasn’t so busy. I’d recommend renting a car. Would highly recommend and will look forward to returning.

A lovely small complex where the staff are very friendly and are very helpful. They provide advice and information to get the best out of your visit. The location was quiet though still close to Ponta Delgada. It is right on the sea front with great views out to see. The room was spacious and the breakfast delicious. Sao Miguel is a beautiful island with many great locations to visit.

The view of the property was breathtaking . Staff were very friendly . Quality of breakfast was good but very careful with the serving portions. We only stayed one night at the end of a long, busy exhausting trip. This was exactly what we needed to unwind. This was by far the nicest, friendliest and most relaxing hotel we stayed at in all of the Açores. I only wish we had more time to enjoy ourselves here. It’s a small boutique hotel. We stayed in a “unique” room which was a renovated wine cellar (the property is a renovated/converted winery). It was clean and beautiful, if not a little dark. We enjoyed sitting out on the shared patio on lounges. The infinity pool was picture perfect. The restaurant was delicious - we ate there for breakfast (complimentary but full table service) and dinner. The staff was welcoming and inviting. The welcome platter was a nice touch. There are beautiful, busy beaches within walking distance as well as a coastal walk with a natural pool and ocean entry point. Just FYI, the ocean entry here is rocky - I’d recommend water shoes if interested in going in. This hotel is probably suited best for adults without kids. And the immediate area is very residential with any downtown area several miles away, so if walking around restaurants/shops is your thing, you may want to rent a car for a short drive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing vacation. This place clearly deserves and works hard to maintain its Michelin Key status!

Beautiful, friendly and comfortable with delicious coffee and breakfast. We were in an ocean suite and slept with window and door open to sound of crashing waves. Dream location for our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff was the epitome of hospitality. Highly recommend.
