OYO The Arch, Wembly Stadium

Clean rooms and excellent helpful staff. Will stay again. Only negative is it doesn’t have any elevators.

The staff are amazing, but the hotel really needs a lift.

The property is nice, but no lift and no air conditioner. It was really hot in the very small room we got.

it was close too 3 subway stations, it is in walking distance of london designer outlet, you can walk to TK Max as well as Primark plus there are many restaurants in the area. The hotel has a very good bar the food was good as well as the cocktails.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the room was great the bed was comfortable and the location for walking to wembley stadium was perfect. The price was excellent considering the event at wembley was a large one and all the other hotels nearby had increased their prices ten fold. We had food and I had the curry which was absolutely divine and my partner had a chicken burger which was breast and he also thoroughly enjoyed it. The event day menu was a little limited and I didn't see the normal day to day menu to see if it had more choice. The event day drinks prices were obviously a little more expensive than none event days, they were actually more expensive than in the stadium itself at £32 for 4 pints as apposed to £28.50 for 4 in the stadium. We will definitely be back if we go for another event at Wembley. The staff were all very good too, friendly and attentive.

Great location and suitable for 1 night after a concert. The room had enough space, bathroom too. The room was roasting hot when we arrived because the radiator was on max. Couldn’t get a window open and the fan was very rickety. We left the room for 5 hours and the temperature had dropped but was still very warm. The photo is of the sign that was on the reception desk. Thankfully either we had a weekend where it stopped early, or we were shattered and managed to fall asleep. The mattress was rock hard with no give, whereas our friends was soft that rolling out of the dip wasn’t an option. There are no in room tea/ coffee facilities. There was a “coffee/ tea bar” with a water machine that can dispense hot water next to a table with coffee granules and tea bags. We personally decided if we had to be suitably clothed for people to see us, we might as well go to the Black Sheep Coffee shop around the corner.

Basic but clean and tidy just what you need for an overnight stay. The attached pub/restaurant serves great burgers with sides even vegan. There is curry on the menue as well.

Basic but good accommodation above a pub a stones throw from Wembley Stadium. Room was warm, bed comfortable and all clean. Lovely big TV in the room but no kettle or hairdryer. However hot / cold water and tea coffee making facilities in communal area. Being above a pub I imagine it could be noisy on a Friday night / weekend but I stayed mid week and it was pleasantly quiet. Overall better than I expected and I would stay there again.

Customer service was welcoming, but that was the highest point. The bed felt uncomfortable, bedframe was sticking, the hygiene was don't enough a thing. It felt like the bed sheets (which had a plastic tag thing on the inside) and towels things updated from the previous guest but then the towels were looking quite tired. The hotel and staff where nice. But unfortunately the beds was not clean. As i got bitten by bed bugs. And ended spending tye next day at A &E as i had a reaction and my face swelled up. Did inform the staff there was apologies and the moved me to another room. But i ended up checking out 1 day early as the room i got moved to. When looking at bed sheets i could see someone else hair

The hotel is better than you would expect for the price. It’s really clean and good modern decor. The main thing is it’s above a bar and there is music on a Friday night. I wanted to have quiet so I was kindly upgraded for free to a better room which was a bit further from the bar. No kettle in the rooms tho - you have to go to reception to use the water machine there.

Stayed here for a gig at Wembley, it's close, clean, and considering its above a pub is relatively quiet. Would use it again for a concert for sure.

Was good value of money considering we only booked 6 days in advance and we were booking for night before FA Cup final day and there were no MAJOR issue.Neither of the bed side lamps worked which was frustrating more than anything. Also, there was only one pillow each and they were like rocks. On check in we werent told alot...the wifi password and the room number, and the desk isnt manned 24/7 so when we arrived back from our comedy show at 11pm, the last thing we wanted to do was traispe back downstairs to (hopefully) find someone in the bar to give us pillows. For the money paid and the time we spent there it was satisfactory but not sure i would recommend purely because we did not have a great night sleep.

Convenient location for Wembley stadium and arena. But poor quality beds and mattress make for poor night sleep. Music from bar til 2am which you are warned about on arrival. But too late by then. That wasn’t too bad though. Staff dragging chairs at 5.30am one morning. Then shouting outside our room from 6am ish the next. Is unacceptable. The facilities are poor but it is clean and convenient.

Do not book this hotel!! Loud and staff are rude!! The music downstairs from the bar was so loud, the bathroom was vibrating until 1am. Spoke with staff and showed them videos of the conditions, to which they agreed was excessive but they said they couldn’t do anything to help. Asked to move rooms or for a refund and was turned down as there “was a sign on the front desk.” The sign didnt help my pregnant partner sleep though!

Couldn't use shower as no ability to reduce water temperature to acceptable temperature. Far too hot. Lack of staff on reception

Close to Wembley which was the main reason for booking. Room was fairly small but did the job. Reception at the hotel isn't staffed so you've got to go into the bar for any queries. The temperature control on the shower didn't work so was too hot to use. They play music until 1am on the Friday night (which is stated on the booking) and it is like your room is in the middle of a night club, so impossible to sleep until after 1. Saturday night was fine noise wise. No breakfast included.

This is a good but basic hotel. Functions very well if you go to bed late. The parties downstairs can be quite noisy. Not a problem for myself. I would not take children there. And if aircon is a must and a fan is not wht you like then look elsewhere. These things said a good place to stay. Especially if you like a good pub.

Couldn’t say really as double booked is but didn’t say that at all just cancelled are booking and moved us three miles away with no explanation just said due to unforeseen circumstances yet walked past hotel and was open and rooms fully booked funny that

Staff came and took our bags up the stairs was able to get a hair dryer. Very quiet in the night The fan was dusty and the wall usb plug in did not work

They cancel bookings when they can increase the price and make more money leaving you stranded. They do not care at all. Left multiple people stranded with nowhere to stay in London. Do not book. Should be removed from hotels.com

It’s essentially a hostel quality room with a private bath. Zero amenities other than hand soap. Not even a hair dryer. No A/C. They did let me check in very early and were very kind staff. It was at most a 10 min walk to Wembly Stadium. I felt safe as a woman walking back alone from the concert to the room. Exceedingly overpriced for the quality. But for the walkability to the stadium, I would stay there again for proximity.

No one available at check in. Only one key to the room given despite 2 of us staying. This hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Issue with the thermostat in the shower. Really clean room. Very comfortbale beds. Minor issues with shower and lack of pillows dealt with very promptly and with no fuss. Very close to wembley and facilities. Would stay again, just advise anyone who wishes to stay to plan ahead for breakfast.

Great staff

We booked this hotel for Coldplay. We did this as soon as Coldplay announced the reschedule from Monday to Friday. As we booked it so soon, the hotel had not had a chance to elevate their prices. We were happy that we had got a hotel for an acceptable price. We were left absolutely fuming when we came to check in on Friday to be told our room had been given to someone else. They said they had been overbooked and obviously the room was given to the highest payer. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. We had driven over 3 hours to get there, parked up about 20 mins walk from the hotel. We were promised (and I have in writing) that they will refund the room booking PLUS compensation due to them breaking the agreement. We have so far received nothing. We contacted OYO Customer Service who weren't even prepared to give us any contact details for the hotel...not even the Manager's name. They could not even tell us the CEO of OYO Hotels. A quick check online we discovered this and have contacted him via X. I suggest that everyone else that was let down on this day also contact the CEO (and other days as they admitted this had happened before...it's a regular thing...we're giving you this warning! DO NOT STAY HERE!!). I will do everything I can to drag this hotel's name through the mud. If anyone affected would like to contact me directly, we can sort this out as a group and hopefully we will get what they promised us, ie. compensation. samjaynecollier at gmail.com.

No one was at reception when I arrived and I waited for 20 minutes then had to go find someone in the pub downstairs as I arrived at 3.15 and needed to get ready for an event at the stadium.

The location for the hotel is great, right next to Wembley Stadium train station. We were staying to go to the OVO Staduim that was only a 5-10 min walk from the hotel, so for that reason it was great. The rooms are very basic and could do with a good dust. The staff were very welcoming and service in the bar and restaurant was good. The food was also very good. However one this we would warn, is that the rooms were very hot, radiators were on full when we arrive. We were able to turn these down and open a window. Also the water was extremely hot, not matter how much I turn the tap, the temperature remained the same. We only stayed for one night so this suited us. I would definitely use the bar and restaurant again and for s short stay I would use the hotel too.

I was apprehensive on the approach as the area looked run down. However the property was surrounded by a well kept gated area. It was clean and the room was adequate for a over night stop after a show at the OVO, which was very walkable. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room but there is a 24hr station at the reception for tea and coffee. It was unclear if the water in the room was drinkable so we opted to get some bottled water. The bathroom was very clean. I would definitely book again and recommend

Good Indian restaurants nearby

5 min walk from ovo arena 10 mins from Wembley tube station. Food in the restaurant downstairs was fair priced (and super yummy) as were the drinks. Staff were extremely helpful when we had an issue with our shower and got it sorted quickly. Thank you. Room was clean and functional but 1 pillow each?? Tea & coffee in the reception area ok if you are in one of the rooms right there but can imagine it would be a pain if you was further away. If we was in the area again we would stay again

We arrived on a Friday, the music downstairs went on until 1.00am, there was no way to block it out unfortunately, so it was hard to sleep. The TV in the room had no signal, so we had to use our phones to watch anything. There was only 2 fairly flat pillows. No one was at reception, so we couldn’t request any more pillows or ask about the tv. Excellent place for the stadium, pub downstairs and restaurant were top notch and the downstairs staff were very polite. Could do with access to a hairdryer. Spotlessly clean

You get what you pay for. Its a cheap enough hotel near to Wembley stadium and arena plus surrounding attractions. The rooms are basic, the beds not great and they don't provide enough pillows. It can be noisy on weekends, but its not enough to stop you sleeping. In the bar the staff are attentive and service is good. Food in the bar/restaurant is good.
