The property was lovely and was a lovely home from home. We loved the location and the pool was great too. The only thing I would say is there was no tea towelsoven gloves and no instructions to use the cooker and air con etc . It would be a lot better if you didn't have to go somewhere else to get the keys and someone was on site to show you around. A meet and greet would of been so much better.

Outdoor market at end of street, close to beach, strip. Lovely outdoor pool - 3 euros for sunbed payable to life guard. There is an indoor pool as well & small gym. Outdoor pitch & put. Nothing really - there was nothing we didn’t like just don’t walk home alone at night - Be careful.

El apartamento está muy bien decorado, recién remodelado, muy cómodo y amplio. Las piscinas y las zonas comunes están muy bien. Nos solicitaron una fianza al llegar de 300 € que viene escondida en un doble check cuando contratas a través de booking. El precio fue elevado y la zona no me gustó.

Het verblijf was zeer comfortabel, alles nieuw. Bedden van hotelkwaliteit. Alles was super schoon. Veel voorzieningen: vaatwasser, wasmachine, droogrek, keuken goed uitgerust. Je mag geen last hebben van hoogtevrees. Dichtbij winkels, restaurants en uitgaansleven. Soms hing er een rioolluchtje in het appartement.

We presumed it was known about.As it got worse I’ve tried on several occasions to contact the office but only got Spanish answer phone message. Some problems also with electrics with breaker switch dropping on two occasions again tried to contact office. We had requested early access to apartment and were not notified beforehand that it was not available.I was contacted on my return to ask what had happened to the window I felt that they were suggesting it was something we had done. This was upsetting for me.Despite all of this we enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed in Benidorm many times but the very first time staying in a private apartment. We were a group of 2 couples staying and we all really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for four people and we liked that it had 2 bathrooms it was lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Good location and would definitely stay again. Our only gripe was the fact we were only given one set of keys when 2 sets would have made our stay much better (maybe this should be considered for future bookings)

Property is in a great location and clean and with all you need for a stay, however the wi-fi does not work at all…. Which is annoying as had to pay for lots of data add Ons for the children.. I tried many times to contact Benidormbookibg.com but no answer on any lineemail which was annoying. No internet! This wasn’t an issue for me as an adult switching off but was for the teenage kids I was with! Great place otherwise

The apartment was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is very quiet but within about 10 minute's walk from loads of bars and restaurants. The views from the balcony are amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of storage for a short stay. The living accommodation is great: large comfy sofas and a decent TV. All in all, the apartment is really good and I would recommend it to others. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the lack of little things such as a plug for the sink, dishcloths, and a lack of general cooking implements and only a handful of dishes and plates and wine glasses. These are very minor matters really as the apartment as a whole is truly excellent.

We liked how close we were to everything and specifically the view from the balcony was amazing, there was lots of things nearby and everything was walking distance. The apartment was lovely and definitely catered to our needs! We would’ve appreciated if we had been provided with more toilet roll considering there was 6 of us staying there and also more bin bags would’ve been good.
