A séjourné 2 nuits

Belle chambre mais j’ai plusieurs fois dû demander qu’on me fasse le canapé lit alors que nous étions 3 . On m’a apporté finalement des draps, pas de coussins ni de couverture. Petit déjeuner très frugal pour le prix . Il fallait payer en plus pour des toasts etc.

L'hôtel est conforme à ce qu'on attend. Par contre, le restaurant est catastrophique (temps d'attente très très long, très peu de choses disponibles sur la carte, nourriture très basique, service non soigné). Bref ce restaurant ne correspond en rien au niveau de l'hôtel. D'où un grand désagrément pour moi car j'étais avec un client.

Front desk staff member Shelley was so welcoming and so kind that I felt at home! We were exhausted after a long international flight, and she made us comfortable and at ease. i will return to this hotel for her alone. I should add that the room was very nice, as were the amenities!

The only issue we had wirh our room is we requested maid service upon check in when asked by the front desk if we wanted maid services. He advised us to make sure that the “do not disturb” sign was not up in the morning. We did that when we left around 10am and returned to our room in the late evening, only to enter and see that our room was not cleaned at all. I spoke to the front desk and the employee was very helpful and told me she would send someone up to bring in fresh towels and empty our trash. Housekeeping arrived quickly with the fresh towels and came in to pick up the trash in our room. However, this male housekeeper was absolutely rude! I thanked for coming up to bring us new towels, but his attitude was was dismissive! It was as if it was a burden for him to come up and bring us fresh towels and pick up our trash when it should have been take care of earlier in the day when we weren’t in our room!
