While I know it's not easy to run a place there are a no of things wrong here including run down rooms and compactong toilets and no staff on site plus difficult street parkingplus a shower that did not work properly overrll it's OK but not sure why the good reviews prevail

Bra läge ca 2-3 km från centrum. Nära busshållplats. Ganska nedgånget och slitet. Städningen kunde varit bättre, speciellt i badrummet som kändes fuktigt och luktade mögel. Frukost OK men inte mer.

Booked this for my granny who was visiting me in Edinburgh. She found the bed very comfortable which is important for her. Breakfast was also delicious with a nice range of hot and cold options. The guest house is in an old building so some things are a bit threadbare but it is well taken care of and clean, and the neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. Duncan was absolutely lovely and so helpful, both in person and over email before/after her stay.
