Everything was amazing honestly. Super clean, LOVED the shower. bed was comfy, TV had netflix and youtube. I would DEFINITELY come back. The staff was sooo nice, parking was great and easy & breakfast was nice in the morning.

TownePlace suites Columbia is my go to place for cross country trips. It’s a couple miles off I70 but worth it. Clean, safe area, great service and 1st level rooms to make it easier when traveling with pets.

This hotel was advertised as pet friendly. I did not inquire prior to booking what the fee was for having a dog in my room. At check-in I found the fee was a 55% surcharge to the room rate! I don't mind paying a nominal fee for having a pet in the room, but this was ridiculous.

There was a empty water bottle under one of the beds and a eaten dog toy under the other torn to shreds. The rest of the room was clean. Couldn’t sleep well becuz of all the noise. Some pump or something kept running all night. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very nice. Would stay again but not next to a control room

The room was dirty hair everywhere. The room felt wet all the time like sticky and moist, probably because the bathroom has no vent or fan or could be because the wall ac unit doesn’t t work properly. Wall ac unit broke and it was pushing hot air in an already wet feeling room. Towels never dried. The second floor also felt wet. The washers were trash and it was so humid that the dryers were sweating from condensation. Hotel is poorly insulated or something. Great area.

The worse long stay at a hotel. The room felt wet all the time, there was no vent in the bathroom, towels never dried, the second floor was an extension of the room felt wet as well. The wall unit ac quit working and it was just a hot and humid room. Room was not clean well, hair everywhere.

We were pretty bummed to find the bathroom looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned and our door would not lock properly and our door from the outside looked like it had been messed with before so all n all we felt very uncomfortable when we were hoping for an easy stay after a long day of traveling.

This is a very nice facility with all the amenities you expect from a suite hotel. However, unfortunately, maintenance is an issue. The sofa in our room was sagging and so terribly spotted it was not inviting to sit on. Two of the 3 vanity lights in the bathroom were burnt out and the shower leaked all over the floor.

Staff were great! Kind, friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean. The beds were hard as rocks, so not very good rest. The breakfast “corn dogs” were a hit with the large bunch of youth!

While the property was ok there are definitely things that need help. One being we not once got a hot shower. The water was Luke warm at best. Very disappointing. The other major issue we had was horrible pillows. The pillows were just this side of unusable. The continental breakfast was less than impressive. I’ve stayed at several TownPlace Suites that I love and this one is by far the worst. I will probably look into different accommodations if traveling to this area again.

Property is fairly new & located in a secluded, newly developed area next to luxury apartments on a lake. There is access to a walking trail surrounding the lake. There's a nice restaurant across the parking lot. Other shopping & dining is just a short drive away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building is modern & very clean. Rooms were spacious with a kitchenette & dining table. Plenty of room for a lengthy stay. We were pleased with the extensive breakfast choices, both hot & cold. We will definitely stay here again!

From the time we checked in to the time we left it was simply outstanding. Great customer service from the young lady who checked us in, to the kitchen and food staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great nights sleep. I highly recommend.

Everyone on the staff was very nice from the front desk to the housekeepers, to the people restocking breakfast. Every single person was friendly, smiling, and genuinely nice each time I saw them. My teenage son even commented on it. I would definitely stay here again.

Blaze at the reception desk was careful not to announce my room number out loud for my safety after I checked in. Their breakfast was the best I've had in weeks of traveling, with great coffee! The hotel was very quiet, clean, and all around excellent.

I have stayed at various hotel brands and this was the worst free breakfast I have ever seen. Everything was packaged, and on Sunday morning when breakfast should have ended at 10am, almost everything was gone by 9am.. and was not refilled.
