Tiny room with enormous balcony. The balcony made the stay extraordinary with the lights of the city, lounge chairs and seating area for a cup of loose leaf tea with a lovely house blend brewed in a glass pot. View of the Knesset lite at night.

Gute Lage und freundliches Personal, Leider hat das Hotel keine Parkplätze und die Suche nach einem Parkplatz kann viel Zeit kosten und dazu verursacht unnötige zusatzkosten. Eine Kunst Hotel das der Künstler so kreativ war und solche kleine Zimmer kreiert hat das es kein Platz für Koffer gibt!! Nur eine schmale Gang zwischen Wand und Bett!! Leider ist unsere Fazit das Hier sieht man das der Gier keine Grenzen hat!!

Well appointed hotel within walking distance to the Old City, dining, and shopping. The breakfast (which we paid to add on on one day) was excellent. Generous happy hour in the afternoon, and super helpful staff! The rooms were on the small side, but that is fairly typical in Israel and Europe.

The staff was outstanding; knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and well designed, but small and there is not enough room for a chair. Windows in the room and bath can be opened. Location is central, close to Machane Yehuda and the old City. Excellent coffee machine in the room and a rooftop lounge

While this is a small hotel in a busy area it was super well located. Very hospitable, good breakfast and a bonus happy hour with free snacks and even som ewine. Definately great Value. We will return her for sure.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the Old City (i.e. a cab ride cost 32 NIS/$8-9 US to the Jaffa Gate), with tons of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was clean; the breakfast was really lovely. Our room was just a room and the bath was a tad on the small size, but served us well because we were only in the room basically for sleeping. There is a parking garage just down the street a bit, which really was your only parking option. There's a little fenced courtyard which was quite pleasant for those days that ended early. It's a cute little boutique hotel and we would stay there again. (Only thing missing is a chair in the room ... that would be nice)

A stay. One of the best hospitality we have experienced in Israel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful (with things like booking a taxi on Shabbat and getting aloe for a burn). The afternoon snacks and wine were a very nice touch. Yes the room is a bit small but still has enough room for 2 big suitcases. Was very clean. In contrast we stayed at a different “5-star property” in Jerusalem earlier in the trip where we had an awful stay re: staff and cleanliness. We would recommend this place. 10/10

This place exceeded my expectations. Amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms, charming and thoughtful decor, and an amazing breakfast. The neighborhood is very charming with its back streets, alleys, and minutes from both Ben Yehuda and Mahne Yehuda Market. I’ve eaten pounds of shears and shakshuka. I will be back. Next year in Jerusalem!

O hotel é simpático mas sujo, muito sujo. Vimos baratas na sala de café da manhã, o quarto estava congelando de frio e o ar quente não estava funcionando. O banheiro era sujo, tinham cabelos no ralo, carpete do quarto imundo, cama desconfortável, cortinas sujas e manchadas, não foi uma experiência agradável. Bem próximo tem um hotel Tryp by Windham que parecia muito melhor. De positivo posso falar da equipe que era muito simpática e atenciosa (coisa rara nessa região) e o hotel oferece um happy hour grátis com comidinhas e bebidas todo dia final da tarde.

The people managing the hotel were very helpful and friendly, providing us with advice and directions. When we asked for additional hangers Mahmoud, the manager, went looking for them, in spite of the late hour. He brought us not only hangers but also two beautiful bath robes.

The afternoon snacks and wine were a very nice touch. Yes the room is a bit small but still has enough room for 2 big suitcases. Was very clean. I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Jerusalem again! Thank you for all staffs and excellent property!

I have done a lot of traveling across the globe and it is exceedingly rare to find the level of service my wife and I found here. The communication, even before we checked in, was excellent. We stowed bags before our check in and were greeted warmly with tea & coffee (& chocolate). All questions were answered warmly and enthusiastically. I also enjoyed the happy hour as well as the set up of the hotel. Simply superb!

Well appointed hotel within walking distance to the Old City, dining, and shopping. The breakfast (which we paid to add on on one day) was excellent. Generous happy hour in the afternoon, and super helpful staff! The rooms were on the small side, but that is fairly typical in Israel and Europe.

This place exceeded my expectations. Amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms, charming and thoughtful decor, and an amazing breakfast. The neighborhood is very charming with its back streets, alleys, and minutes from both Ben Yehuda and Mahne Yehuda Market. I’ve eaten pounds of shears and shakshuka. I will be back. The staff was outstanding; knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and well designed, but small and there is not enough room for a chair. While this is a small hotel in a busy area it was super well located. Very hospitable, good breakfast and a bonus happy hour with free snacks and even som ewine. Definately great Value. We will return her for sure.

The hotel is located close to the Old City (i.e. a cab ride cost 32 NIS/$8-9 US to the Jaffa Gate), with tons of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was clean; the breakfast was really lovely. Our room was just a room and the bath was a tad on the small size, but served us well because we were only in the room basically for sleeping. There is a parking garage just down the street a bit, which really was your only parking option. There's a little fenced courtyard which was quite pleasant for those days that ended early. It's a cute little boutique hotel and we would stay there again. (Only thing missing is a chair in the room ... that would be nice)

Fantastic hotel, great location great rooms bed very comfortable, Nespresso coffee in the room very helpful staff breakfast has so much choice free wine and snacks in the evening buy no beer which is a shame if you dont drink wine. celebrated my birthday and the hotel looked after us very well.

My only complaint was the smallness of the room and no counter space in the bathroom. Those shortcomings were overshadowed by the amazing service and friendliness of the staff.
