Two small lifts, one that wasn’t working. The working lift was slow. I was on the 18th floor with no chance of moving to a lower one. Neighbours seemed to be constantly cooking a pungent meal - the smell seeped into my room.

Apartment was really lovely, very well equipped. Comfy beds, fabulous balcony. Slight issue with the shower head in en suite bathroom squirting water however eventually realised it just needed tightened. External cleaning staff however were not courteous over busy checkout time and were prioritising themselves over guests with the one working lift in the priority. We ended up walking down 13 flights of stairs with all our luggage and 2 children.

Nice apartments in a good location with friendly staff. There are only two lifts for a large number of hotel and private apartments so that’s not ideal but other than that it was great.

We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly.

Accommodations were spot on. Loved the view of the city. Loved the cozy feel of the rooms. Building was well secure and quite safe. It was like my own home. We will book again.

We stayed here because our son moved into an apartment nearby. Northern Quarter is a great location, plenty of shops and bars and close to Arndale shopping centre. The staff on reception were really helpful. The apartment itself was ideal, 2 bedrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen, allowing us to have tea and coffee the next morning, there was even fresh milk in the fridge! Great views too - we were on the 14th floor. Only word of caution is the car park - spaces are very tight

Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. Even though I didn’t use the kitchen part very much it was still very handy. I was also able to leave my bag with them after check out so I didn’t have to take it with me whilst I went shopping and pick it up later with no issues. If there’s ever another concert I go to at AO arena I’ll be sure to book here again :)

Overall a dissapointing stay. The rooms were not like the images advertised on the page. Instead of windows floor to ceiling, which looked spacious, we had small windows in cramped bedrooms. The TV didnt work in one room, the bathrooms were dirty and tired looking and the sofa was small and stained. The apartment overall was in need of repair. The lamp didnt work in one bedroom and the bathrooms smelt badly. In fact there was a bad odor in the whole apartment. The balcony was very small and covered in letter and cigarette butts. The overall building was noisy and in my view not suitable for children due to the location being a bit rowdy at night.

Excellent 4 night stay here. We booked a studio but we were upgraded to a suite which was super spacious and very clean. Great shower, fully equipped kitchen meant we could cook/eat in if we wanted, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, the works. Location is very convenient - 12 min walk from Piccadilly station where we came in to, and very close to Piccadilly Gardens for trams and buses. Also loads of shopping around the corner. There is construction work going on so a bit of noise from that during the day but you should be out exploring Manchester, not sitting in your hotel right? We would stay here again for sure.

Stayed with my two teenaged boys for two nights and three days. Lots of space with two bedrooms, full kitchen, huge balcony and laundry. Apartment was clean and well finished. Great location and would definitely recommend.

The room was not clean (food left in the fridge) so that the room smelt when we arrived. Whilst we swapped rooms, my sister was staying in the same hotel and paying the same price for a normal room (whereas we had paid for a suite) which was much bigger, lighter and newer spec. We were on the first floor so you couldn’t open the window without hearing the traffic from outside and also smelling weed. We complained again at the front desk, but still were not offered a refund - beyond disappointing for the price the hotel charged.

Can’t have window open for fresh air as a lot of noise from traffic and people passing. Tv does not have live TV you have to have Netflix or something similar to cast to TV. Could make more clear of the security deposit taken rather than subcategory of booking

It’s was just good enough. No window in the second bedroom, and gets very warm - there’s no aircon. Bath filler to shower valve was stuck and couldn’t switch between the two, shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so had to hold it whilst showering and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet. All annoying little things that mean it was just meh. Good size of rooms and actually seating for four individuals.

The hotel was clean, room spacious and has easy access to transport but bed was small and very noisy area. There is a bar on the Ground Floor and you can hear the loud music from the first floor. It was extremely loud and it went on until midnight! The room is not sound proof.

The beds at this hotel are way to small. Every morning we woke up around 7:30-8 with a LOT of slamming of the doors and the noise was so loud, it was not one time but again and again. Cleaning ladies talking and laughing. We never once could sleep to ten and we were so looking forward for our rest but no.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I wish I had booked a second night hust to enjoy the apartment.

Had another great stay at Church Street. Cannot beat the welcoming staff and hospitality. Great location, great rooms and great views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again. A special thank you to Ash and all the front desk team and the GM (Robin I believe) who was fantastic.
Had another great stay at Church Street. Cannot beat the welcoming staff and hospitality. Great location, great rooms and great views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again. A special thank you to Ash and all the front desk team and the GM (Robin I believe) who was fantastic.

Apartment was a really good size, with everything you could need, and was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again. Check in was good and reception staff very friendly.

Had an amazing stay, the apartment was beautiful and the balcony looked pretty especially at light all lit up The staff was attentive and caring and very helpful I’d stay here again and again Thank you for such a good experience

Issue with 1 bathroom. Pungent smell and both bathroom extractor fans were not working. When asked they didn’t fix and parking space was terrible for SUV it was almost unable to park at first night given space

The room was not clean (food left in the fridge) so that the room smelt when we arrived. Whilst we swapped rooms, my sister was staying in the same hotel and paying the same price for a normal room (whereas we had paid for a suite) which was much bigger, lighter and newer spec. We were on the first floor so you couldn’t open the window without hearing the traffic from outside and also smelling weed. We complained again at the front desk, but still were not offered a refund - beyond disappointing for the price the hotel charged.

Central location by Arndale Centre & Market St. Staff all lovely, apartment spacious, clean and comfortable, would stay again. We had one bed apartment on top floor, 19th, fabulous views over the city.

Can’t have window open for fresh air as a lot of noise from traffic and people passing. Tv does not have live TV you have to have Netflix or something similar to cast to TV. Could make more clear of the security deposit taken rather than subcategory of booking

Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. Even though I didn’t use the kitchen part very much it was still very handy. I was also able to leave my bag with them after check out so I didn’t have to take it with me whilst I went shopping and pick it up later with no issues. If there’s ever another concert I go to at AO arena I’ll be sure to book here again :)

The hotel was clean, room spacious and has easy access to transport but bed was small and very noisy area. There is a bar on the Ground Floor and you can hear the loud music from the first floor. It was extremely loud and it went on until midnight! The room is not sound proof.

Excellent 4 night stay here. We booked a studio but we were upgraded to a suite which was super spacious and very clean. Great shower, fully equipped kitchen meant we could cook/eat in if we wanted, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, the works. Location is very convenient - 12 min walk from Piccadilly station where we came in to, and very close to Piccadilly Gardens for trams and buses. Also loads of shopping around the corner. There is construction work going on so a bit of noise from that during the day but you should be out exploring Manchester, not sitting in your hotel right? We would stay here again for sure.

Well I was only staying there 3 nights but I don't think I would stay there again. VERY Noisy. I like to sleep with the window open which unfortunately lets in even more noise but having them closed makes it very stuffy. Also, for anyone thinking of staying there, apparently you need to Request room service if you want your room cleaned.

We stayed here because our son moved into an apartment nearby. Northern Quarter is a great location, plenty of shops and bars and close to Arndale shopping centre. The staff on reception were really helpful. The apartment itself was ideal, 2 bedrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen, allowing us to have tea and coffee the next morning, there was even fresh milk in the fridge! Great views too - we were on the 14th floor. Only word of caution is the car park - spaces are very tight

We stayed at one bedroom suite on 19 floor corner which is the top. It’s far beyond what I’d expected. First sight when getting in was the huge living room. But then the view through a whole glass wall was the most stunning thing. Felt as if were in a luxury apartment. I’d highly recommend booking a higher floor room if possible. Room decoration is nice. Regular things are all good. Bed was prepared well. Reception desk is nice and great and helpful. Great stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, dishwasher, etc. Our stay was peaceful - apart from when someone's late-night attempt at cooking set off the fire alarm - and the location was well-placed, with shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Would stay again, particularly if we needed to be in Manchester for more than one night.

This is a great centrally located hotel.. they were great about an early check in when we got there.. the hotel was very nice and clean!! We would definitely stay again if we came to Manchester again!! Close to major transit places also
